I like SSJs because of the squeeze it causes to the entire area.I think the water pump hardcore stretches are going to do the trick with girth.
Not sure what this might be called
Sometimes I do a few jelqs to bring blood along with some kegels
then hold the ok sign with thumb and index finger towards the body
Squeeze down the ok sign and kegel once or twice to bring in extra blood
Then with the other three fingers squeeze down at once and release slightly and then repeat many mini pumps without releasing the ok
I’ve done up to twenty or thirty mini squeezes while holding the ok sign
Let me know what you think or maybe you guys know what this exercise describes.
