I've not been able to come online to update my progress for couple of days due to internet problem. I'm back and better. It's been 2months since I did my last PE exercise and then I stopped because I was carried away by the holiday. Somebody please help me. I started performing Kegel with hope that it will strengthen my erection but it failed me. Now I cannot get a good erection and I always ejaculate while trying to pump. The Kegel exercise has made me so horny. I've stopped doing it from this moment. Secondly, I've been using Marijuana as a tool to get strong erection for girth work. But I don't think I can afford to continue deceiving myself. I want to buy the pills. Kegels will only cause good effect in erection quality, if you erection are weak it is probably due to fatigue. Maybe you should go with a routine that is every other day until you get the strength up in eq. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words]'s are great pills and will help you with better erections and better hang,

Everything is now back to normal. Great to hear and the workout looks kick ass! Simple but effective using only the best exercises and equipment.
 
I've not done any form of PE since Saturday because I have an injury not from PE though. As soon as I'm healed completely, I will resume PE. Probably this week.

I'm now fully back and there will be only 2 days of been off from now till 1st of July. I have decided to change my length goal to NBPEL 8 inches. DLD please help me edit the 9 inches on my progress log to 8 inches NBPEL. I have quit smoking because it makes me eat too much. I will be buying the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills to replace marijuana for girth workout. I'm currently using my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] only and I'm not doing girth work at the moment and I am no longer buying the PF. Please guys can you tell me if it is safe to take the pills for girth work for up to 6 month or a year? I'm still waiting for answers.

The Pills can be used indefinitely, there is no time limit on them.

The session lasted for an hour because I don't use a stop watch to count, I just count in my mind. I feel sore after the session but I'm already used to it. My current NBPEL is 7.1 inches and I have a fat pad, I don't know if the fat pad is the same thing as what I call a big belly or tummy. I have a somehow big tummy and I've started jogging daily and doing stomach exercises. I also cut down drastically on my food intake because I don't smoke weed anymore. I have a whole 4 months for PE with no breaks at all from now till 1st of July. I want to see if I can get rid of my big tummy or is that what you call the fat pad? I want to see if I can get to 9 inches BPEL by 1st of July with my daily 1 hour [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] session.
 
wow july 1st 4 thats determination,besides 7.1NBPEL is adult entertainment actor size¡¡ you can walk along the streets completely fearless :)
