Sorry about not getting back until today. The base does cut into my fat pad a bit. I do think that when applied properly, the seal is better. It seems like sometimes the seal doesn't work as well as it once did. I'm looking to create my own seal soon. I just haven't been able to get out to Lowe's or a Home Depot lately. So I did a lot in the shower today. Managed to get a bunch done and enjoy my session.
I've been so busy lately that I haven't enjoyed much of anything lately. I have finally gotten a full session in and forgot how relaxing it could be.

This past week, I did 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions but I've been forgetting when I did them because I didn't document them. I've been off and on in the past few weeks and intend to take a break after this is all over.

Still having trouble getting a full routine in. I'm thinking I might split them up. I'm also considering using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] again, except it's having the same issue I did with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]! So I'm going to use silicon caulking soon to fix it. I've been so busy that I haven't been able to fix either Bathmates. Still looking for the cushion like padding that is used at the base. I think there should be some more stronger glue used on that, especially with the way people are using these for stretching.

Either way, I haven't fallen off, I've just been busy with everything. I am proud of myself for keeping up with the program that I set out with initially, although, I wish I had some more time to invest into it throughout the day. Just a matter of working around it. I'm also in the midst of moving as well, which has been a bit difficult to keep privacy and a good schedule together. By August, when i'm moved in to my new apartment and my classes will over, things will settle down.

UPDATE:

I went to a home repair store just recently and purchased some silicon based caulking with the intentions of fixing my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] which is separating at the foam on the underside. I tried once to seal it but it did not work. The foam actually absorbed the glue and didn't dry completely. I have decided to use a 3M brand spray adhesive but I have to find a good place and time to do it. I need a well ventilated area and decent amount of time for it dry.

Just got 4 new silicon sleeves in the mail! Hope to break them in. I wish I knew how they made those, I could make a custom size for myself!

    - ~I used a silicon sleeve over the glans and at the base for whole session.​
  • 200 jelqs
  • 100 jelq bends
  • 4 SSJs
  • 2 minute cold water cool down.

Been a while since I posted. Hey everyone at the forum. It's been 2 months since I've posted. I stopped regularly doing my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 20 minutes in the shower routine and have only did it occasionally at most 1 time a week until recently. I started doing it pretty much everyday since I've had a break and I'm looking to do an on again off again routine. I really need to focus on getting a stretching routine in more than anything. That's been my weakness and what I have always wanted to do. i am so close to 7.5 inches non bone pressed its scary! Time to break through my plataeu!

New Routine

Start with basic stretches for 20-30 min. A-stretches, Snake Chokers and occasional use of Power Wrench for my stretches, because I've gotta build my grip :)

Edging when Possible to help my erections. I'm hoping to stave off my ejaculation as much as possible. This has helped immensely with erections and my staying power

Kegeling all day. Variations on 1 second clamps 10 second clamps and 30 second to one minute clamps.

So now that everything has quieted down, I've been reassessing my life and my goals. I had an immense amount of change happen this year and I am hoping to maintain a manageable routine that isn't too taxing. I have had an incredible string of relationships that carried an immense amount of baggage that ruined my outlook on life and myself. I have attempted to cope with who I have become and realized that I was missing out on so much in my life, including loving myself and just having fun. I put pressure on everything and it ruined a lot of things in my life from my relationships to my routine. I put these immense requirements on myself and they ruined my self-confidence. I have been hesitant to measure because I am afraid that I have lost a lot of what I have gained in the past and I will beat myself up over it. Just so happens, I know I am capable to meet my goals. I want 8 inches soooo bad that I can feel the potential within my bones. I have to try my best to reach those goals step by step, without worring about not meeting my goals but knowing that I will eventually get there!

i have faith in you guys and I hope you guys have faith in me. I need your support and I will try my best to offer as much encouragement and knowledge that I can about the subject.

I decided to give FAR infrared light therapy a try since I've heard its good for energy levels, removing wastes from your body(provided good diet and supplementation), and improving flexibility (hopefully this will help with length gains!). Either way, I'll looking forward to having more energy and happiness this year. I know it's going to work out.

