Negative not in a bad way, in the way of space. So having too much space in the pump is called negative space. This space can be filled by a rubber stress ball in a bigger pump so a smaller man can use it. The ball takes up the negative space and makes the vacuum much stronger. 3. How hard should I pump? I read different things about that...Some say that I should pump to NBPEL, others to BPEL and others to max pressure.

4. I noticed red dots after I pump. First it started with hundreds of pinhead sized red dots, then 3-4 bigger spots, then a big spot as if something exploded. The red dots and red spots disappear 1-2 days after. What causes thais and what should I do to avoid this.

5.I'm cut and my foreskin looks puffy where the foreskin is stitched and especially on the right side. what can I do to get rid of that puffiness?

BM hardcore stretches the pressure is great youd learn to increase it lil by lil [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is mainly for girth but you can gain lenght a lil too.

i think whitin 3 months youd be able to see gains!!

30 mins a day is better than nothing,but if you can afford a device such as the PF or the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] youd get a lot of help too..

Red spots are very normal and will always go away in 24 hours. Bigger bruising can become permanent if you do not practice good warm ups and warm downs. A good warm up would be Bundled Stretched for 5 minutes, these will prime your penis to accept larger gains. After your workout using a hot compress and deep tissue massage for 5 minutes will eliminate much of these issues.

Follow the 5x5x3 as described above. If you are in the tube to long you will take on water retention, which usually collects around the circ. scar. So I can pump even if I have red dots? I don't want to fuk my dick. Also, my EQ is worste since I started pumping... What can I do to increase my EQ and also stay erect longer.

You could take it easy and maybe try doing your girth routine every other day.
When you're fatigued it's a great time to get length in.

Red dots are normal and will go away after a few hours. Proper warm ups and warm downs will help prevent this. EQ issues are usually due to weak pelvic floor muscles or fatigue. If you are doing a proper Kegel routine it will most likely be fatigue. Fatigue is good is a way as it is the best time to stretch the penis as the penis will not hold back due to being fatigued. But, if you are not doing Kegels you need to start now as if you grow without increasing the strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles your erection will become weaker and weaker. A bigger penis demands more blood and the ability to hold that blood...KEGELS!

I would say the first 30-60min maybe even up to two hours after any workout are the most important ones.
That said, you can keep yourself expanded by repumping whenever you can - ideally every 30-60min

Look good my Brother. I would add in two exercises to perfect this routine. 3 times per week for 5-10 minutes get in erect stretching. Also, wishing your length routine I suggest getting in some Expressive Stretches, these are explained in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] and there are many ways to do them.

As far as Kegels go you can do them in any position and the more you do the better. The idea behind Kegels are 3 fold, strength, endurance and taking on a bigger size.

How about concentrating on either length or girth at the moment?
You can get in a solid length or girth workout in 30min, but with both, the chance is pretty high that you are going to skip over stuff.

But this might not be enough for you depending on your experience/gains you made so far.

I am looking to optimise my routine as its taking too long especially in the morning (I live with other people). Ideally I would like to cut out any unnecessary parts.

In terms of experience I have done the "standard" stretches and jelqs for probably a year in the past. When doing these stretches after the bundled stretches I don't feel much benefit. I was thinking of doing a few more mandingo stretches as I feel a good stretch with these. Also before [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches I could do maybe 5 mins of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] sizeblasters to focus on length (I assume this will benefit me more than standard stretches based on my exp).

Also with the sizeblasters I use an overhand reverse grip (thumb towards me) below the glans with the same type grip at the base. I then pull the glans when erect and try to push my other hand as far into the base as possible for at 1 min per rep. Is that correct?

Lastly is it okay to use a cock ring (BM gladiator) when doing the SSQs in between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sets. I clamp off the base just above where I place the cock ring.

I'm fairly new to PE. I only did a few weeks off the JP Beginner Routine and it took too much time. So I bought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] to save time but after like 3 weeks I was starting to get red dots and I stopped because they reappear everytime I pump. I don't know what to do. They started with a redish color but now they are purplish so I'm kinda worry.

If you are looking for both length and girth then you will need to employ a routine that trains both. You can also put the palm of your other hand on top of your glans and "crush" your penis that way or isolate a certain area by moving around the shaft.

I would say your length exercises are just fine, you covering all you need to cover but 2 things Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Both play an important roll in gaining length. First, there is much penis that is inside your body, for most men anywhere between 3-6 inches of internal penis. Expressive Stretching brings these gains outward and greatly add to the size you will gain. You will find many Expressive Stretches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Thread. The Erect Stretching will be important in cementing erect, length gains. I would do Erect Stretching for 5-10 minutes 3 times a week. Expressive Stretching should be done in every length workout, 5 minutes worth is great, 10 is even better.

Yes, the Hardcore Stretches are definitely a Expressive Exercise. I still get red dots after pumping, even after 5 min only. I didn't pump for 3 days and my dick still has dots, but now they are purple. Any idea on how to pump without getting these dots

Are you jelqing in between each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] set? This is important to evenly distributing blood throughout the penis, no allowing blood to coagulate and cause spotting and bruising. Once you do have bruising it is very important to not train until the bruise yellows, 3 days tops, before going back at it. Warm ups and warm downs will also be beneficial in combatting spotting and bruising. One thing you should know is that red spots will be with you through your entire PE when you approach a intense exercise, eventually they will subside but expect them with increases in intensity.
 
how can I increase girth size if I can pump only 1 day then take 3 days off. My penis has a darker color at some place now, even after a week off pumping
 
Do you do warm-up/downs, how long, what exactly? Do you do bundled stretches before pumping? Have you tried using less pressure?
 
I warm up for 5-10 minutes using a rice sock, then 5 minutes in the bath. During these 5min I stretch from every angle and then pump at low pressure for 5 minutes. After that, my penis already has purple dots and now they are bigger than dots, like 2 big purple spots. I just don't know what to do, I was able to pump without these dots for the first 2 weeks but since then they wont leave. I really like the expansion I get from the pump. Do you think its possible to gain one inch in girth and size with manual exercises only and without extensive routine (30 min a day?)

It will not cause spot bruising though, I assume this happened through hand work. But for arguments sake, lets say this is coming from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] I would take preventive measures now and healing measures immediately. One thing I see that you are not doing is using the jelq (or similar) in between your pumping sets, this is a preventive measure to avoid discoloration. You can also pre-work your penis before starting the set through Bundles Stretches. If none of this helps remember, I did not have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] when I made most of my girth gains. They did take longer than average but it happened. After 10 years of constant training I got from 4.75 to 6.5" and I finally got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] which brought me to 6.7 very quickly (within 2 months).

If you are looking to add in 10 minutes midday I suggest going through the newbie basic stretches since they will hit every angle on gain that is possible. Just modify the sets or time to fit into the 10 minute session.

You are going to get red spots with girth work, it is almost unavoidable but they are temporary and will fade over 24 hours.
