Yes my balls and cock are both hanging heavier now. I have good section today and I decided to take a measurement and I saw 7.15/16. I'm extremely close to 8 inches now. Just one more month and two weeks I will be at 8 inches mark. I'm closer to 9 inches than I thought.

I only used the length master for 20 mins today doing the mandingo stretches because I was outside most of the time.

First and foremost, permit my poor english. For the very first time, I've decided to create a progress thread for myself because I've come to realize that it boost my zeal and love for PE. I've been doing PE off and on since 2008 with some little gains. I've bought an SG for the third time (I gave the previous 2 out due to frustration) I've been measuring wrongly before but now I know how to measure. I will measure and upload my current length later tonight. I own a Hydromax X40 Extreme and the SG traction device. I also have a length master which is yet to arrive my home since shipment. Today is my 4th day of stretching with the SG. I'm currently working on my length only. I want to get to 8 and a half inches in length before stopping the length exercise and start working on girth.

I'm currently wearing the SG for 4 hours daily with manual stretches in between sets and also doing erect stretches too and using the Ace bandage for wrapping when I'm not stretching. I will upload a pic of my current length later tonight when I'm done with the day's work.

I replied you in another thread concerning this topic with detailed explanation as to why I haven't gotten to my length and girth goal. But I'm just .5 inches away from my length goal now.

So cool to see the original LengthMaster. I do not think we made any money on these, they were so expensive to make. Thank goodness Lightning got the redesign done so well and where the Brotherhood could make a couple of bucks. The LengthMaster is my creation and I love to see it evolve!

You are getting it wrong when you said I have been consistent. Ever since I created my progress log I always fall off my routine after one month and two weeks. if you check my progress log, you will see that it is very long and that's because I post my daily routine. But if you check the dates, you will notice that I always stop training after one month and two weeks. But back in 2015, I managed to stay consistent and gained half inch in length with the length master. Now fast-forward to this year January 14th 2018, I told myself that PE is a do or die affair so I started training again and I've been consistent since January 14th till today.

I would have gotten to my goal in PE more than 3 years ago.

Yes I would have guessed it earlier - consistency. Even then you managed half an inch lol.

Try not to be like me. Do all you can to stay committed to PE. I banged so many chicks with my small penis back in the days. Now I wish I had my current length size to bang those chicks back then

Yep in regards to training. I believe in all or nothing - meaning do it properly or don't do it at all, that's why I started out much after I heard of PE, as I knew I wouldn't be able to maintain consistency until I was ready. I have only 1 "chick" in my life, and I want to give her my best - 8" and satisfying ? This is my endeavour. I don't need or want to impress other women, even if they beg me for it.

Which device are you using and how many months have you been training?

Not using any devices currently.
Started off in March with some light 2 minute stretches and jelqs. Mid April I increased stretches to 10 mins approx till mid June. I also stopped jelqs and started squeezes in may till mid June. Took a 1 month break and started back in mid July with same routine. Started around 5.9 bpel and now near 6.2 bpel. Not concerned about girth right now, only length.

Great manuual gains! I would continue on the path if gains are continuing, if it aint broke don't fix it. If they slow I highly recommend the LengthMaster.

If not for the fact that I don't have money, my plan was to combine either the Phallosan or the Penilmasterpro together with the length master for daily use. With devices, you can get to your goal quicker.

Using device takes longer when training so yes you will have to spend more time doing PE with a device. With your hands the gains you will be making is too little. I've never trained with my hands before. If not for the fact that I don't have money, I would hace gotten for myself the Phallosan and use it in combination with my length master.

1 hour length master session combined with 8 hours max tension Phallosan usage will bring the quickest gains for me. But you can use your length master for 30 minutes too.

Maybe you wouldnt need that much intensity to reach your goal, maybe you would have achieved your goal earlier.....thats also a possibility right ?
I believe the most efficient PE is not by punishing the penis by applying as much force as possible, but by applying as less force/intensity as possible to achieve growth and once that is exhausted, increasing intensity and force over time. This is the mistake many newbies make by starting with full intensity and not gaining much if anything at all.

I haven't reached my goal and it has nothing to do with intensity. it has everything to do with commitment and consistency. I never said training with hands is not effective. What i said is that training with hands will give slower gains which is nothing but the truth. You can try to prove me wrong by training with your hands let's see how much gains you can make in 1 year or even 6 months.

With devices, you can use higher intensity. If you train with your hands, your ability of stretching the penis is limited and your hands will also get tired. But with a device, you can pull with as much intensity as needed.

I'm not going to measure again until 14th of February. I'm hoping to gain 1 inch in length by 14th February. I will do only mandingo stretches and downward bundled stretches.

I am also thinking of updating my progress log once in a month. This daily posting is making my log appears too long and boring. So no more posting until 30th of September.
 
Two things :

1. What length did you start at when you began PE ? It was back in 2014 if I remember correctly ?

2. I feel the main purpose of maintaining a log is so that you remain consistent and accountable. Try to update it every few days, if not daily. Who cares if its boring or whatever, atleast we can track your routine and progress.

I can't remember my starting length but I started doing PE 2008 off and on. I started with a device called the jelq device. I will keep updating my log but not daily anymore.

I have come to the conclusion that length master rolls is not effective when compared to downward bundled stretches and Mandingo stretches. Downward bundled stretches and Mandingo stretches are two of the most powerful stretches you can do with the length master so I want to see if I can gain 1 inch from now until 14th February which will put me around 9 inches length. I'm currently doing 3 sets of 20mins Mandingo stretches with my length master daily for one hour. By 14th of November, I will switch over to downward bundled stretches. I have broken my wooden ruler intentionally to avoid measuring.

Still going strong and highly motivated. I am 100% confident that I will be 9 inches bone pressed come Feb 14th 2019.

From the look of things, I might receive the Phallosan by the end of this month of September and that will make everything much easier for me. Combining the length master with the Phallosan has always been something I wish I could do. Now is the time.

9inches bone pressed, here I come.

No I wasn't on a break but I noticed that ever since I stopped updating my progress log daily, I almost fell off my routine. I've been training but not with the consistency I was using before. Yes there might be slight increase in length size after a session but I'm not paying any attention to it.
