Girthwise I am still under my last top of 5.65 inches and for length I noticed a decrease to about 7.4 ...
Thats enough.
As I am home the whole week, I will do length workout at midday and girthwork just before going to bed with a soft clamp afterwards over the night just until next length session. If that does not help, I don't know what is.

Ok, here it goes... My pathetic try to make a hanger. Im just using my beloved gauze bandage (basicly my whole Penis Enlargement I do with gauze bandages, they're awesome!rofl) and a weight of about 5.5lbs (2.5kg exactly). Holding me at close to 8 inches. It will, however, increase the skin growth (ofc my foreskin is pulled back!). Which is nasty, and a main problem of mine.
Im wearing it since 10 minutes now, and my glans is already darkred and very cold. My dick hurts. :[

My current Penis Enlargement plans are:
Midday: Stretching Routing ~40mins random directions in my bed while watching a movie, no fancy stuff
Until Bedtime: Hanger, with pauses
Before going to bed: girth workout, Ulis 20mins, clamped edging 5-10mins (i just cant go further due to loss of erection :/)
Until Midday: staying lightly clamped, also using the erections while sleeping
...So if everythings works out fine, basicly I'll be Penis Enlargementing 24/7.

After having done so since 2 days (without the hanger) the skin under my glans is already starting the get quite sore.
Btw I'm taking about 1.4g of zinc over the day.

Also added some pics prooving my ectomorphness. "OMG Look at those tiny arms!" Yes, people, i know it. *lol* (I havent been working out since about 4 weeks now, due to illness and stuff)
Im benching a good amount over my own bodyweight, but my biceps curl is pathetic.
 
I really hope adding hanging will help you get to where you need to be... I've found it to be a great length gain method (you could try alternating long hang time + small weight and short hang time + heavier weight) I hope you have success with it too.
 
Hey 8IG. I'm glad you've got your motivation back dude. With hanging now added to your routine I think length gains will hit you pretty quickly. Good luck with your training dude.
 
As expected, last measurement showed no improvement. However, I promise you now and here, that I will have at least a length improvement in march.
It sucks that I don't have much free time besides work, sports and Penis Enlargement, barely any. :/

Im currently doing 1 or 2 times 20-30minutes of hanging a day (3x on WE). Right now im trying to go from 11lbs to 16.5lbs. my goal is to always use the maximal weight endurable for 30minutes.

strangely, my erections feel thicker though they arent.

the zinc isn't going to do anything unless you figure out the proper intake and it shouldn't help with Penis Enlargement, but still got some useful effects e.g. for the immune system.

well, luckily my n-hanger post dissapeared on PD. that is a cheaper method which could handle 3x1,25kg without problems, but failed at 5kg. i might post the hanger here or on pgainer. im out of pd and not going to say anything about it, because at least my posts including the inventions got deleted as requested.

stick with the NewbieX1 and wait for it's follower stretched. if that force isn't lengthening your ligs not even surgery will do.

about the frequency: I still didnt figure out the right one, atm i stick with all day training.

PS: höre auf dir einen abzuhungern, denn sonst kann das selbe passieren wie beim bodybuilder, dessen muskeln nicht genug eiweiß zum wachsen kriegen.

My method is probably the cheapest possible. Until now I got up to 6.25kg/14lbs. My first try looked painful, but im improving my way of setting it up.
I noticed especially while hanging it makes such a big difference whether you warmup or not. When not having warmed up, the pain is close to torture but endurable if warmed up. yall should really really do it.
still somehow hanging doesnt seem to pay off for me, not a single bit. the last days ive been doing 30mins heavy weight hanging, followed by 30mins babyweight. maybe its the angle, maybe it shouldnt be straight to the ground but higher. do i need more weight? i hoped for big gains, but once again my motivation got scratched :/

buuut haha today after couple o weeks i had a good girth workout again!
10mins hard jelqs with ring
showering as hot as possible, still semierect with ring
10mins hard jels with ring
10mins clamped edging (i finally can do it again without losing my erection, though its not as intense as it was b4)
i was spotting a fairly big flaccid (6.25x5.25) all day :)

at the moment i think of my unit as not too thin, but somehow short. it freaks me out, really, id like to have an extra 1/2 inch in length RIGHT NOW :(

Having slowly gained 20lbs over months im not even too scrawny anymore. why do people always presume im starving? it seriously pisses me off. im eating 5 to 6 meals a day with over 3500 calories which is approximately twice my need.
but please, i dont want to initiate another discussion. just let it be.

Good stuff man and don't worry about that skin you hate, that can be sorted out at a later date as you get closer to your target size.

As the penis grows internally most extra skin will be taken up.