For full scrotum A- Stretches, I put my balls and Cock through the porthole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. It helps to target that perenium and the area where your PC muscle contracts. I'm not sure if I read about on the site or decided to start doing them to attack the base more for better length gains.

Quick update, I'm hoping to include the Power Assist Workout in my potential stretches as a superset option. I've heard good things about this.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. A few things I want to mention that I have changed along with my Penis Enlargement schedule. These have all been implemented since the beginning of this month.

I have been using a Far infra-red (IR) sauna while I Penis Enlargement. I am using a wrapping technique using pre-wrap and athletic tape. The pre wrap is the Styrofoam-like material that many sports trainers use on athletes before they apply athletic tape to ice packs, etc. I do my 20 min. stretch within this portable sauna I got online. The results on my energy levels have been amazing. I have done a little bit of research and, although expensive, I have found that they are a tremendously beneficial thing to have. They promote flexibility, increased mitochondrial production levels and promote cell growth. Plus, it makes you sweat (hence my athletic tape) and keeps you limber the whole time for a stretch because of the dry heat the Far IR panels emit.

I have started lifting 4 times a week and have also begun running 15-20 minutes after that. It may be much, but I have been hopefully working up to 30 min running. I want to get at least 4 days of running since that will help keep my metabolism going and I will be able to burn fat better post workout. Plus, the overhead of going back to the gym later on at night is too much for me.

I made all of the above possible because I have changed my sleep schedule. This may sound drastic but I was hoping to try this and see what the result would be. I am trying a bi-phasic sleep cycle. The concept is basically sleep 4 to 4.5 hours at night(starting anywhere from 12-3AM), then take a nap around (7-9PMish). My body is acclimated to it even after a beginning this at the end of December. There are some draw backs, namely I take a hr, (1 hr 1/2 nap) at night which is when most people are up and going out, doing things etc. Also, you have to be ready to be incredibly tired for a good week and half before your body gets used to it (The naps though will be really beneficial when you reach them later in the day!). If you manage to be disciplined enough, you will find your self with roughly 10-14 hours more in the week to do things and no physical side effects.

I've also been eating 6 "meals" a day. I'm pretty much eating smaller less than lunch size meals over the course of the day and snacking on occasion throughout the night. This has helped for muscle gain and fat loss. Additionally, the energy that I get has been pretty helpful as well.

I've also added on my Penis Enlargement schedule later at night before bed around 1:30 to 3 each night.

That's what I've been up too! Made some changes, some would say drastic ones, but I'm finding that pay offs far outweigh the initial struggle. I'm looking forward to gains but that is not my primary focus. I feel better and more happy with this routine and schedule. I take some time off on Saturdays and Sundays if I can to recharge and sleep in, which the sleep schedule definitely allows for. I still always take my naps later on at night, just for regularity but they usually only last for and hour.

Since I posted my last revised post on January 3rd, I've been doing Penis Enlargement a lot. I have actually taken a break at least one day a week and have been documenting what I've been doing since that time with Penis Enlargement. I have been finding that I have been moving away from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and more towards length exercises.

I have been doing 20 minutes of stretching, focusing on the A-stretch, the full-scrotum A-Stretches, Blue Whales and occasionally, have done work with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] Workout.

I got an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] in the mail this week and have only had a chance to wear it on Sunday for 4 hours with 5min breaks and stretching every hour, Monday (2 hours with 5min breaks and stretching every hour), and Wednesday (30min while taking a nap).

Otherwise, excluding Saturday last week and Thursday this week, I've been doing 200 - 300 jelqs (slower for 2 seconds) and 50 - 100 jelq bends.

I'm trying to get used to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and I want to get the gains from it. I've been reading on the forums for the optimum extension and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions (ie, 90% of your NBPL or some thing like that as a rule of thumb). I've been stretching around my erect length every time I've done these and it seems to work pretty well for me.

