Hello every one, I am back in one piece from my deployment in the Middle East. Back in the States (for I dont know how long)? Due to National Security and my Job Description (MOS), I could not use and/or access the internet for "personal use",only for my work.

I apologize for not answering your post of 14, Dec 2011, but I had other important work to take care of outside/overseas of the US. I am back now , but dont know for how long, sooo I will attempt to answwer your question regarding my workouts, routine for my first year.

For my first year , if i can remember, I did alot of jelqing (guess thats what built my girth/thickness), but didnt really gain tooo much in length. Guess I am a girth/thickness builder? I also did alotta actual stretching with only my hands, pulling and keeping a good tug on my penis for minutes at hand, stretching straight down as I sat and watched TV, then changing hands when my other hand got fatigued. I did have groin (suspensory ligaments) pain often as I was tired of having a small thin penis and wanted a "MONSTER" over night (which does not happen). But a little pain goes along with the long trek, and hard work that many of the guys, including myself have endured. What built my girth/thickness was probably the many jelqs that I have done "CONSTANTLY" !! Even when I used the bathroom where ever I was (Work, teaching, restaurants etc) , I gave it a good stretch after done "pissing" !!

Some of my starting techniques of jelqing included jelqing with lube (I used vaseline), the "hand-over-hand" method. I did about 5 sets of 100 each straight jelqs. Once you get more experience you can do the jelqs where you hold the base of your penic (near your groin) and you trap the blood in your penis shaft and you jelq toward your head/glans. This puts alotta pressure on the penis , sooo becareful. Some times red spots appear after your done, but this is ok as it shows that you are getting blood to the tiny, little capallaries are being opened up and getting blood forced into them making them larger, which builds size.

Thats great to know given that i am sticking to manual exercises, so if i can make similar gains then i will be very happy.

I credit my increase in girth to the early Penis Enlargement that I have done in the beginning of my Penis Enlargement career. I feel that being that in my life I never actually pulled and/or stretched, jelqed my unit, that it was there waiting to be stretched, pulled and jelqed. But I feel that my many "wet" jelqs with lube (vaseline) was the trick that assisted me in my gains (girth/thickness). When you do not have time to get to your workouts/exercises, this is the time that your penis recovers "minutely" and heals in a elongated, stretched state.

If you want to do an intense routine while your out in the desert, than try one of mine in the newbie section in the stickys .. they are intense and will help you gain past 7 inches.

I truly become worried when I someone goes missing for too long and when they report back it calms my mind.
