Could anyone suggest ways to improve on my current routine, I can't really spend more time in the bathroom especially in the morning. Also I started doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]
SSJ[/words] to replace standard jelqing, will the SSQ help or hinder length gains (very important to me) as it involved some compression.
Lastly what I the best position to do the kegels (sitting/standing/lying down) and should the routine (100 followed by 50 x 5 seconds) be done more than once a day?
