Some exercises were recommended and they are quite effective too. The pains always go away whenever I do the exercise. The pain has reduced. I will resume training by Sunday morning.

Sounds good. Try to be extra focused on what may be causing this. Just try to take mental notes as you progress.

Maybe its the way i position my waist while training. I intend standing in the shower this time around if i resume training. The pains is almost gone now.
 
Finally, the pain is gone. It took exactly 1 week. I will resume pumping this week but this time around, in a standing position. Something i have never done before.

I doubt if standing in the bathroom while pumping would change anything. The member @johnny-wang always stand while pumping but he is still having the same pain.

What i think might be the solution, is a combination of pumping and sciatic nerve pain exercises done daily.



I will still stand while pumping once i resume by the weekend.

I've been battling with my bathmate while trying to pump. Air keeps entering the cylinder from the top. There is a crack there and i noticed it the last time I tried pumping. This is the second bathmate that I've used and it developed a problem after cleaning the valve.

The problem with the bathmate is that you can easily damage it while cleaning the valve. I think that's how my problem started. I am no longer able to pump. @DLD @Lightning

Personally, I don't want a bathmate anymore. I believe the mityvac is far superior to it. Is there a way I can get a replacement for my Hydromax 9? If possible, I will prefer the same size of pump in the mityvac. Please dld and lightning you both need to come to my rescue on getting the mityvac

I'm so depress right now and this might lead to a very long break from PE.

He replied saying I should contact bathmate. I replied back informing him that you shipped two bathmates to me back in 2017. I'm yet to get his response.

For me jogging was a staple in losing the weight I did. I started out by walking a mile a day and then I went to miles today. After that I started to jog 1 mile a day and then eventually I was up to 2 miles a day. It not only helped me lose weight but it also brought me very good euphoria after each workout. So after you have been doing this you will lose weight and this will allow the penis to show much more length.

Sciatica can occur due to a condition that is known as piriformis syndrome. ... The sciatic nerve runs down from the lower spine through to the buttocks and the back of the thigh. The pressure of the muscle on the sciatic nerve causes the pain known as sciatica.

I looked up the problem and I got the above explanation. I feel pains on the left side of my butt. I've taken Ibuprofen for the pain last night and I also found some exercises that I was told are good for those suffering from sciatica.

I got operated almost 6 yrs ago n got worse. Its part of the reason I havent been able to get back to doing serious PE. Be careful, dont strain urself doing any type of work and dont get operated in the future unless u cant withstand the pain any longer. Do the exercises you've learned and get therapy if u must. Im disabled due to do this bullshit so please take care of it on time, dont lift heavy shit n remember, do not get operated unless u have to.

Do you know anyone that has suffered from sciatica before?
