Last girth sessions went horrible. Usual routine is 10mins ulis, 10mins clamped edging - repeat 1x.

Ulis are decent, but I lose the erection every time after 2mins of clamped edging. When doing it it feels like the least interesting thing I could do. I get bored and swooosh erection gone. It's incredibly much work to get to the ponr and takes 2-3minutes each time I lose it.
Because of that, Im currently doing:

1) 10mins ulis with ring, Xmins clamped edging (as long as I can effetivly go)
2) pause with ring still on, wait until its completely flaccid again
3) repeat 1)
4) repeat 2)
5) Xmins clamped edging


today I woke up with a nice thick 90% erection (felt like 5.7 inches circumference (when 100% erection I seem to lose a tiny bit girth, though)). maybe it does work after all...

anyway, no break! but im switching from "length,length,girth,girth,..." to "3x length,2x girth,...", giving my little friend a little more time to heal up
 
ah don't be disheartened man, it may be just trying to get used to the consistency and intensity of the exercises your throwing its way. Theres no defeat in rest - it just makes the whole process take a little longer, but the most important thing is to stay determined to reach the goal - and if stopping will contribute badly to your determination I think your doing the right thing.

Horniness is also quite variable - I'm a stupidly horny guy and I'm always jerking off, but some days/weeks/ every so often, I'll just be disinterested.

See how you go - you may find you recover your interest quite quickly, but if you don't you might want to think about how that will affect your gains.
 
Hey 8iG, try taking some horny goat weed. I heard good things about that stuff from some of my gym buddies. You can get that stuff from your local nutritional store for bodybuilders or athletes. Might make your arousal levels go back up to get you through your girth sessions.
 
The problem at the moment is, that at start of my workout I dont have problems getting to the ponr. It happens well under a minute if i want to. Todays girth workout went horrible as usual. 10mins Ulis were decent, then after 2-3minutes of clamped edging - woom - erection decreases, cant get to the ponr without straining work. Its just like the first minutes Im extremely sensitive (only holding my dick will sometimes hold me at ponr) and then quite suddenly its gone. im losing interest, no chance.

but I thought of a method to do extremely intense "jelqs" without needing to have a full erection (but still being "pumped") by wrapping the gauze bandage further up to the glans. Like placing clamp after clamp after clamp until you are pretty close to the glans. Its really pressuring the blood up the dick.

Im not expecting any gains this friday...

I need to look for a more intense length routine aswell. No gains for december. Couldn't write, forum was down or something.. Currently Im really sleazy with my workout.. Last weak I had to take a break because I was away from home. Low intensity stretching yesterday and today I just skipped. :/
 
Hang in there 8iG. I know you can reach your goals. Your are not to far away from them with your current size. Just stay motivated and keep your eye on the prize. Good luck dude. I know you can do it.

In todays girth routine I decided to do not the usual 10mins Ulis but 20mins. And it got thick towards the glans (deep, cant really see that on that pic). Doubling up the workout time for that exercise really broad me to a new level of unclamped thickness.
After that, I did my usual clamped edging -- with my usual problem of losing the ponr after ~2mins and not being able to bring it back. After 10mins of clamping I stopped (where I took the second pic). I will do some clamping later this evening. BUT: Probably due to my englengthend Ulis (10->20mins) - wow - I was about 5.6-5.7inches around THE GLANS!, and probably 6-6.1 inches right below the glans because of the swollen foreskin. Felt niiiiice ;)

Not to highjack thread or anything but it seems that that horny goat weed does have some effects. I took two 300mg tablets before bed and it was difficult to sleep because I kept getting hard and it lasted until this morning. Could be in my head but I will give it another go today. Keep up the good work guys.

TITAN pills have hg but not even close to that amount. Is that a therapeutic dose? Sounds like it is working for you, maybe we should change the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] formula.
 
Haven't seen you for a long time (here and on Penisdicke), nice to have you back! You are defenetly huge, not just ''a bit above average''. Have you ever thought about trying out hanging? I just startet handing some weeks ago and I hope to get some good length gains. Maybe you give it a shot, perhaps it will push your gains again near the 8''-mark!
