I've had tons of expansion from this exercise, the only thing I felt to be a little lacking is that I wanted to work on the expansion of my glans as intensely as I was the rest of my penis. So I've started doing a second type of slow squash jelq recently. This type involves about 95&#37; of the same technique. Instead of starting with the gripping hand at the base I'll start near midshaft and jelq to about an inch below my glans. At this point the glans is full of blood and the squash portion comes into play. I just started doing these recently but it seems to be doing the trick. Note that I do this in addition to the standard ssj's and standard wet jelqing. I follow the whole bit up with some edging (usually clamped but I've broken two of them already ><) and I'm very pleased with the results so far.

I think I am going to start doing these. I just recently got back into P.E. FYI I am about 6.5-6.75 NBPenis EnlargementL( I use to be under 6) and 5.5 EG. I am having a hard time gaining on lenght and never really did much on girth because it started off pretty good. I figured though, that girth is more important than length and I am right on that line of being the large side of average and big when it comes to girth. I think this exercise can get me over that line quickly. Hopefully I could get 1/4 inch in 3 months. Lets see where it goes.
 
Not sure I am doing this 100% right, but when you have a pump at least .5 in bigger than your EG you can't be doing too much wrong can you? I like how you can do it dry, so no mess and you can just lay in bed with a laptop. You can get all nice and comfortable. Right now my limitation seems to be how long before my little guy gets tired and just cant go anymore. I say that took around 45 minutes, but with the getting hard again and all that.. who knows how long the actual exercise was.

Sounds like you got it down perfect. That kind of expansion is exactly what you want.

But i have been doing SSJ,Dual Dry jElqs,and Supra Slammers, but i need a routine that i can stick to

p.s. i have been Penis Enlargementing for about 7 months now and only gained .2 in girth and .75 in length so a lenght routine would be nice too thanks!
 
I need to ask about something that I am concerned about. After doing this exercise I notice discoloration on my penis and I am not eactly sure what it is. It i kind of maroon color.. almost a mix of a rash and a bruise. The next day it is about 50% gone but back again after the workout. I took a rest day yesterday and now it is even less visible. (you see it even less when I am erect, probably not visible today if I am erect).

I dont think it is a bruise (mainly because of how fast it heals), I think it is some kind of reaction from the pump I am getting when I do this exercise. Should I be concerned?

Pick one of those exercises, my advice SSJ, and use that for the girth portion of your training. A good length routine is the newbie routine. Getting into advanced length work, following the MOS program, would be DLD Blasters.
 
After Nearly 3 years, i still don't get this. So you're bending your cock in 2 while trying to jelq?
 
No, you are not bending, you are building up compression between your upper and lower hand. The genius of the exercise is what happens to the tissue that gets caught in this death trap:) Check the link keepingitbig posted, it is a great explanation. I could have sworn you had a membership to the site, if so just CHECK THE VIDEO
 
What if my penis is already thicker towards the glans (baseball bat effect) ? Wont the SSJ increase it even more ? that's what I'm afraid of

That's what you want. Think of jelqing, but you're clamping your hands and pushing your hand ( While 100 percent hard ) towards your glands, but you're forcing the other hand to simultaneously force down as your other hand goes up. You'll feel it once you know it.

Any suggestions on how to do this if I have a curve in my penis? if I just do it as described I'm afraid I might brake it.
also, If I want more girth near the base then I guess I should clamp off as near to the pubic bone as possible and squash harder?

You wont break it:) Just take your time and learn the exercise. You will want to grip as low as you possibly can as the area between the two hands is what will be getting expanded.