Haha thanks DLD! I actually changed my signature a week or so ago but I didn't read your response until now. I've been revamping my life and decided to be pretty regimented about this work out plan. I was perusing the site and have realized that I may be limiting my gains but not incorporating stronger pulls in my manual stretches. I'm sure my body has adapted to the stress that I have put on it in the past few years. Additionally, when I was at my best length, I was at my peak upper body strength as well. I'm back in the gym again, kicking ass as I mention before, but I'm going to need something else to leverage some length gains.

Judging from positive responses I have seen on here using the footlong stretch and seeing how one of my lifting goals is flexibility, I think this is the perfect opportunity to increase my leg flexibility and loosen my penial ligaments. Traditionally, I have been a pretty stiff and inflexible person, so I think it's time I changed that, throughout my body. Tired of being muscle bound like a majority of the people I see at the gym. So during my 20 minutes in the Sauna and stretching, I will be using leg for the foot long exercise. I'm going to attempt this tonight to see how it works out.

Since I last posted 2 weeks ago, I've maintained my schedule pretty regularly, only missing 3 days total (that's only 1 day that I really missed, since I intend to take at least one day off per week). I helped a friend out by driving him home late on night and had to get up early. I do my Penis Enlargement sessions at night so I'm not interrupted and I am able to focus more and relax as well. Additionally, I have only been doing my manual exercises Sunday-Friday instead of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] exercise sets I planned on doing Tuesdays and Thursdays. I want to focus on length and hopefully the foot longs will come through for this.

So as you can see I just updated my signature, again! I measured just a little while ago. I started measuring strictly based on DLD's suggestions he posted in his"How-to-Measure...A-Quick-Guide" link in the newbie section. This has worked wonderfully as for the longest time, I measuring my Bone Pressed flaccid stretch and erect lengths from the top part of the penis. The pubic bone is definitely more accurate. I guess I could use this as a base measurement finally, as measuring earlier was difficult for me.

I also want to add that I've been edging quite a bit lately and I'm trying to learn to be multi-orgasmic. The goal is to increase erection strength, which it definitely has, and facilitate blood flow post work out. I am also continuing with kegels although I'm trying to focus on doing 5 second holds and 5 second reverse kegels. I was doing 300-400 1 second holds per day but was realizing that my PC muscle was constantly in tension because of it and contracting wildly when I was about to cum. I'm doing the 5 second holds to help stave off the ejaculation when I reach the Point of no return and reverse kegeling to release tension in the PC muscle.

Also, in addition to edging, I've been limiting the times I come to once every 4 days as opposed to once or twice a day even. I has helped me stay focused more and I've been more relaxed since I started doing this last month. My goal was once a week, but that's been increasingly difficult with the way my erection quality has been as a result of this!

So I have a new goal, 8 inches NBPL by the end of the 2011. That's one inch. I think I can do it. I now have enough self-motivation to get it going, just gotta focus on pushing my limits and recharging.

I'm falling off the bandwagon a bit. I celebrated a little bit too much this weekend with masturbating. I usually Penis Enlargement around 1-2 in the morning. I didn't Penis Enlargement Sunday night, Monday night or earlier this morning. I'm trying to get back on task. The set I did do Late Monday night/Early Tuesday involved the Foot long stretches. I couldn't maintain a good stretch in the portable sauna because my legs kept hitting the heating panels (OUCH!). I took it outside and did roughly 4 sets for 30 seconds. On the last one, my ligs popped! I haven't had this happen in about 3 years! AWESOME! I'm hoping to incorporate this in to my routine as a main stay and just do Blue Whales and A stretch variations when I feel my Ligs is fatigued enough.

I've also calculated that I need to get at least grow on average (3/22)" per month (~.13636"/month) to reach my 8.5 goal and 1/11" per month (~0.0909"/month) to reach my 8 inch goal. I'm hoping to set these as mini goals and if I achieve them each month, I hope to share them with you. I'm hoping that I can get some good ideas on how to reward myself besides adult entertainment :). Maybe a night out on the town to enjoy my confident new size!

Either way, I hope you all are doing well and I'm hoping to update this info to my routine so that I can motivate myself to stick with it!
 
