All right right now I will do the same hanging routine I've been doing. I was thinking I should hang right now in the afternoon while I have a day off from work. I actually have the internet on my laptop now and I am going to hang while surfing the net.
 
I'm measuring NBP and BP on the 21st. I'm measuring BP for the first time in a while. I have gained about 5 lbs since last measurement. Been lifting more reps in incline bench press and switched back to dumbbells for my arms instead of using a barbell. I saw less definition after a month or two or shit I forget when I started using a barbell for arms, but my biceps weren't improving so I've switched. I think it is helping in that department though. I'm definitely adding muscle.

My hanging sessions are going great and I know I have gained and am satisfied with the way I know too. I used to have barely the tip of my head peek out over out my hands when I gripped my erect penis with two hands and now my whole head sticks out except for the very bottom ridge on the topside of my penis. It's either that or my hands shrunk and with my luck my hands and cock have lol.

BP should be awesome, I'll be paying for ya. The NBP may be the same or even less depending on where you put that weight on. I know I have put on allot of weight this Winter and my NBP is suffering big time. I won't measure it again until I loose some weight this Spring.

Well, gotta be at work at 430 so I won't be able to hang this afternoon, but will at 11 or so.
 
Just completed 1 10 minute 13 lbs set and 6 20 minute 10 lbs set and am going to add another 20 minute set at 10 lbs actually. I think I can go another set easily. I want to see how far I can take it with this weight soon. I don't want to do anything crazy at least not right now. In the coming weeks I will try to hang for 9 20 minute sets after the initial 13 lbs fatigue set. My cock starts to get sore after that first 10 minute set at 13 lbs so I know I won't move up in weight soon. The sets probably won't be all at 10 lbs either. I might drop the weight after the 6th or 7th to 8lbs.

I hang SD and straight out throughout each set except the 1st 10 minute set at the highest weight. That is primarily straight out. Occasionally I can slide down the bed enough and get close to hanging SD with 13lbs but most of the time I can't or don't try. Either way I feel fine with what I'm doing. No significant discoloration. I warm up and down sufficiently.
 
Just finished my 7th 20 minute set and just warmed down for 5 minutes with a hot wrap.

I've got a pretty good flaccid hang going here. Nice and thick like. Don't know if that's because of the hot wrap or a combination of it and hanging or what but it's nice and plump like.
 
I've had a shitty hanging session, but it's because I hanged sitting in my computer chair tonight and that doesn't allow me to hang SD as the weight easily touches the floor when I scooch down that far...sucks but I know I got something out of tonight...

6/20 minute sets at 10 lbs

haven't worked out in two days so I will have to hit the weights before work tonight...got to...I want to try to gain some muscle in my lower pex area because the top of my chest is outstanding. The bottom is not so...hardly any meat there

I want to take pics of my chest and abs and arms soon but I have to get used to taking pics with my new camera. Damn cool looking thing...havent gotten any use of it yet, but I will soon. Hopefully I WILL have FUCKING GAINED something this time! I need some form of confidence builder.
 
Fuck yeah. I measured just now and I have a BPenis EnlargementL of just over 7 inches. I don't know if it is cemented or not yet so in another month I'll know for sure, but I've been working my ass off 2 hours plus every day of hanging...my NBPenis EnlargementL is just a tad over 6 3/4 now too (2 lines before 7). So while I have a BPenis EnlargementL measurement now I did gain NBPenis EnlargementL. I am so happy right now. I gained finally. I don't want lose the five pounds though...If anything I needed to gain some weight.

Thanks. yeah. I don't know when I'll be able to move up in weight again, but I think and I think this makes sense that as you go along with hanging the gains typically come in the times when you've had to move up in weight. The ligs in particular don't have time to get stronger.

All I can say is I am not seeing how I can keep this up without my grades falling next quarter. Hopefully I can do math and hang at the same time. I'll see.

I'll probably have to move up in weight in a few weeks. I am really going to stick by that this time. I said the same thing a few weeks ago and I ended up only waiting one week before changing to a heavier weight. I'll wait until the second week of my quarter to move up to 13 lbs hanging for 20 minutes and have 15 lbs be the max weight or more if that is how it turns out.

Hanged primarily SD. Some Straight out, but the way I did it was the first two sets were straight out and then I did the all the rest SD and finished the final set SO.

My balls for some reason really shrivel up when I hang. I wish they didn't. When I do SD and lift my legs up while on my back my sack gets stretched out and it hangs lower after the session, but during the other types of angles my nuts are really like they were for me pre-Penis Enlargement. Strange.
 
I am going out of town Thursday night but am going to try to get a session in that day before I leave. Then I'll be on a break for three days. After that I will be back on track, but I hope it doesn't make it harder for me to get back to the same weight I was at when I stopped. I doubt it will, but it is a concern of mine.
 
You'll be fine , it'll be a little pull for the first min or 2 but after that it goes back to normal , well thats how it worked for me :) How much have you gained while hanging so far bud !
 
.25 inch I suppose BPenis EnlargementL and just a little bit less than that NBPenis EnlargementL. I haven't really been keeping up with my physique as much as I had been. Gotta trade off every now and then with what you want to improve upon. I figure I can go full throttle on Hanging for another month or so and then back off a little bit to get my body back to where I'd like it to be for the hot summer time weather. I'm hoping by the beginning of June I'll be 7.25 NBPenis EnlargementL with no BP measurements again. I think it was more like 6 or 7 pounds I gained as opposed to the five I thought it was. 165 lbs I'm at and at last measurement I know I was at 158 or 159. Not much weight I know and it's probably the weight that's best for my frame, but I never thought I'd carry it where my cock is lol.

It'd be real cool if I could gain cock either way.

Just did 15 minutes of Ulis too at 2 am. Was horny and thought instead of blowing my load I'd do something constructive with it. lol

All sets but one were Straight Out and the other was SD. I want to mix it up right now before I move up in weight in a week or two.
