Nevermind, I find that doing it dry is a heck of a lot better and easier.

This is the exercise used in conjunction with the Cross Legged Jelq.
 
I've tried this exercise coupel of times but I don't feel anything. I push down but I don't feel any humongous stretch. And when I kegal, I don't feel the blood going into my penis that much. I mean, what am I doing wrong? How is this exercise supposed to feel? Are you suppoesd to kegal and then hold it??
 
RN2K, What is your experience level with P.E.? I ask this because, generally, if you've been involved with P.E. for a brief period of time you'll have under taken some of the basic elements such as KEGELS for PC strength as well as what a lateral stretch on the tunica fells like from JELQING. It is likely that you are doing the exercise incorrectly, but if you're not very familiar with the workings of your penis then I would certainly take a step back to the first phase and go from there. Basic principles never change and they will provide you with the appropriate information and experience to move up in size and in complexity.
 
DLD i have run up on these killer girth exercises but i have still not found a killer exercise for erect length. Its honestly killing me haha. Can you please help with my problem?
 
Chart or diagram please....newbie here, don't understand all the Penis Enlargement slang so either someone break it down or do a diagram...totally confused and girths my main concern since I'm at 8" now haha
 
BDG, You really need to take the time to learn the jargon. P.E. is really not something to be flippant about. You can really do some serious damage to the arteries, veins, and tunica if performing exercises improperly or haphazardly. Take the time to learn how YOUR penis responds to basic exercises like the jelq and in a few months you can bring up the intensity and complexity of your routines and the exercises you utilize. Good luck but you need to start at the beginning. Check the sticky threads at the top of the forum.

You will love this exercise it is by far the most powerful girth exercise I have ever created.
 
But i thought they said it was extremely dangerous to jelq with a 100% erection.
 
is there any drawings for this? are both hands squeezing penis whole time?

Not really. People thought that in the early days of Penis Enlargement. If you're stupid about it it's bad. Jelq at 100% erection and about 5% manual intensity and you'll be fine. I get a positive effect on EQ from it. If you're dick is really, really, well conditioned like DLD's then maybe think about stepping up the manual intensity.
