I've introduced myself in the newbies forum a while back, but I'll make a quick recap.
I learned about Penis Enlargement years ago and started a dedicated routine back in early 2009. I managed to go from:
3/13/09 - BPenis EnlargementL - 7.2" NBEL - 6.7" EG - 5.0"
To currently:
9/6/12
BPenis EnlargementL - 7.7"
NBEL - 6.8 - 7.0"
Girth - 5.75 - 6.0"
The size fluctuates constantly, as soon as I get it to full size it quickly goes down before I can measure it properly.
The gains haven't been consistent as I've only done Penis Enlargement on and off since August of 2009, but now I'm determined to grow larger.
The first step in doing that is becoming dedicated to a routine, so I'm going back to the basics.
Today is September 6th, 2012. There are four more months left in the year... I want to see a bit of change by December 31st.
I used to keep a log detailing my efforts. It's definitely a great way to motivate yourself to stick to a routine. My old routine was two days on, one day off, then a week off after every four weeks (so the 5th, then the 10th, etc.) One thing I do is make observation notes after I've performed a routine, to look back later on and see what does and doesn't work. Normally they're short and to the point but today I'll explain what exactly it is I do.
CHAPTER ONE: Back to the Basics

Sept 6, 2012:
Warm up with a hot cloth for ten minutes
Stretching in all directions with 30sec-1:30min/s holds for 10 minutes
300 wet jelqs
Warm down with a shower
Observation Note:
- Because this is my first day back to consistency, I haven't solidified my routine yet. The exercises will remain simple for the next four months, and I will try to Penis Enlargement nearly every day. This means manual exercises only.
- Warming up left me with a bigger flaccid than usual.
- I used the wet cloth to help me with my stretching grip. Stretching never seemed to really work for me, and it feels like same old same old. I've never been able to stretch beyond my erect length. Gripped an inch below the circumcision scar and pulled down, then grasped at the base and into the fatpad, pulling the shaft at both points. I could feel a stretch in the ligs when pulled downward.
- After stretching for a bit my flaccid feels thicker and rubbery. At this point I begin to jelq. When I jelqed years ago I remember the sensation of blood filling the shaft, with the penis becoming too hot from the blood. I always saw that as a good sign.
- After 125 jelqs, I stop, rotate the shaft a few times and slap it around a bit. Re-hydrate the lubrication by running my hand underwater for a few seconds, then bring myself back to an erection. Sit down and continue to jelq 125 more strokes, rotate, slap, and stretch before the final 50 jelqs.
- Warm down with a shower. At that point I had become really sensitive and decided to finish the exercise with an orgasm, without jerking it out. Orgasms after a workout aren't necessary, but I feel like they flush out and bring in new blood. Allowing the orgasm to happen without continuing stimulation kept the penis plump afterward for the rest of the shower.

That's it for my first session. I might throw in another session later today, but I'm not planning to post every single session. Instead I'll write about my routines in a text file on my computer and report a summary of any discoveries after every week.
My main goal right now is to focus on length. While I'd love more girth, and girth exercises are my favorite thing to do, I really need to focus on developing stretching to a point where it feels like the penis actually stretches and isn't being slightly tugged. The visual of being thick is nice but I want to be longer too.
