Coming along good. Been trying to do 1 on 1 off. I plan to do every day this week til Monday when I go back to school. Except every other day Ill do an extra workout. So today I do one, tomorrow 2, Wednesday 1, Thursday 2, etc.
I got 6.5" at base and over 6" around rest of shaft during clamp session, and I am 5.75" actual midshaft and 6" at base. So things going well.
