I've introduced myself in the newbies forum a while back, but I'll make a quick recap.


I learned about Penis Enlargement years ago and started a dedicated routine back in early 2009. I managed to go from:

3/13/09 - BPenis EnlargementL - 7.2" NBEL - 6.7" EG - 5.0"

To currently:

9/6/12
BPenis EnlargementL - 7.7"
NBEL - 6.8 - 7.0"
Girth - 5.75 - 6.0"


The size fluctuates constantly, as soon as I get it to full size it quickly goes down before I can measure it properly.


The gains haven't been consistent as I've only done Penis Enlargement on and off since August of 2009, but now I'm determined to grow larger.

The first step in doing that is becoming dedicated to a routine, so I'm going back to the basics.


Today is September 6th, 2012. There are four more months left in the year... I want to see a bit of change by December 31st.


I used to keep a log detailing my efforts. It's definitely a great way to motivate yourself to stick to a routine. My old routine was two days on, one day off, then a week off after every four weeks (so the 5th, then the 10th, etc.) One thing I do is make observation notes after I've performed a routine, to look back later on and see what does and doesn't work. Normally they're short and to the point but today I'll explain what exactly it is I do.


CHAPTER ONE: Back to the Basics

Sept 6, 2012:
Warm up with a hot cloth for ten minutes
Stretching in all directions with 30sec-1:30min/s holds for 10 minutes
300 wet jelqs
Warm down with a shower

Observation Note:
- Because this is my first day back to consistency, I haven't solidified my routine yet. The exercises will remain simple for the next four months, and I will try to Penis Enlargement nearly every day. This means manual exercises only.

- Warming up left me with a bigger flaccid than usual.

- I used the wet cloth to help me with my stretching grip. Stretching never seemed to really work for me, and it feels like same old same old. I've never been able to stretch beyond my erect length. Gripped an inch below the circumcision scar and pulled down, then grasped at the base and into the fatpad, pulling the shaft at both points. I could feel a stretch in the ligs when pulled downward.


- After stretching for a bit my flaccid feels thicker and rubbery. At this point I begin to jelq. When I jelqed years ago I remember the sensation of blood filling the shaft, with the penis becoming too hot from the blood. I always saw that as a good sign.

- After 125 jelqs, I stop, rotate the shaft a few times and slap it around a bit. Re-hydrate the lubrication by running my hand underwater for a few seconds, then bring myself back to an erection. Sit down and continue to jelq 125 more strokes, rotate, slap, and stretch before the final 50 jelqs.


- Warm down with a shower. At that point I had become really sensitive and decided to finish the exercise with an orgasm, without jerking it out. Orgasms after a workout aren't necessary, but I feel like they flush out and bring in new blood. Allowing the orgasm to happen without continuing stimulation kept the penis plump afterward for the rest of the shower.

That's it for my first session. I might throw in another session later today, but I'm not planning to post every single session. Instead I'll write about my routines in a text file on my computer and report a summary of any discoveries after every week.


My main goal right now is to focus on length. While I'd love more girth, and girth exercises are my favorite thing to do, I really need to focus on developing stretching to a point where it feels like the penis actually stretches and isn't being slightly tugged. The visual of being thick is nice but I want to be longer too.

Today I have the report of the second session from September 6th, and the two sessions from September 7th and 9th. I also attached photos, in hopes of seeing a difference from today (the 9th) to the end of December.


Sept 6, 2012: Afternoon
500 kegels
Warm up with a hot cloth for ten minutes
Stretching in all directions with for 10 minutes
200 wet jelqs
Warm down with a 2 minute shower

Obs Note: Two sessions in a span of 12 hours and no fatigue!


Sept 7, 2012:
Warm up with a hot cloth for ten minutes
Stretching in all directions for 10-15 minutes
100 kegels
300 wet jelqs + 50 kegels
Warm down with a shower

Obs Note - Appeared really thick in the mirror when I clamped/squeezed with my hand at the base after jelqing.
While jelqing I have to stop and stimulate myself for a bit to maintain a decent erection, but after a while the
penis traps the blood inside of it for a bit.

