I'm done for today. 30mins bundled stretches with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. I'm just wondering if I might hit a plateau with my 30mins bundles.
 
Don't short change yourself. Everybody is different, some gain in intervals and some gain slowly over time. Check your BPFSL in 2 week intervals or something like that. Watch how your body changes over time to get an idea how your self reacts to your routine. Keep a measurement journal and if after 2-3 weeks or later, your BPFSL doesn't change, then it's time to consider changing the routine. You could gain, then nothing for a month, then gain again. Keep pushing and believe what your doing WILL work. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was a big dick. Not for us brother.

yeah you might but id take you like 6 months.imho those are intense stretchings 30 mins is fine.

Hopefully. Girth is what I'm really aiming for come 2016.

Do you think you can get more twist in? This will intensify the exercise.
 
I cannot get more twist in. Honestly I'm beginning to think if I should just focus on girth now. I'm a proud owner of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] for one year and six months now and I don't use it at all. I think I need to focus on girth only now. Especially as my length goal is just half inch away.
 
Thanks for the advice bro, I will see to that. I'm just thinking maybe 30 minutes bundled stretches is not enough. My inability to make use of the phallogenetics is affecting me badly.
 
If you can get in some manuals like mandingo stretches throughout the day, it'll definitely help. Your making it seem worse than it is. I've been there before and I quit, TWICE. Now, I'm changed and I know I'll be fine. I'll gain at whatever rate my body let's me. Relax your mind, NEO lol. Try doing yoga or taking a break sometime during the day to meditate. Put your mind at ease and know you'll do good, you'll be good and you'll get your gains. If you tense your mind, your dick will follow. Believe brother.
