Try adding a little cardio in the evenings with that, just 10-15 minutes is enough. If you can be disciplined enough to not eat after 6, and get some cardio in before going to bed, some people believe you can almost double you fat burning capacity. I have observed this with people I have trained with as well who were cutting weight for competition.
 
I've not been jogging ever since I started lifting weights and doing sit ups. I will start doing jogging in the evening as you have suggested Jake. I will start when I begin using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] by next month

Awesome that you have gotten into a good workout routine. I just did the same a couple days ago and I gotta tell ya, I feel great. I am training on the HIIT program and I have created a great diet that consists mainly of proteins, some fruit and vegetables too and I can already feel my body cleaning itself. I feel very encouraged and I hope you do too! Good luck my Brother!
 
A great diet for weight loss that doesn't leave you hungry all the time is the Paleo Diet. If you REALLY want to cut weight fast check out the Dolce Diet, lots of the fighters I know use it to cut weight before fights without losing muscle or [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words].
 
I will check that diet you talked about Jake. I do have a new diet which I made by myself couple of days ago though. I like the idea of jogging before my bed time. I will see to it. I'm with you on this one dld.

Yup this is right about what my diet consists of:

EAT:
Grass-produced meats
Fish/seafood
Fresh fruits and veggies
Eggs
Nuts and seeds
Healthful oils (Olive, walnut, flaxseed, macadamia, avocado, coconut)

DON’T EAT:
Cereal grains
Legumes (including peanuts)
Dairy
Refined sugar
Potatoes
Processed foods
Salt
Refined vegetable oils

But I do each peanuts and almonds

Dude, we are officially in a race to see who can get in shape first! :) I think a bit of competition will make us work harder. I am picking up a scale tonight to see where I am at. I will also be starting a progress thread for all to witness the transformation of the DLD:)

I will break the plateau of not taking picture and just do so at the end of this war. Shortdick put your mind, body and soul into your routine. By the end of this year, you should achieve your length goal.

I don't think I could handle that much cardio. I love the HIIT routine. I am not sure how it does what it does but only 4 minutes a day and my metabolism is on speed the whole day. After the routine I felt like I ran a marathon. I am so happy this HIIT workout exists and people are making great changes with it. For a lazy guy, like myself, it is perfect.
