I’m there with you brother losing that fat pad. I need to start watching my diet closer because this week I kind of fell back into a bad diet. So I’m gonna try to eat very clean for the next month or two and hopefully get rid of the rest of this fat pad

I personally think eating clean for a 60 days period will get rid of the fat pad. I've just not been able to bring myself to do it.

I may try to fast again for 30 days with minimal soon as this help me lose my fat pad so quickly last time. I’ll try to find the thread describes what I did.

I've been doing the DLD blasters for 1 hour daily 20mins X 3 for almost a month now. But my hands hurt so much so I've decided to switch over to doing downward bundled stretches. I will do the downward bundled stretches till Christmas.

Just felt I should let you all know I'm still here and going stronger than before.

I hope you got some good stretching in with the DLD Blasters. A tip, when your hands get tired you can use your Lengthmaster arm like RB fake arm to take the stress off your hands.

My new silistretcher is on the way so I've decided to just skip the size blasters and combine using the silistretcher and doing downward bundled stretches with length master.

I'm super excited. From the look of things, Im thinking of using the Silistretcher for 1 year before stopping length work. Im very curious to know how much gains I can make from 8 hours wearing of the silistretcher in combination with 40mins length master session for 1 year.

since no one has had it for year we have no clue but we will know this information as it comes in time.
 
Got my silistretcher 2 and I've decided to use it for at least 6 months in combination with my length master before giving up completely on length exeecises. I hope I can get to 9 inches by 25th of January 2020.

I misplaced my silipad so I'm using a piece of foam as cushion to protect my penis inside the silistretcher. I have two large silisleeves but I decided to cut some part of it because it's too long. I accidentally damaged one of the silisleeve by cutting it to a very short size.

I had to cut the other one too and luckily for me, I didn't damage it. So now I have only one silisleeve but I'm confident it will last until I can afford some.

Starting from today, I will be updating this log on a daily basis until 25th of January 2020.

I see some people are able to wear the silistretcher for up to 2 hours. I can't do that because it hurts some times after an hour and also i don't want to get any bacteria as a result of my penis staying inside the silistretcher for too long.

I also removed the siliscale from the silistretcher because it makes the device too long and not too intense for my stretch. So now I'm using the silistretcher without the siliscale and my stretch is very intense.

I will be using my silistretcher for 6 hours daily in combination with two 20mins length master session. Below is what I did today:

20mins downward bundled stretches
3 hours silistretcher at max tension

20mins downward bundled stretches
3 hours silistretcher at max tension

But I'm sincerely thinking of getting two new length master exercises that I haven't done before. I want to see if I can start doing the dld blasters in replacement of the downward bundled stretch.

I will let you giys know what's up by tomorrow.

I love the new work out and it’s time for a fresh change, this will give you more inspiration and motivation. I’ll be here every day to check up on you.
