Hello guys, starting tommorow with my new routine. Its a mix off REDZULLU2003 for length and DLD phase 2 for girth.

Length:
DLD blasters (hold as long as possible, 10 min. total)
DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries (hold as long as possible, 5 min. each side)
Blue_Whale's Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise ''mandingo secret'' (hold as long as possible, 10 min total)
Mother off all stretches (hold as long as possible, 5 min. each side)

Girth:
7 sets of 100 DLD Double forced jelq and bend, supersetted with 60 sec. Isolated compression squeeze.
+
3 min. compression squeezes.

I will do this 2 days on 1 day off. First lenght session and later on the day the girth session.

DLD blasters: nice stretch felt.
DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries: Very good stretch, gonna do these 10 min each side from now.
Mandingo: first couple off times seated, but standing and concentrating on the reverse kegal is so much better.
MOAS: Sometimes very intense, sometimes a little, need to get my fingertechnique right :)

I just tried the MOAS with a wooden ruler (thin one) and a a6 note book (to write notes in ;)) I feel my ligs with both off them, but I think the ridge of the a6 note book is best.

The 100 DLD jelq and bends supersetted with 60 sec. isolated compression squeeze went good and i got an nice increase in girth. (7 sets)

I also did 10min compression squeeze against my notebook. Need another harder flat surfice for better technique!

Length routine went well. Tonight girth routine, this time gonna try supraslammers. Was curious about them.

Just started today with citrillune mallate, gonna keep you updated!

I started the supraslammers but forgot to jelq before doing the slammers. I got 5 sets in before I went to far and blow my load. My jelqtechnique was wrong to, thats why I didnt got maximum expension in the head I think.

Going to try these again tommorrow, I think they have good potential if I do these the wright way.

I heard from blue whale that with the MOAS you dont stretch the left side. So from now on stretching only the right side for 10 min. instead off 5 min. each side. :)
 
Routine went overal well, but some points to remember.
I think the DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries, is the best exercise off them all, because I can really feel my ligs with them. Maybe my technique is not so good on the other exercises. The notebook didn't cut it with the MOAS today, so maybe need to find some other equipment. Up to my girthroutine, testing the slammers once again :)
 
Oke, got 6 six slammers in today. But allready cummed a little on the second one. Timing is way off. I got good expension but I can't compare it to DLD's routine yet. Tommorow is rest day, so then I can then try to get it good.

In the bathroom I finally located my ligcord, so I think the MOAS will go good this time also.

Last days just doing my routines. My technique is getting way better. A good technique is essential to gaining, thats for sure.

Tonight lenghtroutine and girthroutine together. Gonna be a long night haha

Today length and girth. Made some changes for better effect I think.

Lenght: I do 20 min of Mandingo stretch instead of 10 mandingo and 10 min MOAS. This is because I can sometimes feel the MOAS stretch and sometimes not.

Girth: 20 min dld jelq and bend with some iso compression squeezes. 10 min head girth work. 10 min compression squeeze against notebook. and some superslammers to finish it off.

Going strong I think. Tommorow 1 day off.

PS: I still do the DLD blasters (without the arm) for 10 min as my first exercise and then 10 min each site dld behind cheek stretch.
 
Could not do the girth session, because during my warmup I did a kegal and felt a sharp pain on the side off my shaft.

I did 12 to 15 minutes light jelqing. During my warmdown I did not feel the sharp pain anymore. I am going to continue my normal workout tomorrow.

Haha kinda funny, I did some Supraslammers because I coudn't do the DLD jelq and bends, to much fatique from the lenght session in my tunica.

I increased the Mandingo with 10 minutes and my technique improved. I think this is to much so next time 10 minutes mandingo instead off 20 minutes. rofl
 
I masturbated an hour ago and my last workout was like 16 hours ago, and the quality of my erection was not optimal. Going to take longer restperiods during my offday before masturbating again, to see what hapens

I will add in another rest day, because I feel it will do me good.

I think the 2 off really was the key in gaining, because i let my penis rest from all the hard work.

So this is my second restday.

I noticed a better erection and slightly larger glans. I think it is beneficial to take more restdays if you are on an intense routine.

Tomorrow its Penis Enlargement time again!
 
Yesterday only length, had no time for girth, but today had a decent length session and very good girth session.

I am taking at least 1 day off.

I want my lenghtmaster, can't wait!
 
