Hey petersouth. I can't say my source but cough cough roniellecough cough. A little birdy with vast knowledge told me that the best time to do your stretching and additional girth work is after your dick goes down from your pge1 workout. Pge1 works on unlinking the cologen bonds of the tunica walls so right after your pge1 erection goes down your dick is in it's best state to be manipulated through stretch force. This little birdy with vast knowledge jelqs for 45mins to 1 hr after his pge1 workout to cause further controlled micro damage. He also sez that jelqing after pge1 releases natural growth factors and healing agents into the penile tissue since you are milking the penis thus flushing the post pge1 fatigued penile tissues with fresh oxygenated blood.
