Cool to see you’re back in your training. How much gains have you had before you restarted this year? How long of a break did you take?

I stopped training in December 2019. At that time, I was 8.25 inches length and 5.5 inches girth. I got a mityvsc in January 2023 and started the 5x5x3 girth routine on the 8th of January 2023. I did that for only 5 months and got to 6 inches mid shaft then I stopped training.

But now I've decided to go commando and max out the hydromax xtreme 9 pump for 7 inches girth and also use my length master to get to my 9 inches length goal.

Impressive gains. I’m sure you will reach your goals with that intense routine

I wasn't very active in the last 30 days. I only trained for 9 days and I even injured myself. For this reason, I won't count the last 30 days as part of my training. I've resumed training today. The girth gains I made in the last 3 months is still intact therefore, today is the first day of my 4th month of training. I will post again on the 7th of September.

That's an incredible my brother and don't feel bad about 30 days. You've been doing this for years. And since your gains stayed intact, you should be very proud of yourself

During today's session and after it, I realized I didn't lose any of the progress I've made. I'm right where I should be. If not for the injury I had on the 12th of July, I would have been very consistent. It's all good though. I'm back on track.

Wow, i'm so proud of you.Excellent work and what a testimony to other brothers