Lenght went good, girth i did some clamping. I don't like clamped jelqing, and with horses I like to clamp with my own hand, then I get a better expension. Although I like doing glans/head exercise with them. I definetly LIKE clamped edging. nice expension.
 
good lenght routine. I am really mastering the mandigo now. SICK exercise for pulling the penis of the socket ;) almost went overboard haha
 
Oke, really giving a thought about restdays now. If you do intense exercise, resting is critical for recovery. I did 2 days intense exercise like mandingo and dld behind the cheek rotaries stretches and this is really intense if you understand the exercise. After 2 days full rest I am not 100% recovered yet. So 2 days intense exercise 2 days rest is probably not enough. Going to take 1 extra day off and start tomorrow again.

I think this is about right: 1 day intens -> 2 days off. 2 days intense -> 3 days off.

Redzullu2003 thinks the same way I think
 
I just ran into the same idea as i was doing my Penis Enlargement routine. Right now I am doing 1 on 1 off, but i think like your doing, we gotta watch our erection quality and go by that. At least for length. People say length cant be overtrained, but im really finding for me its different.
 
Had lenght in the morning for 30 min. and I did 10 min. jelq / 10 min. compresion squeezes (but my dick's tissue was so hard that I couldn't get a good compression haha.)

Last I did supraslammers, but came in three reps, still I like the expension it gives.

Redzullu only did 2 sessions a week with the VSES exercise and gained 0.3 inches in lenght.

The free time you get wen not exercising every day is nice to. Yah same here... actually i edge to full erection alot during a day. A few reasons i figure its good is, 1. Erection Quality, 2. Controlling Orgasm, and
3. Tell me what you think about this, but i mean after a length workout, when the ligs and tunica are temporarily stretched and loose, i edge so that i can get the maximum out of this stage. I know its only like tiny tiny increments, but fuck thats better then 0 right.
 
It definetly sounds logical to me. If the tissue is stretched and you fill it with blood it will stay longer in an elongated form.

I maybe found a new trick to know when you can workout again.

Get like semi-erect, then hold you hand against your penis and KEGAL as hard as you can. If you don't feel any pain/sorenes in the whole shaft, you can workout again. If you feel something then wait another day. What do you think about this?
 
I can report gains in girth after one month:

from 4.921 inch to at least 5.118 - 5.314 inch

The jelq and bend supersetted with isolated compression squeezes contributed the most to this I think.

My hands get tired very quickly because off all the sport I do. That's maybe why I havn't gained in length or maybe lenght and girth is to much etc. Don't know. I will let you know what my routine will look like.
 
10 minutes of light hanging using the hanging attachment.
Then I attach the Buncle attachment and I do the following:

Twist stretches to the right and held straight out for 5min.
Twist stretches to the left and held straight out for 5 min.
Roll Stretches upward 5 min.
Roll Stretches back between the cheeks for 5 min.

Jelq between 10-20 minutes

Hey i noticed that you dont mention EQ on your thread. As your doing your workout, how does you EQ look say 12 hours after a workout. Or as the week progresses?
 
Well it depends. I just stopped watching adult entertainment and I think its going to make a lot of difference. I watched adult entertainment since I was 12. I am 23 now so I am off adult entertainment now for 6 days. I even explained it to my girlfriend because there were some problems ;)

After stretching my EQ is best after 48 hours off rest.
 
I know what you mean. I really hope having sex once or twice a day really doesnt affect our Penis Enlargement. THat would really suck. I dont want my hard work to be lost...
 
Isn't sex one of the reasons for doing Penis Enlargement? But I know what you mean. I don't know whether or not it affects the gains but if I ejaculate, there's definitely something that gives me a feeling of shrinkage (and most definitely the body releases hormones, et c) as well as I feel I'm not maximizing growth potential.

Stop having sex is not an alternative for me. So (by mistakte I might add) I'm practicing multi-orgasms, meaning I come but I don't cum! This removes the feelings of shrinkage, keeps blood in my dick, leaves me contempt and ready to go at basically any time and you get a lot of energy.

I've just taken my first few steps, but it feels awesome. Check out this post about multi-orgasms. Recommend it!

I use a scunci headband as wrap. Just slid it on and ready to go!

I wil do that routine when the routine I am doing now, stops working.

I will measure in 5 days from now and if I have not gained then I will try to the routine every day. If that stops to work I will do the above routine. :)
