My balls dont stand so low as most man I believe, they are very near to the base of my penis,almost attached.
Will [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] release any kind of sleeve or acessories in order to help prevent this?

I stretched my sac before and also used a stronger [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] at max pressure and finally managed to do some stretches without getting sucked in.
BTW,this stretches gave me ultimate gains in lenght, I managed to gain 0.25" in just 4 days!!
Definitely gonna incorporate them straight into my daily routine. :cool:
 
Good to hear others are using the stretches and getting good results! I have nothing but raves about mixing them into the routine.
 
tryied it today.i usualy hit 180-182.after 7x40 sec on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] strenching i was hitting 188mm.that was amazing.definatly will get on my routine on the way for 8.5 inches
 
So I was doing these by pulling on the tube but I have seen a video on here of them being done by holding it against you and pulling just the base kind of ..


What would be the best way to do these.
P.s. I prefer pulling the middle of the tube up and out over what the video showed
 
I don't recall seeing that video, but if you come across it again, plz reference it in this post so others may know what you are talking about. I'm trying to picture it, but I don't see how it would benefit with the way I'm seeing it in my mind.

It takes some experimenting, and when you get it down, you'll feel a stretch unlike you've felt before.

Stretching down was the hardest since an erection normally points up so it's almost a sort of bend if you put you boner downward. Anyway seemed to feel like they were working me pretty good so in gonna continue with these and see how the results go

Others include using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words], or manually with hands stretching from extreme base at high intensity.

These one of the most powerful expressive stretches anyone can do. They do both important functions of a "expressive stretch" 1 being exposing inner penis while, 2 the inner penis is exercises. ya i hear ya...it's the only PE exercise i have tried that just causes discomfort.

Stretching internal penis does feel odd and you can become sore like a newbie but eventually you become used to it and from the angle of exercise you are training a part of the penis that usually does not get trained giving greater gains.
 
Dld, man these stretches hurt pretty bad today but weird thing is with each set of stretches it hurts less. So by the third round of stretches it doesn't hurt much at all and I can pull real hard whereas the first set was pretty damn painful. Any thoughts on this? Should I just do every other day or is ed fine? Regardless I hit a pr of just over 190 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hurc[/words] today so that was great, I'm usually at 180

This is normal because you are stretching a completely different part of your penis then with traditional stretching. The soreness will eventually go away and give way to productive expressive stretching. In the beginning there will be soreness as you are pulling many internal structures that will need to loosen up before the pain goes away. Stick with it because this will bring you gains from a place otherwise would be ignored.

Ok so today I think I realized that it's not so much the stretches causing the pain but instead it's the combo of going I to the tube and right away going to max pressure and the stretches. I think just the max pressure alone right off the bat is causing the pain. Tomorrow I'm going to do a 5 minute "warm up pump" first where is use less pressure and no stretches just to get warmed up and adjusted to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words]. I'll then detach it and work up a 100% erection then pump full and do the stretches. I think this will make them much more comfortable. I think this is the reason that I was getting less pain as my sets progressed. I think it's just too much to right away pump out max and stretch

Well ease your way in and find what works best, we all are a little different so many times an exercise will need some user modification. I am happy that you are seeing the potential with these stretches, once you get yourself comfortable it is a great way to access that inner penis.
 
I started Pe about 5 days ago with 1 off day. I start my routine with a heating pad (I have also sat in a hot bath). After that I go into my joy stick stretches 30 seconds <^>, (to stomach, straight out, behind the cheeks all that jive). Then I hope in the shower and I start my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] stretches this is where the problem starts. When ever I do to wards my belly button area stretch I get a slight burning sensation at the part at my balls and almost to my taint the smooth skin there(I don't feel any of it in my balls) it's on my right side almost hits my thighish asscheek. It also happens when I am do my straight left pump stretch also. (My penis also curves to the left don't know if it has anything to do with it.)
Is there anything I can do to help stretch those ligaments out? I pretty sure there ligaments.

