I've always been more of a quiet guy just like my parents and especially my mum. Plus I got mobbed in school for going into puberty very late (in fact I have chances that my dick will still grow naturaly, I do look like 15 rofl) so that I didn't go to school anymore. I really struggled but last June I finally successfully finished school. It's a very very long story, basicly the story of my life.
Always being shy, even as a little kid, mixed with negative lifeexperience.
The biggest issue for me right now is the fact that I wear braces (probably 1 to 2 years more to go). Dang braces on a 20yo!? Yes. They're straight, no worry about that. They're healthy and stuff but they're not the whitest. Basicly I've tryed to avoid laughing and grinning for the past years. I don't feel attractive. I've had chances to get a girl but I did not take them.
I feel really pathetic right now. Nevermind, just ignore the story.
 
I know I should stop measuring so often but it seems like I'm gaining on a daily basis. rofl I'm amazed right now :P.

You are like me. Girls always despises me because of my thin build. Even I dont have any hair on my face, and I look 15 like you.

And I have never been any girl since this age. What an embrassment:(
 
Nice gains ... if your worried about your body looking like a garden rake than start hitting the gym. Sure women love a guy with muscles, it shows power and confidence. Dont end up looking like one of those juiced up fuckers who can barely walk .. sparrow legs with big top half. Looks sick imo and most women agree. You know those pro bodybuilders.
 
i was once your size a couple of years ago..then i got serious about the gym and eating...i was eating every 3hrs for real if i was hungry or not..hit the gym...now my weight fluctuate from 150 -155lbs...and i'm trying to gain atleast another 10lbs in the next few months...but lean weight so i'm doing a lot of cardio and sitting in the sauna...and trying to eat healthy...i cook my own meals so that helps..but you will pack on the weight eventually..maybe once your metabolism slows down a bit...so you are in the gym right? but Red is right when you get in the gym do not neglect the legs...squats, lunges, deadlifts, calf raises..there is nothing worse than seeing a guy working upper body all the time and avoiding his legs...good luck to you..with the pe and the gym
 
Yikes 8iG. Your dick looks fatter then 5.5 girth midshaft from that last pic. Your dick looks longer then your stats say two. I guess because of your thin build, your dick looks that much bigger. This is the reason why I don't wan't my legs to get any bigger. No more heavy squats for me. Just keeping the reps high.

If you are trying to gain some muscle, just follow these simple concepts.
Eat and then eat somemore 6 meals a day
Make sure you get plenty of protein (1 gram per pound of bodyweight)
Eat good quality carbs like oats, brown rice, yams, and whole wheat bread.
Try to get stronger on all your compound lifts like benchpress, shoulder press, squats, and deadlifts.
The stronger you get in the hyptrophy muscle building rep range, the bigger you'll get according to your genetics.
Rep range should be around 6-10

Hehe, thanks. I was surprised myself. Looking down on it, it looks bigger. I'm 2 inches wide and 1,38 inches deep, hence only 5,55 girth. ;)

I really tried gaining weight. Almost two times my needed calories a day. Tried highly praised so called weight gainer. Nothing. It's just not possible. Really, it isn't. I literaly gave up. All weight I gain is through muscles. I am probably under 5% bodyfat though I've never had it measured.
Currently I'm trying to get my 120 to 130 gramms of protein a day and lots of carbs.

My legs aren't very thin. If I stand straight my legs are a little wider than my hip. I legpress around 460 to 470lbs. Since I have had a rupture of the meniscus and I recently started noticing my knee again I stopped legpressing. Squats and deadlifts are things I really should avoid, I think they're to heavy on my knees.

Benchpress is 3 times 8 reps at ~128lbs, so a little over my own bodyweight.

Thanks for the advice though. :)


ps: oh before I forget. my flaccid one is 5,3'. just measured. was at 4,53' before Penis Enlargement. rofl

how do bench 128? if you have 40lbs on each side plus the bar is 45lbs, that would give you 125..if you had 2.5lbs weights on each side..that would get you up to 130lbs..or are you using the Smith Machine rather than the free weights Barbell Bench Press?...like i said i was the same way for a long time..but know that i'm a little older the weight can come on..my body fat has increased a lot though too...no more abs of steel for me rofl..but trying to get the definition back...and you should be careful on that knee..you don't want to blow that out
 
well i live in germany, we use kilogramm

bar is 20kg (=44.09lbs), each side 18,75kg = 37,5kg (=82,67lbs), plus the heavy clips to prevent the weights from falling off ~600g (~1.3lbs)... pretty close around 128lbs rofl
 
8iG checkout our health section, got some good tips on fitness. Also look into material by Vince Gironda, Mike Mentzer [German connection maybe??] and Arthur Jones ... masters of fitness my freind and the methods work. I was in the 160lb range and now I'm 187lbs at the low average end in bodyfat and VERY strong ... I bench 350lbs with my max at over 410lbs so its very good working out useing those guys methods. I can bench and lift more than guys who are built like brick shithouses at 220lbs or more and they are like WOW when they see this hahaha hey I dont give a shit what they think because the smaller guy is manytimes more stronger. Bruce Lee my freind, allot of that power and strength comes from the TENDONS and LIGAMENTS not the muscle, because of they are weak the muscle will not power and do its job.

So since I have a lot of freetime lately, I have been doing a lot of stretches and some edging combined with uli's. I somehow feel that I will have success by doing this - got rockhard erections.

I didn't bust for 10 days now. For what I've noticed the last three days when I'm edging it's enough to stretch my balls down and/or my dickskin. I am constantly on the edge of busting, I have to keep kegeling; I don't even have to look at the adult entertainment. I'll have to be very careful. Today it almost happened as I only firmly touched my dick. Some juice came out but I didn't really cum, could prevent it with a really hard and long kegel. I can only do 15 minute edging sessions before it gets to hard to hold back.

I also noticed that while my dick still is almost fully erect my glans is shrinking first when losing the erection. I seem to have problems with the bloodsupply in my glans (it's quite good in size when at max). Is it normal? Any advice?
