Sure it does but yesterday was worse because it was a 3 hours session. I cannot do 3 hours session, 2 hours is my final bustop.

I can be consistent with 2 hours daily routine.

I did a 1 hour session in the morning and I did 30 mins followed by another 30mins making it a total of 2 hours session.

Please does anyone know any pills that works for weight loss? I'm tempted to try these because I want to get rid of my fat pad as soon as possible. I saw one pills called T5 fat burner, though it works but I think it has some side effects. Do you guys know any weight loss pills with no side effects? Please share.

I still have my fat pad and I am already 8 inches bone pressed. I believe there is an extra inch under my fat pad. I am looking for a weight loss pill with no side effect. I'm going to create a thread with this topic. You have the ability to do girth and length work in one day. I can't concentrate on both exercises in a 24hours period it's too stressful for me.

The worst for me was I was 8.5" and I had a fat pad that was 2.5" so non bone pressed I looked like I was 6". I am so amped to lose this weight I have now. Gotta drop 30-40 pounds to lose that fat pad.

Non bone pressed I can see a visible 7 and half inch in length. I will get some pills to help me get rid of the belly fat as soon as possible. I have a feeling that I won't be satisfied when I get to 9inches. I might need 10 inches length.. Let's see what happens when I finally get rid of my fat pad

The best weight loss pill in the world is simply a good diet brother. Cut out the sugars and carbs that you don't need, especially any HFS. No soda, and even lighten up on beer. Drink lot's of water, do 30 minutes of cardio and cut the sugar and carbs from your diet and the fat will melt off bro.

All this while I have been doing Cardio daily but I didn't diet yet. I will start dieting from next week. Thanks for the advice, I will make sure I keep to it.

Most people don't realize but when it comes to weight-loss, dieting is actually considered by most health and nutrition professionals to be 70% of the battle. Fitness is for fitness sake, and though it plays a part in weight loss, the real source of weight loss comes from creating a caloric deficit by burning more calories then you take in and maintaining maximum efficiency in your metabolism (by eliminating sugar and unnecessary carbs). Exercise helps to increase that deficit and tones muscle and helps our physique, but is usually not enough alone to lose weight (unless you spend several hours a day doing intense activity).

I totally agree with all you have said. Bacheloor gave me a diet food time table. I will follow the instruction on there and start to do the dieting from next week. Do you have a fat pad?

Not really to speak of, my bone pressed measurement is only about .2 difference from NBPEL. I eat healthy and exercise regularly and have done so for years.
