There is an excellent thread going on about ligament stretching and one about expressing internal structures of the penis that is amazing. The great Penis Enlargement minds are coming together on this one and I for one am going to be watching those threads. Interesting stuff to say the least. Two of those days which I can't remember I did 15 minutes worth of Ulis for about 30 seconds each...sometimes for a minute...others a bit longer than 30 seconds just to get an extra hard squeeze in at the end. Kind of feels like I have a bit more blood flow going on down there lately since I started it. I did just two Ulis tonight after school and even though they were only 30 seconds each I feel like my dick is hanging nicer right now.

I'm not going to have time to do a girth and length routine but I will periodically do what I've been doing with the Ulis just to see what it will do for me if anything.
Still not moving up in weight just yet. I know next week I probably will start to wonder if I should, but I don't think so as of today. I think I might need to do 2 20 minute sets at 13 lbs to get fatigued now, but I'll see about that tomorrow. Either way it won't be adding more time to the routine since I have done 1 20 minute set at 13 lbs already and the rest at 20 minute sets as well. I'm off to bed at 12:30....gotta get up for me noggin's learning and all that.
 
03/31/05 3 20 minute sets at 13 lbs and 4 20 minute sets at 10 lbs.

I am going to move up in weight to 15 lbs and use perhaps either 13 lbs as my regular weight or use both 13 lbs for a few sets and then drop again to 10 lbs for the rest of the session. I'm going to have buckle down what with school now. Really looks like it's going to be hell this quarter. Lots of research papers...so it'll be go to class, library, home, and hang while doing school work...I swear to goshdamn though this summer I swear on it I'm getting laid! It is really starting to get to me. The two girls I was talking to from school...one is married...that isn't going to happen...the other is most likely not going to go for me cause she's got a boyfriend and that leaves me with no options right now...so I'm screwed right now, which is kind of funny to say.

I did 1 20 minute 15 lb set last night several hours after my regular session. Felt good about it. Seemed to have really made the ligs feel flimsy or less tense/hard feeling after all that. Trying the same tonight.
 
Coming along good. Been trying to do 1 on 1 off. I plan to do every day this week til Monday when I go back to school. Except every other day Ill do an extra workout. So today I do one, tomorrow 2, Wednesday 1, Thursday 2, etc.

I got 6.5" at base and over 6" around rest of shaft during clamp session, and I am 5.75" actual midshaft and 6" at base. So things going well.
 
yeah, it does look that way. I hope this continues. I'm trying to hang a set or two in addition to the sets I did this afternoon right now. like 1 or 2 20 minute sets at 15 lbs before I got to bed. Got to get up at 8 30 tomorrow for class, but I feel like hanging right now damnit. lol
 
Man, it looks like you are doing really well with your routine. Keep up the good, hard work man; you are gonna blow by 8" like it's nothing.
 
Thanks man! Man all this encouragement is pumping me up! I just finished 2 20 minute sets of 15 lbs straight out. Last night I did 1 extra 20 minute 15 lb set straight down. I'm trying to mix things up every now and then.

Hey man only a few week till the NFL draft...who are the Boys going to draft? Could really improve the team for years to come with this draft class I think...there's a lot of players I like this year...can't wait for it.
 
yeah...it's actually turning into a convenience almost for me to hang once I reach fatigue because I can Penis Enlargement and do research or homework and other school related things.

Today I did 2 20 minute 15 lbs sets SO and 5 20 minute 13 lbs....2 of those 5 I did SD and the rest SO. In a few minutes I'm going to break out some HW and hang 2 more sets of 20 minutes at 15 lbs.
 
Doubt I'll be able to get in any extra sets tonight, but just did 2 20 minute 15lbs sets and 5 20 minute 13 lbs sets all Straight Out.

I'm working out tonight though after class.
