I did what I can do today, below is what I did:

Tomorrow, I want to take the noose strap that came with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to a tailor and then I will get a thick cloth to wrap around the noose strap and I will sew it with the noose strap inside. I will insert some foam inside the wrap and wrap it around the middles area of the noose strap, the area that rests on my penis when I'm using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I don't know if you guys understand it but that's what I will be doing. I think this might improve comfort. Secondly, I will see if I can find a way to start using the velcro from tomorrow. It's time to try something new.

I pumped for the first time since 3 months today. I did 6 6 6 with 4 reps of 1 minute [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in between each set. I didn't know about low pressure pumping before until I read about it. Now I started slow and built up pressure but it still wasn't too intense of a pump. My temporary expansion is: right under the glans 6 inches, mid shaft 6.5 inches and base 7 inches. I didn't get any fluid retention at all. This is the routine that I can be consistent with, a routine that I won't be scared of.

I only did girth work but I got fluid retention. I did 10 X 3 that's why. By tomorrow I will do 7 X 3 and then I will see if I ever get any fluid retention from the session. I will let you guess know how it goes, I just want to find the right duration for each pumping set and also avoid fluid retention. Tomorrow I will resume with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words].
