Girth work and length work requires different level of concentration and state of mind. It's best to focus on one at a time because you will gain faster. I will start girth work once I get to 9 inches bone pressed.

I know that, but what I meant was is just LM stretching enough as a routine ?

I think should be enough but it's best to add other exercises as you keep gaining.

I've been so busy but I'm back at it and I've been doing 1 hour daily mandingo stretch since 1st of November.

So im doing bundled stretches to the left middle and right for 5 minutes before doing the newbie routine but for 2 minutes per stretch with high intensity. I have a high erection angle with a upward curve, so ive been doing a lot of downward streches in the hopes of slightly correcting it. What do you think about this routine, i have the same exact measurement goals as you huge-girth and id love to reach that mark with you, but im having trouble with my routine because i feel ive plateued off the newbie gains and need more powerful streches to gain. Can i ditch this routine all together and go for 3 sets of 20 mandingo streches like you and see gains, also why dont you do bundles downward stretches anymore? Also how do you do the mandingo strech with the lengthmaster ? Can someone also send me a link for lengthmaster rolls.

DLD can you hook your boy up with the insane length routine for the lengthmaster im willing to do anything for 9 inches, but i feel as if ive platued. Im going to get an all day extender but id rather use a silicone sleeve because extenders cost so much its ridiculous.

You can join me on this journey to greatness. I will be going back to doing the downward bundled stretches by 1st of February. I give each exercise 90 days before switching to another.

Dump the newbie routine and join me on this journey. I use my length master 3 times daily for 20mins each set. One in the morning, another in the afternoon and the last one in the evening.

I hope dld can link us to the video showing how the mandingo stretch is done.

I have an upward curve but I'mnot bothered about it at all. It makes sex so much fun.

@huge-girth: Have you ever done the bundled stretch, and bundled hanging with the lengthmaster ... I ask for feedback, as I'm due to receive my own lengthmaster soon, and I will hammer the fucking shit out of it with such exercises in a bid to finally break into the 9 inch nob club.


I've been doing bundled length master stretches since 14th of January. I started with 1 hour downward bundled stretches and did it for 3 months.

I switched over to bundled length master rolls and did it for 1 hour daily for 3months.

Now I'm doing 1 hour daily mandingo stretches for another 3 months.

I tried hanging bundled with the length master but i felt pains on the shorter side of my penis which made me back off.

There should be a video for all of this in the video vault forum. I do not know how to do the Mandingo stretch to explain to you. Bundles and Rolls I can tell you about, bundles are when you twist the penis in the Lengthmaster and stretch from there.
Rolls or when you strap in the Lancaster you pull it straight out in front of you and then you roll it back using the handlebars. I’ve never done the Mandingo stretch in a Lengthmaster so hopefully he can tell you about that.

Wow that’s crazy I never got pants before but I hear you on growing up thinking you had a small dick, i think a lot of guys are like that till they finally have sex and realize what they really have. This is a product of today’s society in my opinion. But once you find the brotherhood it’s all good ?

You are going from average to huge. Girth work is very addictive because of the massive expansion at the end of each session which can be used for sex.
 
Consistently and belief will always deliver gains. You have been very consistent and that’s why you’re making gains. Keep up the good work!