Stretching is still a difficult activity, but I wonder if it's due to the fat pad. I've really gotta lose that body fat again.


Sept 8th
Off day


Sept 9th
Warm up with hot cloth for 15 minutes
Intense stretching for 10-15 minutes
300 jelqs
Warm down with the shower

Obs Note: Sometimes when I'm jelqing I like to clamp down at the base and get a bigger erection, throw in a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words], or do both.
Today my perinium felt weird. When I stretched I knew why, as inner penis that I had previously expressed stretched out. Harder to hit the ligs but I still managed to do it.

Okay so I'm four days into this routine. I haven't really felt any fatigue, but I stop my workouts when I've a certain point after 45 minutes to an hour, where I feel thicker and not to the point where blood will drain out quickly. I'll report again by Thursday.

I think your approach to jelqing is wonderful. Mixing in squeezes and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is just plain smart, specially if your penis can take it. Stretching will get better as you go, it will also be more evident as you loose fat around your pubic bone. Expressive stretching also has the potential to convert internal penis to external, some even believe it converts much of the fat just in the exercise process. Thanks for the pictures! That is a very brave step in your commitment to becoming bigger. I suggest you get some measured pictures this way you can compare after you make some gains...invaluable source.
 
I don't mind posting the images, as long as I make gains eventually. I'm just contributing in (hopefully) giving hope to others who wonder if Penis Enlargement is real or not.

September 10th
Warm up with hot cloth for 15 minutes
Intense stretching for 15 minutes
300 jelqs, + a few SSJs, kegels, and reverse kegels
Warm down with a shower

Obs note: My glans felt sore before I even warmed up. Probably due to SSJs from the day before. Stretching went okay, tried to target the base more than the glans. Keeping an erection seemed difficult and SSJs didn't help much but did allow me to keep it up long enough for jelqing. Tried doing reverse kegels, nearly went into a trance and ended up working up quite a sweat! Reverse kegels helped keep the erection up a lot.


September 11th
Warm up with hot cloth for 10 minutes
Light stretching for 30 seconds each direction
Intense stretching for 10 minutes
300 jelqs, + SSJs, kegels, and reverse kegels
Warm down with a shower


Obs note: Despite the warm up my penis didn't feel great enough to stretch intensely at first, so I changed things up and did light stretches, not really targeting the base for the first round. Once I was finished with my stretches I had a really long flaccid. I felt really thick this morning. After each jelq session (125, 125, 50) I rotate the shaft, wave it around, then slap it against my thighs or ankle a bunch of times before the next session. I once read that this helps for some odd reason, but it's difficult slapping it against the thigh.

September 12th: Afternoon session
Warm up for ten minutes
intense stretching for 10 minutes
200 jelqs + reverse kegels and SSJs
Warm down with a shower, cool down with a shower, warm down with a shower


Obs note: Couldn't do a session early in the morning due to lack of privacy.
Noticed that my flaccid was bigger during the warm up. Even bigger and rubbery during the streches! Jelqed, but felt weird. Turns out I've developed fluid retention, probably due to wet SSJs over the past week.

This is the end of my first week. I've successfully managed to do 7 sessions, and taken
an off day too. 3 more weeks until I measure myself.

WEEK 2

September 13th (8th session)
Warm up for 15 minutes
Expressive stretching for 10 minutes
Intense stretching for 10 minutes
300 jelqs + SSJs + reverse kegels
Warm down with a shower

Obs note: This is the beginning of week 2, 7 hours after the end of week 1.
I decided to spice things up a bit by doing expressive stretching with the wash cloth tied around the base and behind the balls, and then pulling the penis and scrotum down/to the left/right/up. Then I'd use the wash cloth itself to pull out the inner penis, and I'd alternate two more times. Afterwards I went back to normal stretches, which seemed to stretch out even farther than before.


