I like to get a soaking wet rag or wash cloth as hot as I can tolerate it, and always keeping a super hot one in reserve, keep my entire package wrapped with it for about ten minutes before I start a jelqing routine. Du, thanks man. Thanks for the great idea - I will try that also. Right now I am doing the hottub (aiming the water jets at my cock - massaging it while I jelq then in the shower thing.
  1. First jackin it (not jelqing) to get the blood flowing,
  2. Once I have a great pump (I can tell by the color of my shaft - very red, filled with blood inside),
  3. Then I start my jelqing routine - about 600 jelqs, either under the very hot water or in the shower under very hot water also.

That sounds like a great opener. By the way, I have come to the conclusion after three and a half years at it, that the stretches increased my girth as much as the jelqing. I think that whatever your capacity is, that is the direction your growth will go, whether it's length or girth, whatever routine you follow. Just my experience.

You hit the nail on the head ! When I first started Penis Enlargement'ing, I just worked on girth routines and gained some length from doing only girth routines, not much stretching, pulling exercises at all - and that is where I gained most of my progress.

So I am hoping that after this Decon Break for 4 weeks, that it will shock my cock, (shaft, ligs, groin area) and start growth all over again ?

Right before my Decon Break (Feb - March 2007), I did some severe pulling, stretching routines, I mean some real hard pulling and stretching ! Yet, seen no gains in length ? I just had a real sore glans (head area) and still have some pain in the glans area - seems like permanant damage ? Hope it will go away ?

So I am going to just stick with girth routines for a little while and see what happens.

Any advice on gaining length - you seem to grow length good ?
 
interesting I to notice more girthage as a result of stretching. I use a stretcher device everyday 6 hours a day and I see more girth going on than length this may change at some point I guess?

Thinking back to when I made my biggest gains in length (and girth), was when I added a heavy duty stretch routine as a follow-up to my jelq routine--upping the intensity of both. I was crazy intense with my routine at that time--never missed a day--90 minutes to two hours a day. Maybe it was the shock of adding the stretch--I don't know.

One movement I have always felt worked great for me was a jelq/stretch combo--a slow, intense jelq with a downward stetch at the end--probably 4-6 seconds each time.

Here is a pic of my new girth measurments. I kinda think that after my "Decon Break", I may have gained a little girth - now approaching 5.75" inches in girth, hope to reach 6" , thatta be great ! But on the other hand, I feel that I may have lost my 7" inches mark in length. I now measure just below 7" inches in length, kinda lost some length during the "Decon Break" ? Dunno ?

If you check the "hanging forum" here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], you will find ways to do some stretching/hanging with weights.

I have found that by using a wrap on my cock with a "S" hook on the end with a "cable clamp" holding the wrap on my unit does the trick for me. But I havnt done much hanging - just some stretching. I have to start reading the hanging forum and digesting all the info there.

But it looks like I need more length and got to start a strict regime of hanging. It seems like that is the only way to get more length as my stretching seems not to show results (not like I stretched very long) ?

Guys, here are some new pics of me doing some "Water Pumping" and looks like this it #1 thing for girth for me at this point. After my "decon break", I seem to have lost some length (just under 7") and may have gained some girth (5.75"), but after my first "Water Pumping" session, I hit the 6" inch mark. I kinda feel that its just temporary just because of the pumping, but I feel that I will probably start reading the pumping forum more often now and concentrate on girth to cement my gains at 6" inches thick as I feel that I am not having any luck with length (getting cemented over 7") at this time and maybe 2 - 3 days aweek will help my girth ?

Yaaaaaaah, I took off 30 days for a "Decon Break" and it was very tough not touching my cock (I mean bending it, stretching it, yanking it, using my stretcher, jelqmaster etc . . . .), yes, It seems that my newbie gains (length) may be over for now (cant get past 7"), but I have gained during my "decon break" in girth (now at approx 5.75 - 6.0").
