Don't short change yourself. Everybody is different, some gain in intervals and some gain slowly over time. Check your BPFSL in 2 week intervals or something like that. Watch how your body changes over time to get an idea how your self reacts to your routine. Keep a measurement journal and if after 2-3 weeks or later, your BPFSL doesn't change, then it's time to consider changing the routine. You could gain, then nothing for a month, then gain again. Keep pushing and believe what your doing WILL work. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was a big dick. Not for us brother.