I'm amazed that I'm already on day 8, and that I managed to do this nearly every day so far instead of taking a break every other day. Gonna have to keep it up, can't wait for December.

It starts to feel good when you string consistent days together. This is why I am so disciplined when it comes to Penis Enlargement, I know that if I do what I have to do everyday I will get what I want. I am proud that you have made this 8 day commitment!
 
Yeah, being able to do the workout on consecutive days feels great. Taking any time off more than one day feels like a loss of potential gains to be made.


September 14th

Obs note: No-hands orgasm during the shower. It's been a week since my last one, figured it was time for it again. It's definitely helpful in that it'll pretty much end things for the night so I don't get carried away. I need my sleep too, doesn't matter how much fun it is to keep going.


September 15th: Afternoon Session
Warm up in the shower
500 wet jelqs
Exercise
500 dry jelqs
Dry stretching every direction
Cardio work out

Obs note: This is an entirely different surprise workout. I was exhausted from work/long walks on the beach/late night Penis Enlargementing over the week so I crashed early Friday night. I originally was going to take Saturday off due to going out at night but I took a separate approach to keep going with Penis Enlargement every day. 500 jelqs were done in the shower and then 500 jelqs when I was dry. I did these completely flaccid, trying not to get an erection.

I spent 20 minutes doing a boxing routine after my shower to get in some exercise, then jelqed again. Then I did some stretching with a cable wire device I made two years ago for some odd reason. (Maybe it was hanging?) Finally I finished off the day with a mile run. Gonna go out and dance tonight!


September 16th:
Off day

Obs Note: Hungover.


September 17th:
Warm up with a hot wash cloth
Light stretches in every direction
Intense stretches in every direction
Wet jelqs 300 times + clamping at the base with hand + wet SSJs
Warm down in the shower + testicle massage

Obs note: The night before I woke up with morning wood! ...or in that case nightly wood. Things must be getting better if something like that were to happen! The only problem is is that my base doesn't feel as strong as it used to, so even though I had an erection not all of the chambers were filling up. I'll take it over not having an erection anyway.

Stretching with the device seemed to pull out more inner penis. I want to stretch out more. Also, originally when I clamped with my hand or did SSJs I felt my girth increase a lot and it felt really thick in my hand, but now I reach that maximum girth quickly and it doesn't feel like I'm expanding even if I look huge in the mirror. I'm wishing for more expansion.

I try visualizing that my penis is stretching out longer when I jelq. Gotta stay positive.

I did a testicle massage during my warm down. I started turtling right away because of it. Wonder what that was all about?

September 18th: Afternoon session
Warm up with a hot wash cloth - 10 minutes
Stretches in every direction - 2 x 30sec
200 wet jelqs + SSJs/kegels/reverse kegels
Warm down


Obs note: I see a pattern here. My morning (nightly) sessions allow me to take my time, but my afternoon sessions are shorter. I think I do this because I'm pressed for time, lack privacy, and I know that within 6-7 hours I'll be doing my night/morning session again and don't want to be too fatigued.

I still turtle like crazy, even when I wrap my shaft, but my flaccid is looking pretty nice when I warm it up. Another fun thing to do (especially if you have a private bathroom at work) is to go into a bathroom with an automatic hand dryer, aim your dick under the dryer, and press the button every few seconds to keep the air going. Free heat! It can be a little bit too intense, but at the same time you can take a cloth and wet your shaft for moist heat.


On Thursday I'll be starting Week 3. Just two more weeks until I measure!

That is me 100%, this is going to really benefit you and bring gains faster. I am so bad with days off that I never take them.

I'll be happy with just a small amount of gains too, if it means that it's working!


I've already noticed an increase in libido, sometimes I get dizzy from that "runner's high" that occurs from Penis Enlargementing for too long.

September 19th: Lunch Session

Obs Note: This was a quick session I did in a private bathroom at work before I went for my walk.