Since I last posted, I've only been able to get in 5 sessions, each of them are Manual exercises. My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] comfort strap also broke on the day that I begin to make resolve to wear it for 5 hours! I'm going out to get some velcro this afternoon and create the velcro strap modification that's on the site. Thanks to J1L and DLD for posting that thread as I would have never thought to create that.

I started also keeping tabs on my exercises using an excel spread sheet to chart my progress. I think it's relatively compact and would do well to fit a variety of routines. Still perfecting it but we'll see how it goes. It's been helping me measure my progress better, since I often don't post to the site unless it's the weekends.

I'm off to make my modification and start up with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 5 hours daily. I've gotten used to how it works and the feel for it and I'm looking forward to really breaking down my plateau that I've had. I will continue to keep up with manual exercises and get back on the bandwagon with more resolve to achieve what I need.

Still striving for 8 by year's end. If I make it before then, I'm heading for 8.5. I know it's going to happen. It's just a matter of time and (especially) dedication.

    I haven't been able to do these routines as much as I want to (I've missed about 5 sessions in the past 2 weeks and haven't been updating my journal as a much). One reason is because of lack of streamlining my manual exercise journal has as opposed to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] journal. I feel like the data entry into my journal at the end of the night is tedious and followed a template I made that works better for writing in the data.

    Size Genetics

    here are my stats since I started (2/19, my last post here):

    - I've only missed 3 days since I started the routine (2/21, 2/24 and 3/2)
    - the average time I wore it per day in Feb was 3.56 hours or roughly 3 hours, 33 minutes and 36 seconds without the 2 days I missed.
    - I've been at 900 grams (the first notch on the spring resistance since I started (so roughly 3 weeks)

    I have been taking breaks after 1 to 1.5 hours and have been noticing occasional red spots and of course the coldness of the glans. I have only had pain in the base of the shaft since my skin is stretching there. My scar tissue from my circumcision is also lengthening and I'm trying to alleviate that with Bio Oil twice a day.

The glans will become cold after 15-20 minutes of constriction, this is normal. The only way to combat is to take off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and bring back good circulation. You can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] up to an 60-90 minutes before having to recirculate.

Very good. I would say try to boost that up to 2 session daily (total of 3 hours/ two 1.5 hour sets)

Thank you for answering my questions DLD. I've been reading that 1.5 or an hour is best. I've just been worried that the coldness I get in my glans before I have to recirculate would damage my unit. Honestly, the only time I've had pain has been when my skin is stretching, which to me is a good sign. Even if it's not working to increase length (although it is!), I'll eventually have my fore skin restored if I keep it up.

Intro
Since my posts are long, I've been using this template as a guide for my thoughts and for organization.

I've been meaning to update you all on my progress. I measured on Saturday (for length) and Sunday (for girth, just for shits and giggles).

Still doing my meditation, trying to lift this week (scheduling conflicts suck) still eating right, and kicking ass in general. I've recently isolated a few things that will boost my well being and each of the above, including Penis Enlargement, are it. It's like I need to do these things so that I feel great, especially lifting and meditation. Those 2 help to motivate the others.

Manual Exercises Update

Still working on the better excel journal, and I got in a good manual exercise set in yesterday with some bundled a-stretches, which seem to really help stretch. I can feel that A-stretch again!

Size Genetics Update

here are my stats since 3/4, my last post:

- Haven't missed a day since the last post (f**k yeah!)
- my average for the past few days is 3.2 hours or roughly 3 hours and 12 minutes
- I've been at 1200 grams resistance starting the March 4th

General Observations
- been pretty consistent with the past posts that I've had. Nothing too crazy
- measuring, I found that my girth has actually stayed consistent but my length has increased! My bone pressed flaccid stretch went up and so did my bone pressed erect length. I'm pretty stoked.
- My NBP erect length went up a hair to 7.25, it was fluctuating between 7.2 and 7.25 in February when I measured.
- In short, i'm going to keep on with my routine.

