Just a very minuscule tear in the frenulum.

I think I was using too much pressure doing stretches with hanging and LM.

I may not have been wrappedup correctly or I just over did it.

I’ve been putting on some neosporin and hydrocortisone cream.

It’s healing up.
Took off about 3 days so far and it looks like it’s healing up, so hopefully I’ll be back to working out in another week. I just rather it heal before I start again.

I copied a couple of vets, so let’s see what they think.

One day thinking of getting circumcised and I think their is a procedure for the frenulum that prevents tearing, but can’t remember what it’s called.

Harder Workouts have been great for me though, maybe in just have to ease up just a tad.

The LM has been awesome using A Y stretches.

Come on gains!

I've never had this issue. From what I've heard, that small tear can lead to increase in size. You might want to take your measurement once you are fully healed. Take it easy but don't fall off.

Today makes it 30 days of training though, I took 8 days off which is from last week Wednesday yesterday 8th of January. I've finished my length master sessions for today. I will do girth work later this evening.

I fell off my diet for 8 days, now I'm back.

My body responds fast to anything I'm doing.
Are there any supplements or workout regimens to do along with PE?

Anyone familiar with things that would speed up growth other than staying in elongated state?

I know some is genetic, but what other factors affect healing for PE.

For me, all I did and still do is PE. Consistency will bring the gains you seek. It might take longer but it would be worth it.

I feel like if you are living a health lifestyle, sleeps well, eat good food (no nutritional deficiencies), exercise and so on, I think this is the best you can do for growth. What else is there?, our body is amazing on adjusting to new conditions, and heal from that.

Got my biggest expansion today because I did 6x6x3. Tomorrow, I will start doing 8x8x3. I think my body has adapted to the pump and the pressure.

Time to pump same way I was doing with the hydroXtreme 9.