September 19th: Afternoon session
Five minute warm up with hot wash cloth
Stretching for 15 seconds in all directions
Stretching with cable wire device for 30 seconds each
200 wet jelqs
Warm down with a shower

Obs note: Fell asleep early last night, so there were two afternoon sessions in a row! I prefer morning sessions but I'll take what I can get. Realistically I can't be doing this at 1am every day.


WEEK 3

September 20th
Warm up with the hand dryer
Stretches for five minutes


Obs note: I meant to do a morning session but slept through the night again, then tried to do an afternoon session after I came home from work but lacked privacy. So this was my only session of the day, although I did warm up using a heating pad before I went to bed and performed a few stretches here and there.

Oh and before I went on my walk I tucked my stretched dick in between my thighs and walked for at least half a mile before it slipped out, so I was getting a good stretch there.


September 21st: Afternoon session
Warm up with a hot wash cloth for ten minutes
Light stretches in every directions for 30 seconds each
Stretch in every direction for one minute each with cable wire
200 wet jelqs
Clamp with the hand at the base and edged for 5 minutes
Warm down with a shower


Obs note: I shaved the shaft the other day, so now that the hairs are growing back in it's kind of sore down there. Nothing new to report.


September 22nd: Noon session

1 hour clamped with the sock band
1 hour and a half with the heating pad

Obs Note:

Okay, I'll have to explain this. You know how at the top the sock, where you enter your foot, there's a band that looks like it can be modified into a wrist band? I took an old sock and cut the band out, then twist it around the base of my penis to "clamp." This gives me a great girth increase but it
may cause damage if left alone for too long (especially if you fall asleep.)

I just edged with it on for an hour, putting the heating pad on a half hour into the session. It's a nice way to keep engorged for a full hour.


September 22nd: Afternoon session
Warm up with the wash cloth for 5 minutes
Light Stretches
Stretches in every direction for 30 seconds
200 wet jelqs
Warm down with a shower


Obs note: Didn't really try to become engorged during my jelqing session, I figured I didn't want to do too much after what I did earlier in the day. When I wet jelq I don't really feel my penis stretch at all, but I like to imagine that I'm pulling a longer one out.


September 23rd
Just stretches throughout the day + kegels

Obs note: Didn't feel like having a session today, but didn't want to take a day off either, so I stretched throughout the day.


September 24th: Morning (night) session
Warm up with a hot cloth 10 minutes
Stretches in every direction for 10 minutes (30 sec hold)
300 wet jelqs + SSJs
Warm down with a shower
Dixie Cup Exercise!

Obs note:
Modifying my jelqing routine. On the first round (125) I [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]/hand clamp at 125, slap it around a bit. Then on the second round, I do 25 jelqs, and one [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. When I reach 50, 2 SSJS. 75, 3 SSJs, 100 has 4 SSJS, 125 5 SSJS. On the last 50 I do a few SSJs after every 25 jelqs

I wore the Dixie Cup for the next few hours, my libido went out of control since I watched Skinemax with it.


Oh, the Dixie Cup is one of those small paper cups normally used in the bathroom. I took scissors and cut a hole on the bottom, then put my penis through it. (It can be a bit sharp.) It made my flaccid look longer and helped me maintain an erection long enough for a long edging session.


September 25th: Afternoon session
Warm up for 5 minutes with a hot wash cloth
Stretches in every direction twice for 25 seconds
200 jelqs + SSJs


Obs note: No warm down, session interrupted during my 150th jelq. Had to finish quickly...oh well!


September 26th: Day off

Obs note: My third day off. I only had enough energy to go running on the beach and work all day.


WEEK 4

September 27th: Afternoon session

Warm up with a hot wash cloth
Stretches in every direction 25 seconds x 3
200 wet jelqs + 10 SSJs
Warm down with a shower

Obs note: I felt like the session began weakly but ended strongly, with a strong erection at the end. Good!

Another thing: I want to try some crazy stuff in the future. Maybe an all day jelq-a-thon? Jelqing nonstop all day long. I wonder what would happen if one were to jelq all day instead of taking a day long break after 30 minutes... maybe I'll find out if I ever have the time!

