yeah it's nothing like bodybuilding. You've got to "ride the fatigue" as often and as long as you can. I'm not sure how it works for the upper angles like Over The Shoulder hanging, but when it comes to SD and SO (I think with SO anyway) the less time you give the ligaments to get stronger or recover the less chance you have at gaining. It's important to keep the ligs constantly at the lengths they are while the weight is pulling down on them in order to achieve longer penis length. Over time the ligs and internal penis structures, at least I think anyway, become longer/expressed. It takes a lot of hanging to get results from what I gather.
