AS FOR Penis Enlargement I am going at it with 5 lbs for at least 1.5 hour sets and have worked up to 5 hours in one day *happened yesterday. Today I'm aiming for 4hours. Tomorrow hopefully, I can get in 5 hours again. I notice that I need at least 3 hours to reach fatigue no matter if I break the sessions down into halves no matter how long in between as long as it's continued the same day obviously. IT's nice feeling fatigued in the pubic bone region, which is something I rarely felt with the Bib without some measureable pain. The Bib gave me some length gains, but the base girth I got from it was just great. Thanks again Bib. Um, there just seems to be something to hanging as long as possible after fatigue period regardless of weight, which is Bib's main point I believe and BTC's Max-Vac lends itself as a means to achieving such a routine.