I like to stick with a routine until there is a plateau. A plateau for me would be 1 month with no gains. At this point I will either up the intensity, add new exercise or revamp the entire routine. With [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words], my newest routine and the future Phase 6 program, plateau's are dealt with by simply adjusting the time or position of the exercises. Penis Enlargement is becoming more and more specialized and I think [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] plays well to that.
 
Yeah, I think I may just stick to the basics for a while longer then.

I just wish I could maintain stretches for a longer period of time. I seem to get impatient and want to move on to the jelqing part during my hour long sessions, but what I'm looking for before I start jelqing is a longer flaccid. Once I see that I know it's time to jelq.

September 28th:

A few stretches and kegels throughout the day

Obs note: Was supposed to go out for the night but a friend cancelled plans,
which screwed up my Penis Enlargementing schedule.


September 29th:

A few stretches and kegels throughout the day

Obs note: I started listening to my body, I think it's been telling me I needed
some more rest or else I'd be overtraining. Decided to do kegels, edge a bit,
and drink a lot of water.


September 30th: Afternoon session

Warm up for 10 minutes with a wash cloth
Stretches in every direction for 10 minutes
200 wet jelqs
Warm down in the shower while clamping the base with my hands


Obs note: I seem to be able to stretch more and more now! When I was
stretching to the left I placed my penis on the counter, held it down with
one hand and then while using my other hand to dig into the pubic bone
pulled my body slowly over to the right for a good stretch, then did the
same thing straight out with my shaft in the sink and me pulling my
body back.

September went by quickly!


October 1st:

Warm up with a hot wash cloth for 10 minutes
Stretches for 25 seconds in each direction
Sink/Counter stretches
300 wet jelqs + SSJs + kegels/reverse kegels
Warm down with a shower

Obs note: My first late night session in a while! Felt good. Going to have
a double session later today to make up for the other day.


October 2nd
Warm up with a hot wash cloth for ten minutes
Stretches for 30 seconds each way
Sink/Counter stretches
300 wet jelqs + SSJs +k/rk
Warm down with a shower
Edged for two hours


October 3rd: Afternoon Session
Warm up with a hot wash cloth 5 minutes
30 second stretches in all directions
Left, right, straight/down stretches over the sink
200 wet jelqs
Warm down with the hot wash cloth for 2 minutes


Obs note: Lacking privacy again, had to cut out the SSJs and shower. I noticed that I felt
sore after this session, I haven't felt sore after a session in three years.


I tried measuring tonight.


No gains. The only thing I can report is an increase of libido, despite my ED. I have trouble getting it up even with stimulation. It makes things difficult being around so many beautiful women every day and not being able to get hard. I'm 26, I shouldn't be having this problem.


Today (the 4th) is the start of Week 5. I'm going to measure next Wednesday, as it's possible that I need just one more week to see some gains (hopefully.)

I agree, you should not be having these issues with eq. What do you think causes the ED most, your thoughts or a physical issue? I will work with you to help you fix this but lets try to explore why you are having this problem.
 
It's possible it's both mental and physical. It's difficult to describe the feelings I had in the past, as things like pleasure and pain are feelings you have in the present. But if I were to analyze it from what I remember of before 3 years ago...

I remember feeling very sensitive in between my thighs. I could squeeze my thighs and it'd push blood into my shaft or hold it there.

The ligaments were sensitive too. I could feel pain and pleasure when they were stretched.

The penis itself would feel "full" throughout the day, even if it was flaccid. The nerves were so strong that if I barely grazed over anything I'd get a tingling sensation throughout my body.


Now, three years later:

There's no sensitivity in the thighs. I can pinch the skin/muscle and feel the pinch, but no pleasure. Squeezing my legs doesn't push any blood into the penis.

Ligaments seem to be at the base but don't feel as strong as they once were, as if they don't even exist.


