Didn't wake up early this morning and I also over fed myself. I only did my first 20mins session and gave up for the day. I will take today as an off day. I will resume tomorrow.

I only became consistent January 15th 2018 till today
 
Just cut out processed foods. Incorporate more plants. Drink plenty of water. Water water water.

Honestly, I'm trying to do that. I hate my fat pad so much. It's making it difficult for me to know my actual size. I know for sure that I'm longer than 8.25 but my fat pad is blocking me from knowing the actual size of my length
 
All of our body's are different. Some may never even shed their fatpad. It really comes down to physiology and genetics. Just like I will never have a flat stomach. Just not my body type, and if I were able to achieve that, I would be extremely malnourished.
