why can't I view the video??/

do I need to be a paid member in order to view the video of how to perform the exarcise correctly??

Yes, you will need to join the members video site. It is located HERE, once you join you will have lifetime access to the site. Very worth it as you can SEE how the exercises are done and learn them correctly. A big reason some men have issues gaining is they are not doing the exercises correctly.

What gains can i expect from this? I have right now small penis... only 15.5 sometimes 16cm. and 11cm thickness.... (Its very small for me, psychologicly...) allthough most women I've been with (im only 22 years old)

Have not complaint, and some have told me I have never experienced good sex before you. (I guess it doesn't always have to do with the size..)

But.

still would appriciate a growth of 3cm (to 18.5cm) and 2-3cm girth. so I can atleast have 13-14cm girth. this would be a big cock for me..

You guys think its possible in 1 year? or is it just dream goal :p

This is very possible but do not start with this exercise, too advanced, start with the Newbie Routine. This will teach you all the basics and get you gaining quickly.

Thanks for the answer DLD. One more thing, it's not my upper hand that gets tired, but my grip hand. Can i clamp the base with less intensity?

The base hand does not need to be so tight, tight enough to keep blood in.

If you have been doing Penis Enlargement for awhile I wouldn't worry about over doing it. I put in two girth sessions today, around 30-40 minutes each which included jelqs, SSJs and Bathmate.

When I have the time to do it, I do it. I enjoy doing girth work. I havent measured in awhile but I have made some good gains past 2-3 months..I'm just about 7"EL with ~5.5" girth... noticeably thicker and longer than before..

I have the same length you do! My main focus right now is girth! I'm 2 days on 1 day off, started wednesday, after a long time without Penis Enlargement! I'm doing 30 min. SSJ + 10 of Squeezes!

Yes, once you are hard you squash your head and then proceed to do the exercise, your erection will decrease so when you're about 80% erect stop and repeat the whole thing. Lots of fun!

Is it hood idea to kegal blood while applying pressure to the head? Or do I just leave the erection subside?