There's an empty feeling in my penis when flaccid and even when I'm erect. It's like grabbing a glass expecting to hold onto something big in your hands but you end up grabbing a straw instead and you're surprised by the difference. "Wait, I thought I just grabbed something thick. It looks thick, why doesn't it feel that way?"

However, when I clamp at the bottom with my hand or using my wristband or a hairband as a cockring, and I get an erection at 100 percent, that thick feeling returns when my EQ is at its highest.

Except for the testicles, which also have that empty ghost limb feeling. I know they're there, I can feel them, but most of the time it's like the scrotum is just a piece of skin draped over the testes.

Then there's this weird feeling at the base, extending down to the bulb of the penis, like it's the last of the sensitivity. It should start from there and extend all the way to the glans, but it just stays there inside of my body. That long invisible line of nerves from inside to the top of the base of my shaft to the head are gone.


It's possible I did this to myself physically. But it's also possible I did this mentally. Three years ago I had multiple nervous breakdowns over a situation I had no control over, and then things only became worse once I went through a bitter breakup with someone I loved (it took me a year before I could find other women attractive) and knowing that I was going through this made me feel like I couldn't be with someone else if my body wasn't working right. Then there were financial issues and basically climbing out of the hole I was in to deal with. I'd like to say that I'm doing better, but I know I can do even better than that and want to focus on those things in my life.

I work on a machine at work that breaks down a lot. When it breaks down I feel uncomfortable, like I know I can be more productive if I can figure out what's causing the jam. Then I go about fixing the jam, but if the problems keep occurring throughout the day then I get frustrated when the problems keep happening. I think of my body the same way. I know it used to work right, I know what that "full" feeling was like, and I know it can get better someday but it's frustrating that it's not working right right now.


Don't get me wrong, however. It's not like I'm wallowing over it, I've learned to keep myself focused on other things. Today my flaccid and scrotum feels squishy after taking the past two days off. Maybe things are getting better!

Obs note: Measured last night, didn't see any gains. Decided to just do kegels and stretches while resting.


October 5th

Tried measuring again yesterday, using a cockring to get a full erection. Still no gains. I think I actually shrunk a bit too. I'm on the start of week 6, I'm not giving up. Oh, and I've decided not to measure myself again until midway through December. I think I became a bit demotivated when I didn't see any gains nearly two weeks ago, or last week. I'm determined to stick with the basics, so I figure after a lot of time has passed I'll be surprised with gains! Otherwise my dick is getting a huge lecture on acting like a dick to my Penis Enlargement efforts.

I'm also trying to relax and get my mind stimulated by reading erotic fiction instead of looking at women wondering why I'm not getting hard and looking at adult entertainment and wondering why I'm not getting hard. Oh, also! Kegels! Is it normal to forget to breathe while doing these exercises? I was squeezing so hard that I felt my body temperature rise towards my chest and shoulder blades, then realized I wasn't breathing... but when I gasped for air I suddenly lost what I had pumped up with the quick, strong kegels and the kegel hold. Although I managed to pump up again, I was back to holding my breath. Weird.

This is normal and you will have to deal with it for about 2 weeks until the skin becomes used to it and irritation will cease. You can use Hydrocortisone cream after to sooth much of the discomfort.
 
Oh, haha. I know. I've shaved it many times over the past decade, so I've experienced that razor burn feeling before. The hair actually doesn't grow in dark and bushy anymore, it's thin and light colored. Not sure what happened to cause it.

But what I was getting at was that because I could feel this soreness, that was a good thing compared to the numbness! It's funny how something irritating can actually be a good sign. I actually felt my groin rubbing up against my legs multiple times today. I hope that's a sign of things to come.

I agree, a good sore/ache feeling at the base is evidence of your ligaments being stretched. A good sore/ache on the sides of the shaft is evidence that your jelqs are working.

I remember when starting puberty and the first sex ed classes they mentioned it was normal to feel growing pains in your pants. Running around the school yard, feeling this intense burning sensation in the penis that hurt quite a bit. But it was an indication of growth!

