Should I be scared? Its not really numb just minor feeling and still feels same pain when I pinch the area as lower part of my penis so think its not serious

This is usually a brush burn through rubbing against the head of the penis, it will go back to normal in about 48 hours. Try to stop the jelq stroke just before your head to avoid this or use a high oil based lube like Vaseline so the stroke slides over head instead of drags. There will also be some new feelings to get used to as you become bigger, it is not uncommon to have a dull, aching, numb like feeling with expansion.

I never jelqe the head though and its like 1 inch square at the front of penis where its numb but still has feeling just little less then rest. You sure its not nerve damage? I'll probably take a week off till sensation comes back

It is not nerve damage, it would take a great deal of abuse to cause this. Give yourself a bit of time off to allow it to heal but you should be good in 2 days tops.
 
Guys just giving update I do have nerve damage on my penis. Just giving a word of caution this routine isnt for everyone who is starting out. I did the 300 Jelqs after 2 weeks straight with around 70/80 percent erection and after routine my head went numb and got small bumps on the head where its most numb. My balls get tingly when I get hard on and feels wierd. Just giving a word of caution I say do 150 jelqs for at least 2 months cause jeqling should be done with extreame caution especially to people starting out. I hope my penis will heal one day just have to not touch it and let it rest.

The annoying thing is I was gaining size and now I have to stop for month or 2 I just pray it will heal and not permanent damage.

Thanks DLD, I am really looking forward to my first gains! I have got one question thought . . . Are we to go from the basic 30seconds stretches to the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and then to the Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Super Sets in the same all in the same routine? Seems pretty intense.

You can decide on how you want to split it up. You could do half in the am and half in the pm if that works better for your schedule. As long as you are getting everything in each day it will make little difference when.
 
I haven't seen a urologist but saw fam doctor and he just said just wait few months to see if it will heal if not go elsewhere. For month now its been numb and head is most numb the head has small bumps I guess the numbness has gone down like 10% since the injury a month ago. I think its best to avoid erections for a few months till I fully recover. Has anyone noticed a nerve injury with bumps on head before? How long it usually takes for it to heal? I really want this fixed soon. >>
 
Nah man I don't remember any numbness. Maybe electric pain, but can't remember if.
I though getting blood (nourishment) in there speeds healing too.

I try to do this routine but ...I am a cut guy so skin isn't in plenty so when I try to do this with the bathmate it tries to suck in my testes and ideas how to stop this from happening?

I have the same problem, my recommendation is that when you have your bathmate placed and want to pump, I slightly grip the base of my balls and kind of pull then back to my butt cheeks as I pump and then gently release when youre set, and I am regrip them when increasing the suction for more expansion as well as when I release the pressure valve. I have some decently sized cajones so try it and see if it helps
