It's not as big as before. But the problem I have is that most of our food here contains fat. So I stopped eating once it's 5pm till the next day. I eat twice daily. In the morning I eat after my length and girth workout probably by 12:30pm and then I eat again by 3pm. After eating by 3pm, I don't eat until the following day. I just started this new pattern two days ago. I jog for 30 minutes in the morning and then at night I do situps and crunches.

I'm almost 8 inches in length now and my base girth is 6inches while the middle is above 5 and a half.

I finished my sessions early today. 1 hour [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] session and my regular pumping session. Today I didn't do any cardio exercise. I want to rest for two day. I will resume tomorrow. My diet is still a problem but the tummy is not as big as before.
 
I can see a lot of you guys are following my progress log. I need an advice from you all including DLD. I've searched on google and I realized that Banana is good in the removal of belly fat I mean my fat pad, is that correct? I eat by 2pm in the afternoon some times which I just did today and I don't intend eating anymore till tomorrow. But I want to ask if I can eat Banana right after my sit up and crunches exercises tonight before going to bed. If I eat Banana right after my situp and crunches every night before going to bed, will it help in removing my fat pad?

I need your advice please, come in here everyone.

I do not know about bananas and the fat pad. I lost my fat pad by doing cardio work and eating a reduced calorie diet. I really don't like bananas but if they help reduce the fat pad I will start to love them:)

I do like the idea of reducing calorie intake. How many calorie intake did you reduce to?

Shit happens. Today I only used my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for 1 hour. There wasn't enough privacy for girth work. I will start doing girth work right after my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] session and erect stretches starting from tomorrow morning. Still jogging 30 minutes every morning and eating twice daily, morning and afternoon then two banana before going to bed.

I currently have some visitors therefore, there isn't enough privacy for me to do girth work now. I did my 1 hour [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] session yesterday but I forgot to do my erect stretches. I will do them today. Still doing cardio and some times I eat red meat and other heavy food which I know I'm not suppose to eat. But I'm still working on it.