...I somewhat also remember the penis skin shedding, like skin shedding from a sunburn, when I was going through puberty. Somewhat good news! I'm waking up every night with an erection. It's not at 100 percent, but it's still noteworthy! And as for kegels... I wanted to do 1000 yesterday, but only made it to 700 before I realized I had ran out of time and needed to focus on other things. As soon as I finished this post I began the quest to do 1000 quick kegels in one session. Took nearly an hour to complete!

Okay, so my observation is as follows:

- During the first 300 kegels I was flaccid. I could see and feel the shaft pumping in blood but quickly pumping out blood too.

- Around 300 kegels my shaft began to enlarge. The glans stayed small and the shaft stretched out a few inches, but no erection.

- Around 400 kegels the engorgement subsided and went back to being flaccid. At this point there was no response to the kegels, no pumping movement.

- 500 kegels, engorgement again

- 600 kegels engorgement subsides. I try doing things like placing my right index and middle fingers on either side of the base, put a bit of pressure on it and kegel.

- 700-900 kegels was a repeat of the previous kegels.

- 900-1000 kegels: At one point I stimulated the shaft so I could see and feel the kegels before I went flaccid again. It was during this time that when the shaft was engorged my glans would quickly increase in size with every kegel and then shrink again very quickly. By the time I reached 1000 I did a 15 second hold.


- While doing kegels my girth seemed smaller, almost around 5.25 inches instead of its usual 5.75-6 inches. This is probably due to being flaccid, but the girth stayed around 5.25 when engorged.

- I could feel the sensation of the kegel pumping through my veins in the mid shaft while holding the penis. I feel as though holding my shaft in my palm makes it easier to see the engorgement/changes from each kegel.


I didn't feel like I really benefited from this, but maybe I'll see some improvements if I keep doing this. I can see how kegels can introduce more blood flow to the shaft for better expansion, I just wish that it had more of an effect after 1000 jelqs.

Kegels effect and gain potential is more the ability to hold more blood in your penis, allowing for harder erection. They are meant to build and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Jelqing will bring the girth gains and kegels help you by allowing more blood to stay in the penis.
 
Now I've just gotta wait and see if they'll have an effect on me.

The family issue was related to a death in the family, where the courts ruled in favor of the killer while ignoring incriminating evidence. Then to make matters worse the water heater burst after the landlord had been warned for weeks of it looking like it was ready to burst. Tough times my friend, very tough times. Sorry about the family issues and whatever you have to deal with in the courts. That much really compound the issue even more. My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I just lost my Grandmother of 99, it was very hard to get through. I hope things start to look up.

The water heater is bullshit too but you may be able to go and turn it up. My landlord did something similar and when I went and checked the temperature gauge he had it turned way the fuck down. I simply cranked it full blast and I never run out of hot water now. Hopefully your water heater is similar.

Use penis enlargement as therapy for now, as your escape from these trials in life, I promise you will come out of this much stronger!

I shouldn't make excuses, but the hot water situation is still there (takes too long to warm up) and I've had to deal with a few more deaths. Spent some time dealing with the personal issues, let go of some of the frustration I've felt with someone else, had time to heal and get back into the game. So let's tackle this Penis Enlargement thing again:


Chapter 1:
Starting from September 6th and ending December 31st, I did 56 sessions of Penis Enlargement. That's 116 days of Penis Enlargement, so I missed 60 opportunities as well.

There was an increase in sensitivity and libido during this time frame.


My next course of action is to continue with the manual exercises, with some "supplements" for now.


Chapter 2:


January 3rd, Afternoon Session:
10 minutes of warm up with a cup of hot water
3 minutes of stretching
250 jelqs
Warm down with a cup of hot water


Observation note:
Severe lack of blood flow to the shaft and scrotum while trying to keep warm in the cold winter weather has led to a feeling of unresponsive emptiness in my shaft. Add in the lack of exercise, both physically and Penis Enlargement wise, it was time to start anew. Not expecting to heal right away, but I started off slow.