I've been doing these flaccid as I have a hard time getting a good erections and hopefully the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] will help improve that. I've only used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for 6 days and doing these streches I have never felt anything so intense. I wasn't after length at all but with how powerful these are and how sore I feel I feel I have to see how far I can push my length now.

Strange but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], being a girth tool, has become a very powerful length tool thanks to Hardcore Stretches. You are correct in the intensity they give, I think it is the most powerful Expressive Stretch that can be done. Being able to access inner penis with such ease and bringing it outward as visual, measurable penis is a giant advantage in PE. Expressive Stretching is relatively young but has quickly become a vital part of gaining length.
 
I've been doing theese for a few months at the beginning of the year and here's some things that I learned in the process that I think could help a few guys out.

I got problems with balls being sucked into the pump when I went up in size by switching from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words](there's a difference of about 1" in girth I belive) and the only solution I was able to find was to place the pump with the bottom wall of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] as close to my shaft as possible to miminize the space that's created by a pump between your shaft and the edges of the tube(gaiter) and it worked great to keep my balls outside the tube for the side and downward streches, however when I tried to strech upward my balls got sucked in so I removed upward streches from my workouts.

I attached a rope(it was the actual red rope that shipped with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] :lol) with ducttape to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and used it to assist the streches(basically I turned the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] into a sort of hanger) witch allowed me to use both hands to secure the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] at the pubic area while the rope was tight to a door knob and do all the streching by leaning away from the door. For the bottom streches I kept the rope under my foot and used a squat kind of movement to create the streching while using both hands to press the first ring of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] into my pelvic area.

Two things that can be tried to avoid getting the scrotum sucked in are the Universal Pump Sleeve, this will bring greater seal and reduce the space at the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] preventing suck in. You can also wrap your scrotum back using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace Bandage[/words] so they are clear of the tube and prevent suck in.
 
So? I don't remember these hurting so fing badly. I did 18 sets of 30 sec and I'm just raw. The skin around the gator is ruff and the burn in the ligs is insane. Gonna do one day off one on and see where we at.

You can stick with outward stretches when doing Hardcore Stretches, these will produce just as much of a expressive stretch as side ways and upward stretches. It just seems that some men can't reach these stretch angles because I have heard this a few times from others. With expressive stretching we are looking to expose and stretch inner penis and outwards stretching does this. You can use a little bit of vaseline around the seal of your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] to help keep better pressure just be sure to wash it after use.
 
and also, i am getting fluid build up at the base of the penis.... it goes away if i jelq around hundred times.

I guess you got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] before the X models were out. In any case, the tighter the fit while doing Hardcore Stretches the better.

I did. Wah wah. I have regular and obscenely huge bathmates. I think I just need to get back on the horse and sack the f up. I will however probably operate on a eod or every two day style workout. These are the most intense form of pe that I've ever undergone. Realistically, with an eod plan, what kind of gains do guys see with these? Especially, being a main form of length gains? Feel free to weigh in with your gains guys! I want some inches here!

There is a ton of research on both sides of the fence, some men gain better with no breaks while other fair better with an every other day workout. I think it has a lot to do with how quickly you heal from each routine. My advice has always been start with an everyday workout and trim it down if it is too much. Too much would mean being too sore to train or poor eq when needed. A lot of PE is finding your own way, utilizing the research down in the past.

The lube is always there as a precaution, but it's scary as faurk sometimes. I'm a fluid retainer. What can I say. Having a 7" thick penis is kinda cool, even if it's just for a night.

So I started these up again, but I have had to do them after my length work due to time of day. Is it fine to do my manual work then transition to hardcore stretches? Plus, I find that my first set is really good, but the second and third sets are pretty poo poo. It's like as my dick swells from the previous session, it becomes harder to stretch. Fit them in wherever you can, the most impotent thing is getting good suction and this, for me, means having a 100% erect penis. When I enter the tube I am hard and I pump to the max to create the tightest seal and from there I can pretty much pull in any direction without loss of suction. I am not sure why the first set would be good and the remainder poor. If you can keep the first set going for at least 5 minutes I would say that was enough of a daily workout for this particular stretch.
