So I read and tried the DLD Width Expansion Super Sets exercises found here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...gt-Make-your-COCK-WIDER-and-THICKER-Than-EVER!

The first thing I did was clean the toilet, wiping the whole thing with clorox wipes and then washing it down. Tried compressing the base of my shaft between the toilet seat and the toilet cover first, noticed that the toilet seat was flat underneath and the porcelain part was flat too, so I used both the seat and the cover to press down against my shaft.

I had a bit of expansion but returned to normal size pretty quickly. While compressed I tried slowly pulling my body backwards and noticed I was getting a good stretch from my shaft being trapped by the toilet seat. I ended the routine by hopping in the shower and performing a few SSJs.

DLD, I think the Toilet Compression routine is a neat idea, although the toilet needs to be sanitized before use which takes up prepping time. I think next time I try it out instead of supersetting it with DLD Bends I'll try Slow Squash Jelqs, and maybe even do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] while compressing to see how it goes. I've been continuing compressing using the clamp/DVD combo, which seems to be based off of Red's Frendos. Normally I use two hands (and they start cramping up) but only used one in the attached picture to demonstrate what I've been doing.


In the first panel I put on the noose clamp and get a semi. You can see the clamp resting at the base.

In the second panel I place the shaft in between two [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] cases, like a sandwich. With both hands I grip both sides hard.

In the third panel, after squashing for a while, I slowly stretch upwards (while still squashed) and you can feel the expressive stretching happening. Just check out the base, the clamp hasn't moved from its original position but there's more shaft to be exposed! You can stretch up to the glans before you slip out, but try doing rotating stretches before that.

I try to do this for 10 minutes straight, but my hands start to cramp so I place the DVDs on a flat surface and free one hand for a bit then replace the other hand with the refreshed hand, before bringing it back up again.


I've also ordered the parts I need to build my own ROP. I'll expect to have my own by the end of the week, can't wait to see how things turn out.

Finally built my homemade ballzinger/ROP!

Bought all the supplies off of McMasters, used a hacksaw to cut the copper and zinc rod into 2 inch pieces, then cut the latex tube into a 2 1/2th inch piece and a 3 1/2th inch piece.

I wore it like that with the rods on the top and bottom starting at midnight on Sunday.

It was still on when I woke up, but later on the latex came off of the zinc rod, so I made another piece that was 3 inches long.

Felt like that wasn't tight enough, so I made another one that was 2 1/2th inches long to keep the ring constricted around me all day.

Then late into the evening I switched the 3 inch latex tube back on for a more comfortable fit.

^^^ I wrote this post last night but fell asleep half way through it. Had to take the ROP off while I slept because my skin was irritated where I had shaved. It looked slightly red and bruised, as if I had been zapped or something. I also took a piece of cloth and wrapped it around the latex hose that's resting on top of my shaft to lessen the irritation of the skin.

I can tell that the ROP is working because my package is a slightly reddish color all day long! And I feel more energetic as soon as I put on the ROP.


Found some steel wool in the basement, cleaned up the rods (only after 2 days, they were really dirty!) so they're shiny again.

Tried putting vaseline on the pump to get a better seal and the suction was so great that it grabbed onto my scrotum. First time that's happened, but I just rolled with it and did a testicle massage afterward, then put on the ROP after pumping.


Seems as though I'm able to add in a few more rods during extending again. I think when I've taken a break from Penis Enlargement I have to rebuild that ability to stretch out and it takes more than a week to get back to that stretchy state.

Still haven't been able to get back to a consistent schedule, life has been pretty hectic lately.


As usual I've attached a picture of myself in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] after every 25 hours. I have every rod except for the 1 inch rods in there, I was slipping out at that point. For perspective I've flipped one of the images upside down. I feel like I look smaller than I am because of my long legs... just from the pubic bone to the kneecap is 16.5 inches, but looking at it from a different perspective gives me the sense that I'm growing. Well, that plus measuring from a ruler...and even my erections feel different, like there's a new addition at the base. Hard to explain.

I had cleaned my ROP last night but it quickly became dirty again. I've had mine for a month now, I do notice a difference mentally but there's no physical changes to my body or to my penis while wearing the ROP. If I put it on during an erection I notice a slight difference but during the rest of the day I kind of just turtle up instead of being engorged.


The water pumping is getting better. I've noticed that when I'm inside the pump my girth is getting thicker. Since I finished my 100 hour goal I've taken an extended break from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and have been using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and a homemade cockring/SSJs as my Penis Enlargement routine lately. It's going well, and the other day my girth was nearly as thick as my arm.

I always wanted to focus on length but when the girth is getting this big I can't help but keep working on it. Makes me wanna try clamping eventually.

Attached a picture I took the other night after spending 5 minutes pumping with the ring on, 5 minutes pumping without it, then pumping another 10 minutes with it on, then edging/SSJs for the next few hours. Crazy girth! Base was close to 7inches!

Hey man looking at your Penis exit point.It is very high do you do any lig stretching work ? I see minimum of 1 inch length gain potential just from your ligaments.

That's interesting, and would explain why it's been difficult for me to gain any length.


I haven't really targeted anything specifically, my stretching has consisted of just pulling out the penis by gripping below the glans and stretching it out in each direction.

