Hi guys, I'm trying to do stretches with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] but I can't do this, the base of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] seems more rigid than the base of a normal [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], any suggestion?
 
I have the Extreme [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words], I just started stretches a week ago since it doesn't bend like the original [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words], I just pull straight out. I've been doing it for about a week.

So far my EQ with my morning wood has been insane, almost painful because it is so hard. I haven't woke up to erections that hard in 10 years. I do notice a very mild bit of twinges in the internal penis, even as I write this and it has been 3 hours since my last session.

I heard it reduces the amount of pressure or intensity so I just use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] to hold my microphone lol

Same here! I feel works better without it.
 
Yeah, Hardcore Stretches are not possible with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words], there is nothing to anchor against the body as the pad will pull off with every stretch. Remove the pad and watch how well the stretch goes.

Awesome! I really dig this exercise and it was the second Expressive exercise I created. I never dreamed that a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] could deliver such awesome length gains from internal penis but the first time I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] it was intuitive, it just made sense. This created a huge wave of men searching for gains from within the body. Today Expressive stretching is part of most routines.
 
Reading through this thread as I just bought my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X-30[/words] and am pumped to use it (pun intended lmao). Has anyone seen good gains with this form of expressive stretching? Haven't really seen any report anything.

Expressive stretching is so important and it brings gains from a place that no other exercise can get to it. Expressive stretching, or stretching internal penis outward gives a way to add length and base girth like no other exercise. It is important to do these four exercises:

Expressive Stretching
Bundled Stretching
Basic Stretching
Erect Stretching
 
I find it difficult to get enough pressure to stop loss of suction when I pull for the stretch. Do I need to get the one with the attached hand pump to get more pressure?

Also, when I do succeed in getting enough pressure I feel my balls starting to get sucked into the pump. I have heard DLD mention he experienced the same thing. Any solution for that?

Most do not need anything more than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] but maybe a wine-vac addition will change your situation. Some men just need more vacuum. It is a cheap $8 fix and the return is a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] that is twice as powerful. You can tie your scrotum back using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] or the like, this will prevent ball suck. You can also practice the Testical Health Massage and Stretch, this will make you hang much longer and lower, keeping you far away from suck in.
 
I'm no longer experiencing balls suction when using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I want to give [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches a try once again starting from tonight.
 
I have got to start doing more of these. Another thing that I have started doing during my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] routine is to allow the tube to hang down when pumped up. The weight of the tube filled with water seems to prime my penis for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] stretches.

'hands-free' with the cylinder hanging between your legs is an awesome (passive) way to stretch the ligs and allows you do your 'normal' shower-duties!

It seems to work pretty good but I know I have to apply some tension to get that inner penis to make a showing

Exactly! There is so much in her penis just waiting to be pulled out and this is why we do expressive stretches. The bathmate hard-core stretches are some of the most powerful expressive stretches possible. We are so used to making gains through lengthening the ligament and elongating the shaft but so many ignore the internal penis. When were able to access these three areas of growth we are making the most out of our routines. And as Red said check out SRT there’s no better education than gaining and healing in PE.

First time it was a disaster perhaps because all that area around base is not used to it, but after two sessions my third was majestic, didnt even know that the ligs can pop up so massive wow. This is something I needed to add into my hanging routine tbh. My ligs are super tight naturally and this might break them down I hope. Keep you updated

I invented DLD Hardcore Stretches using the Bathmate so you should have no problem doing them. They are extremely powerful and they will bring internal penis out. This exercise will bring you gains from areas you never thought possible.

Take note that the Mityvac was also designed to do these.

Only problem is that I cant effectively push in downward direction my balls hurt me a bit, I hope it will disapear after a while?
Another thing I have noticed is when I want to push outwards, tube is moving forward but my penis stays in place, is that normal or that sort of stretch is not working for me?

That should subside pretty quickly it’s just the scrotum getting used to the extra pressure and they should go away in a few weeks. You can try to call and push in different directions on a different rotation on the actual pump which may help. Believe me, where there’s a will there’s a way.

Understood. Perhaps it is just the beggining and it will become better as time goes on. Most important is not to stop now...

It is a bit of a learning curve as it’s not the way we usually use a pump but with some fidgeting and adjusting you will be able to get this down and master it. It’s worth the time and effort because it’s a very good expressive exercise.

Indeed it is! I can feel my bottom side of shaft near the base is kinda thicker now and definitely inner penis is working here plus girth expansion is brutal, and dry pumping with winevac is better than standard pumping for me, with water I have to be in bathroom 20+ minutes and always wet and shit, cant get enough pressure like dry pumping and seal for hardcore stretches are far stronger than with water. I suggest to all people who dont have winevac BUY IT.

The Winevac made Bathmate a hit here. We invented that modification and it truly made the Bathmate incredibly formidable.

Winevac saved my BM from failure thats for sure, but didnt know this detail...

The same things go for size genetics. all they offered was there a noose attachment and it was awful so we came up with a few different ways to attach that they have incorporated into their package now.
 
Hardcore Stretches

I am sure many of you have been trying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Started on 13 April with following measurements

As of today 9 May, measurements are

EG: 5”
Measurements were taken at least 12 hours after my last pumping session. These are probably temporary gains but it’s encouraging.

I would put more effort into length work. There’s a few things you can do that will greatly increase your growth. pumping will give you some length gains but it’s mainly for girth. There are specific length exercises that will deliver length. You could include a power assist work out into your routine that will really step up your length growth. This exercise is usually done with the LengthMaster but you can do these exercises with a piece of PVC pipe so you don’t need the LM to do them. Check them out and let me know what you think, I think you’re going to agree that this is a smart move.
