I am telling you, it is the season change. I have serve seasonal effective disorder and when the seasons change I go through a massive adjustment. It will pass and you will get used to the Winter, regardless of the cold. What really effects us, in my opinion, is where the Earth is during those months. Here is the fucked up part, the moment you get used to the new season it changes and you need to readjust again. I think we can work together to keep ourselves out of depression and stay focused on feeling good!
I've been feeling depressed for almost a month now. I'm not where I'm suppose to be at the moment. By January, I'm suppose to be working on my music career. I have problem with finance and accommodation. Now is the time for me to look for money. I want to quit PE until January. Let me relocate to a new apartment and start living alone so I can be in a good state of mind.