The other times I've done some stretching were in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (using suction), in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words], and doing some expressive stretching by placing the whole shaft through an empty roll of duct tape, DLD Blasters, and fowfers.

After your ligs are stretched out and your penis finally has low exit point you can do expressive stretches,over the leg stretches etc. and they will be much more effective.

When your ligs get stretched out all the hidden penis from the bottom of the pubic bone to your current penis exit point will be exposed.
After your ligs are stretched out and your penis finally has low exit point you can do expressive stretches,over the leg stretches etc. and they will be much more effective.

I tried doing BTC yesterday and felt this strange sensation at the base as I was stretching. If I had to describe it, it felt like a string with bumps slowly grinding past my pubic bone as it was going outwards.


Tried doing the same thing later on but everything felt loose so I thought it was fatigue, then when I tried later that night I didn't really feel a stretch at all, it was more like tucking the penis BTC instead of stretching it.

I haven't been good about keeping track of my Penis Enlargement lately but I still do it every day, I've been focusing on girth work/jelqs/Hydromax sessions when I can fit them into my schedule.

I tried something new with the headpiece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today. i also did the usual [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] method too, that was the first thing I did. Later on in the day after my edging routine I tried something different. Didn't put on the base, just wrapped myself into the comfort strap like I normally do and then used that as a gripping piece. I also tried using a bungee cord for slow tension, then as I hooked it up to both sides of the headpiece I pulled the bungee cord behind me, getting a really good BTC stretch this way.

it sounds ridiculous, but all you have to do is hook the bungee cord into the parts where you normally have the rods on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] enter, grip the cord and pull it underneath you. This totally made stretching BTC easier.

So after the first Supra Slammer I tried another one, but as I was performing a ULI the base was making a pumping sensation at full speed and I couldn't control the point of no return even with a kegel and OK grip. The ULI itself was like what brought it over the edge.

I wanted to take it a little bit easier tonight. I've realized lately that I'm not into Penis Enlargement as much as I used to be, and I'm trying to figure out why.

I think it's because of my options. So back in January I decided I needed a break from PE. I even gave up pornography, inspired by bawg's efforts, and have gone 62 days without the need for it. Tomorrow will be nine weeks.

Unfortunately adult entertainment is everywhere, so it's difficult to avoid it, but I'm not actively searching for adult entertainment. In the month of April I tried different PE techniques every week.


Some nights I'd have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] session.

Wore a cockring or a ROP, did kegels/reverse kegels, jelqed, slow squashed jelqed, stretched in every direction.


On weekdays I'd go into the bathroom as soon as my lunchbreak started at work, did a mix of DLD blasters/jelqing, then wrapped myself up in the Uncles Jim Wrap, warmed down with the hand dryer, then tightened my belt to give me an obvious bulge in my jeans and went outside.

One lady made it obvious that she was staring at my crotch by talking directly to my pants while having conversations with me. It almost became a daily routine, she even flashed her panties at me the other week. We never talk about the bulge, I pretend not to notice that her eyes keep redirecting to my leg. after about 5-10 minutes of this the penis just keeps stretching and stretching, incredible


so speaking of which, I've been doing DLD Blasters most of today. Wore a loose fitting cockring to bed last night for 9 hours... decided to do some good old fashioned stretching/jelqing session routine about two hours ago.

I keep saying I'm gonna work on getting rid of some body fat some day, I think that I could reveal more length if I burned a lot of it off.

I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] once in a while, I've been trying different things with the head piece like attaching a small bag filled with rocks in it, or attaching a bungee cord onto it and attaching the other end to a hook to get a hands free stretch.

Another thing I tried was taping stones to the shaft to weigh it down, but that didn't work.

Trying to tape some excess skin over the glans to do some foreskin restoration only lasts until I take the tape off to use the bathroom...can't really put it back on at work when they're timing us on bathroom usage.

oh well, no time to reminisce about the past two years, gotta get back to stretching.

A few weeks ago I purchased a cable clamp and a Tantus silicone 1.5 c-ring off of Amazon, in hopes of rejuvenating my interest in PE.


Clamping is very fun. I've had experience with constricting in the past through other methods but the cable clamp gives you more control over how you do your exercises.

I've been following Red's guide. The clamp Horse Squeeze, Advanced Horse Squeeze, Tug of War, Bends, and edging techniques seem to have the most effect. The rolling pin method doesn't seem to work as I can't get enough length to work with when I'm maxed out in girth. I do try the Frendos using anything like a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] case, book, or the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] box with pressure placed on top of them against other flat objects or tables. I'm still trying to figure out if it'd be better to do a clamping session prior to or after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] session. I went into the pump the other day after jelqing/clamping and then did jelqing/clamping afterward, I had a decent expansion after everything was said and done.

Lately I've been performing Blue Whale's Mother of all Lig Stretches and the Mandingo stretches. Sometimes I just stretch in general with no particular method in mind other than trying to stretch far in all angles.

When I measured the other day I was 8.3" BPEL, but my NBPEL floats under or slightly above 7. I'm gonna have to make it my goal to be 9inches BPEL by the end of the year and hopefully 8inches NBPEL. We'll have to wait and see.
