I can't forget what happened to me few years ago. I was overdid with bathmate for about an hour and end up had my dick swollen. It had been few hours before it wore off. it taught me a lesson that i shouldn't go overdo it haha...

If you are in PE long enough everyone will find a time(s) where they went to far, it happens. Chalk it up to experience and new knowledge. Plus, every time someone becomes injured it is a new opportunity to help someone present the same from happening.

i have a question to ask; is it safe to using jelq to stretch it just after bathmate?

That's why even the BM company says you shouldn't be in the BM for more than 15 min...a cutting that 15 min into 3 parts,5 min,it's just perfect..Being in the BM for 1 h,jesus christ.

Before any length or girth routine 5-10 minutes of Bundled Stretches should be done. Jelqing before the BathMate is fine but it should be in line with SRT where the routine goes, 5 minutes jelqing, 5 minutes BathMate and repeat this 3 times.

I did an earlier post a couple of months ago, not sure where that went but I would've just posted this comment on there! Anyways long story short, I fixed the suction problems about 90% with my bathmate. There are still bubbles that come through, but I can get to a max pump so I'm not too worried about those little pockets of air. Background Info: Got the bathmate about 2 months ago, complete newbie to any sort of PE.

My main concern is whether I'm actually doing it right. I work super long hours most days of the week so I can only fit in a 15 minute or so session. I basically do it every alternate day, I go in semi - erect (usually about 60-70%) and will pump straight for 15 minutes. So I give it a good couple of pumps to get it up to max pressure and then pump once or so every couple of minutes as the pressure weakens - never taking the bathmate off the entire time.

I'm a pretty small guy, got an erectile length of 4.2inches and girth of about that much as well so it's nice to see me being able to pump up to the 5inch mark in length on the bathmate when my penis is inside it. The problem is that these do not last at all. My penis is literally back down to normal size or smaller within 3 minutes of finishing pumping. I'm an absolute newbie to PE and I spent the first month of the bathmate just figuring out angles and going in flaccid and taking it slowly and I've gradually worked up to where I am now which I've been doing for a solid 3 weeks, every alternate day. But its always the same result. I just want to know if I'm doing it correctly. Should I be doing it everyday? I dont have time to combine it with manual stretches etc so I'd like to stick to using the bathmate purely. Is it too early to expect any sort of results? Theres all this talk of temp gains but arent they meant to last hours longer? Please let me know. Thanks!
 
Aryan, Have you read through the SRT Thread, particularly the portion on the BathMate? It is a very important thread to study to gain a much better understanding of how to use tools and exercise and what they are actually doing. It gives direction to an incredible routine that will bring the fastest gains. Even if you can't do the entire routine I would still pick up some of the advice on healing. The BathMate routine takes about 35 minutes.

I'm totally new to PE but I finally want to start. I want to start with the Bathmate Newbie Routine but still have three questions and hope you can help me.
Which is the best Bathmate for a beginner? I don't have a lot of money right now and can't afford to buy a new one if the one I bought isn't strong enough anymore but on the other hand I don't want
to injure myself if I use a bathmate that has to high pressure.
It's really hard for me to stay 100 % erect while watching �naked people movies�, is there anything else except pills like Titan and Viagra that can help me to maintain the optimum erection during the training?

Can somebody give me the differences in gains concerning the Bathmate Newbie Routine and the Newbie Routine. I know that gaining will take time and I'm totally fine with that but it would be nice to know if I could gain more in the same time by using a different Newbie Routine.

Hello Chris and welcome to the Brotherhood. The least expensive BathMate would be the Hercules and as long as you are less than 8 x 6 you will be good up to that size. From there you can go with a bigger BathMate once you outgrow the Hercules. The difference between the Newbie Routine and the BathMate Newbie Routine is the BathMate. All length exercises are the same as the Newbie ones, the only stretch you will add is BathMate Hardcore Stretches. All girth work is done using the 5x5x3 method of pumping/SSJ. Viagra is the best with keeping an erection but TITANs are also decent. Viagra is much stronger in the EQ department but TITAN will give you many supplements that will help with gaining. Have no worries on too much vacuum, you can really go as intense or as light as you like, the goal is to get beyond your natural girth size to make girth gains. Some men decide to make their BathMate even more powerful by adding the Wine-Vac modification which gives the BathMate a MASSIVE Vacuum.
 
With the bathmate hardcore routine for newbies combined with manual stretches exercises wouldn't it be wise to do the manual work In the morning and maybe wear an extender during the day and end off with the bathmate routine ?

If that's how you want to pull off your routine then its definitely okay. You can always adjust things if they aren't working out for you. It doesn't matter when you do an exercise its just getting it done in the first place. Time is not a real thing.

Got two questions though:

1. When am I supposed to do the JELQS though, and how exactly do you do them? do you have a good video on that? Are they really necessary?

2. When exactly am I supposed to do the Kegel exercises?

I prefer having a shorter routine but implementing it more consistently.

Right now I just have a Hercules Bathmate and I pump it 5 min a day. I try to do it good and it seriously hurts lol. So I am not sure this is the right way...pretty sure it is not too good for long term training.

So I've just received my hydromax X30 yesterday, didn't do much yesterday as i can't really get the suction right, the whole thing keep falling off.
So today, after i read most of the threads, i tried pumping without the comfort ring, I "guess" i got the suction right this time as i can feel a huge pressure. I left it hanging there for 10 minutes (It was quite painful) and removed it. Here's the thing, i didn't see any obvious temporary gains like everybody else, all i see is 2 red/purple marks on the head of my penis, am i doing something wrong?

I suggest foregoing the jelqs in favor of SlowSquashJelqs as they are much more powerful. Since you have a BathMate Ii highly recommend the SRT BathMate workout, it brings the best expansion possible. Kegel exercises should be done all day, every day but you can start out slow and work up to that. I suggest following the simple Kegel routine in the Newbie Routine. There is video available on all of this on the pay site. If you ordered your BathMate through us and have the receipt it would save you $65 as the membership would be free. As far as a shorter routine goes you have options. You can go length in the AM and girth in the PM. You can go girth one day and length the next. You can play around with days off, 2 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off, etc.