No immediate questions that I can think of

Intro
I have been keeping up with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] routine (see [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] section) but have only recently continued with my manual exercises (see Manual Exercises Update). It's mainly because i've been sick and finishing up the last few weeks of spring semester.

Some quick notes on what else I've been doing:
- Still eating better (4-6 smaller meals a day)
- reduced amount of adult entertainment I watch (put in filters)
- fallen off the sleeping schedule because I've been sick for the past 2 weeks.
- Lifted only about 4 times this month because i've been sick
- continuing mindfulness meditation (which has helped tremendously!)

Manual Exercises Update

here is a run down of what I did with my manual exercises:
No Stretches!

400-500 jelqs
50-100 jelq bends


I haven't been able to do these routines as much as I want to because I did them later at night and it worked when I was only my sleep schedule. I have the more streamlined journal set-up but didn't get back on the manual exercise kick because my sleep schedule has been hectic because I've been sick for 2 weeks.

Size Genetics Update

here are my stats since my last post (2/19, my last post here):

- on March 26th, I bumped up my length to include a small rod. Right now I have: the base rod (~3.5"), one big rod(~2"), the medium rod (~1") and the small rod (~0.5") so roughly 6.5" in flaccid stretch
- I've only missed 3 days since the last report (3/30, 3/31 and 4/2)
- the average time I wore it per day in March was 2.96774 hours or roughly 2 hours, 58 minutes including the 3 days I missed and 3.28 hours without the 3 days missed in March
- I've been at 1200 grams since 3/04 (the second notch on the spring resistance since I started)

I have been taking breaks after 1 to 1.5 hours and have been noticing occasional red spots and of course the coldness of the glans. I have only had pain in the base of the shaft since my skin is stretching there but that has subsided since I put moleskin around the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'm occasionally using Bio-Oil.

Hey DLD! It's an anti-blister solution for people with blisters on their feet. I figured it's pretty rugged and disposable and thought this would help against the skin pull near the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words]. I'm hoping to post a forum on how to mod your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I'll be busy with school for the next 2 weeks.

Wow! Almost 2 months since I last posted. I still have to get that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] moleskin modification up on the forums.

One big update. Thanks to DLD, I now have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words]. This is the best thing that I have ever experienced in Penis Enlargement. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is awesome, but for someone who has always had trouble with gaining length, this is the best device out there.

So far I've used it for hanging. I've hung 5 lbs on Monday and 10 lbs on Tuesday and Wednesday Today I hung 10lbs for 2 20 minute periods. Maybe I'm pushing it but the pull and the slight burn in the ligs is something I haven't felt in a while!

Now that I have I have the wrapping down I will use it for manual stretches. I will alternate each week, where one week I'll hang the weight, the following week I'll hang. For the manual week, I'm going to do the all direction stretches that DLD has for Phase 1 (Up, down, left, right, the four corners with each for 30 seconds finally followed by the 15-20 Rotary Stretches). I'm aiming for 10-15 minutes each week for about a month and eventually building up to 20-30 minutes each subsequent week.

For Hanging, I'll try to vary the poundage each time I do them, maybe even do pyramids or something changing the duration and weight. I'm hoping to work up to 20 or even 30 pounds. I'll see how it goes. I'm going to troll the hanging thread and try to ask some questions over there. So far, I'm enjoying it. I definitely think this is the best way to gain length, something I've been failing to get results in for a while and I've decided to try it out.

I'm still doing 300 to 500 jelqs. pretty much every day. I took 2 weeks off, one at the end of April and at the end of May. I'll try to do some more maybe working up too 600-1000, not sure.

I'm kinda torn between putting together a good, structured workout or just doing things that feel right and working with them. I've been doing jelqs, working on stretching occasionally and working with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

I'm hoping to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] stretcher in the future to cement length. I've read some study that showed that the stretcher alone used for 5 hours a day for 6 months helped the wearers gain on average 0.7 inches. I'd imagine using it for 3 - 5 hours like I was doing for about 3 months (I stopped doing it daily mid April) would help to cement the gains. Once the ligs are deformed, they'll stay that way for a while and I'll have my length!