January 4th, Afternoon Session:
Warm up with a hot cup of water 10 minutes
3 minutes of stretching

This is my current "supplement" to Penis Enlargement. Hypnosis! I'd figure getting some mental stimulation and motivation wouldn't hurt, especially from a very attractive sounding lady. I have all the Victoria Wizell tracks too.

When listening to the hypnosis files and being under trance, I was surprised that I could feel myself constantly and subconsciously kegeling. Sometimes when she'd tell me I was supposed to be hard nothing was happening, but that's okay, I wasn't expecting it to completely work 100% while starting out.

Also, my old camera is dead but I have a new one that takes better quality photos. I read about this technique that was even promoted by the guy who kegels were named after, in which a simple, permanent contraction of the upper abdomen and relaxation of the shoulders/head lifts the ribs off your stomach and helps fix your posture. By doing this you begin to see weight loss after a few weeks among other benefits. It's flaccid stretched with both none bone pressed and bone pressed, so my flaccid state can pretty much stretch out between 6 and 7 inches. I want it to stretch out even longer.

I also bought the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] (finally) and I'm working on building a homemade ballzinger/ROP.

You have some great achievements thus far, my Penis Enlargementing friend. I too have had life get in the wqy of Penis Enlargementing and it slowly becomes a non-existing part of your daily routine. I noticed that I'm a bit restless at night, waking up every hour. Can't tell if it's because I can't breathe due to the cold or because of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]MaleExtra[/words]. I did start having vivid, strange dreams about a girl I don't know, I read that the weird dreams and restlessness are a side effect. We'll see.

New learning experiences, the right rod on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] bent and I had to get it back into place. Probably due to trying to stretch the head piece onto the top of the extension rods and accidentally bending it.

During my five minute session I attempted to try out the comfort strap instead of the noose, but that caused intense stretching way too quickly and I had difficulty unscrewing the extension rods to ease the tension. (Does anybody else sweat just from working with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]?) Finally managed to pull up the comfort strap and slip out. I'm sticking with the noose for now.

Noticed that yesterday morning I woke up with a bigger flaccid.


One more thing, I ordered some zinc rods last week and they came in the mail the other day. WOW. Trying the velcro strap method on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I notice that my shaft remains more plump instead of stretched to the max like with the noose, and it does tend to slip out eventually, but it remains plump after a short session and feels comfortable.

I tried out the DLD Blasters (A Stretch with a 5 second kegel hold, waiting two seconds then following up with a reverse kegel 5 second hold) for 15 minutes.

I then combined the DLD Blasters with part of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], by tugging the basal ring into the fat pad (and eliminating scrotal webbing to gain more shaft to stretch) while performing the DLD Blasters. It felt good.


The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] comes with this stretchy band that has a gel like substance that's meant to be worn behind the glans. I tried placing it close to the base of my shaft only and let it stay there throughout the night. It expands out so it doesn't cut off blood circulation, but kept my shaft plump until I turtled... then kinda just stayed there like a condom ring when I woke up this morning. I know that throughout the night I could still feel the plump shaft rubbing up against the blankets, so at least it was working for a while.


I'll continue to experiment, I think I missed an opportunity last night to jelq after the Basal Ring + DLD Blasters session, I'll have to try it out soon.

Nor cock rings either, but this gel like band is different. It's not tight, doesn't cut off circulation and is worn close to the base (but not at the base.) It slides up the shaft like a condom ring. It expands/stretches with the shaft.

By putting it on you have to maintain an erection yourself (or while sleeping, allowing night time erections to happen) in order to get that plumpness, otherwise it turtles. I've tried this while fully awake at work, as soon as stimulation is over you'll turtle after walking around a bit, but it clings to your skin in a non-constrictive way and easily slides off.

I'll take pictures to show what I mean. If it was tight and clamped down on the shaft I wouldn't wear it at all.
