hi all, i'm trying to add these bathmate stretches in to my manual routine. i have a couple of issues tho. since i need to be flaccid to do stretching i think I've de-sensitised my penis, so getting and maintaining an erection at will has become a slight problem unless i'm really aroused. thus getting erect 100% erect to pump is tricky. I've tried to pump in a lesser erect state but my pump doesn't really work. i'm thinking of pumping in the morning when most erect?

working around your body physiology and schedule is always a good idea. you may not have loss of sensation but you may have a lot of fatigue. getting a 100% eq when fatigued is brutal.
 
For me erections before the evening, for exercise, were always difficult. I found that I was much more aroused in the evening which made girth work easy. As Seeking said, learn your body physiology and this will give you a better map to when you should train.
 
i might try doing my pumping and manual work at separate times of the day then. what should i do about the fatigue though? i don't think i'm doing too much tbh.
 
Fatigue will pass with time. Also when you vary up your schedule yo may find that when you work with your bodies schedule you get back to a good EQ just from that alone. PE is strenuous, you may try taking an off day and recovering actively :D. PE time is well and good but there still has to be the time where you enjoy yourself or another, if not then you really have to have a mental state of just PE and be able to seperate that from sexual arousal with a partner. Both methods work, and there are others im sure, but pick the method that works for you.
 
Well at the moment I train 6 ( occasionally 5) days a week more often than not later in the day. My routine is basically dld's newbie routine with a few alterations: 6 sets of b-t-c, downward, outward, and upward stretching, 1-2 sets of rotaries for each direction and then assisted A stretch and also some bundled stretches. Followed by 15-20mins jelqing, kegels also. Then I'm trying to add the Bathmate work in. Is this too much or just enough and my body is adapting? In 2 months I've made a .25 length increase to.

when you feel fatigue it is the best time to do length work as your body will not pull back due exhaustion. Some men take up to 24 hours for fatigue to leave.

if this is the case then my length work should be benefiting. also when i attach my pump i find it attaches better when the length gauge is facing the floor. anyone else notice that?

Depends if im sitting or standing for that one and how the attachment seal forms

I'm still getting used to the device tbh, getting it on without spilling too much water is challenge in itself!

Put a foot soaking tray or bucket underneath you while you are training. Or work in a place with a floor that can get wet.

In all honesty if you have access to a bath tub or hot tub then thats the easiest way to use the thing. No worry about spilling and you get the added benefit of doing some PE while relaxing.
 
Be prepared for your water bill to increase...mine has doubled since I discovered The LM is waterproof, lol
 
i always use the BM after i've had a shower and attach it while standing over the bath tub. tbf i probably am using more water than before haha
 
another issue I've come across is that my left testicle starts to get sucked in to the pump and the pain is horrible. although if i sit down this subsides slightly. i just hope i'm not wasting my efforts pumping coz i don't feel i'm benefiting atm.

Before pumping get in the Testical Health Stretch and Massage, this will allow your scrotum to hang much lower and heavier avoiding suck in. You can also opt to tie your scrotum back using ACE or similar.

Is it ALWAYS the left? I don't know why, but I pictured you holding a vacuum the right and it still catching the left. Probably just the way that I read it.

It is so simple to just strap back the scrotum and this becomes a non-issue.
 
Yeah always the left. My scrotum hangs quite high/is tight when I'm fully erect so it is very close to the pump. I try to pull it back with one hand then put the pump on, but I find it moves when I'm pulling the pump forward haha.

Mine has been doing the same lately. I wonder if this has to do with stopping masturbation because prior to that my sack hung low always.
