Wondering whether to do the increased amount of stretches as outlined in this thread, or stick to the Phase 1 amount whilst incorporating the rest of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and Jelqing exercises as indicated in this thread?

Still being a member of the paysite, I kind of feel like I should follow those five phases? But in combination with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Any advice would be great on this one, I don't want to overdo it right at the start!

First off, I don't live alone, and it's not with a significant other so I can't exactly run around with this thing on and all that. Neither can I screw around in the shower for extended periods of time(even so, I wouldn't want to waste the water unnecessarily)

What i'm wondering is, if the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] will have any effect if it's only used during the course of an ordinary 10 min shower(possibly 5-10 mins longer by keeping it on while toweling off, shaving, dental hygiene activities ect.)? Is a mere 15-20 mins using this tool a day enough to help things along, or is it not worth it?

You could try a split routine that had three sessions a day, each for 10 minutes. This should not raise eyebrows. I suggest 5 minutes of pumping followed by 5 minutes of jelqing. Do this three times throughout the day and you should make good gains.

I realize that the jelq is kind of the foundation of Penis Enlargement, but last night I had a scary experience while jelqing.
I have a hard time keeping a "semi" while jelqing, so I figured if I watched adult entertainment and started with a full erection (carefully of course) and let it subside as I continued it would be fine. but towards the end of my routine I felt a sharp very localized pain in my glans near the urethral opening.
it's still a bit sore. I can still get a good erection but I feel like it is a bit harder to achieve than before (although I suppose I could also be psyching myself out.)

anyways the whole ordeal kind of turned me off to jelqing for a bit, so after I take some time off for recovery, I might try to ease back into jelqing.

Also, is it okay to continue doing basic stretching while recovering, since it works the penis in a different way?
 
Don't stop learning and practicing the jelq. Give yourself some more time to feel better but ease your way back into learning and mastering the jelq. It is foundational and prepares the penis for more intense girth work, like SlowSquashJelqs.

I felt like I was clutering the other thread :) Anyways I started to read more and how come more men are having temp girth increase? I soon as I finish and take off the pump it goes back to its flaccid state right away and it looks the same :( I don't know maybe I'm being impatient. Please put my mind at ease. I am doing the workout as it says I do 200 jelqs and pump for 10 min in the morning then around its time for me to go to sleep I do it again, so twice a day :)

It only needs to be done once per day and you should see very good expansion. How long does it take to make it permanent? It takes as long as it takes:) I know that is not the answer you want to hear but in actuality, the power is with you. I made a two inch gain in six months, I know of guys who have done better...for me it was my unbelievable desire to make my dick as big as I could as fast as I could. I think every man needs to just say, fuck it, I am making the gain no matter what, whatever it takes, I will do. If the routine I suggest above does not deliver we will need to change it further and explore whether you are using enough intensity and getting enough pressure in the tube. A temp gain of .25"-.5" should happen with EVERY session, if it is not happening, you need to step up the pressure and/or the intensity. You may need to trim back and add to the other...it is hard to know. For now try it out and see where you are.
 
Ahhh thank you dld... I did this today and felt a huge diffrence. Even when it came out flacid it was still stlighly chubby but quickly went back... I'l give this a month before i assume it had no effect, Im glad I do believe in you ! :) and by the way would it be better to finish the workout with the pump or jelqs/ssj?

I just want to say this because I know sometimes it's gets left out: as much as we all enjoy Penis Enlargement, and it does feel amazing, the longer you go(more days) with out blowing your load with your partner or in a "first person shooter" the better. Your ligaments will tighten and will slow your growth. Problem I have is me and my girl can't get enough of each other :-P do I try to take care of my Penis Enlargement first thing in the morning so I have the most time before(and many times just after) we have sex again.

Once a day as they are written will do the job. In some cases this may be too much for some so the routine can be scaled down in time or sets to adjust to your level of comfort. You can also increase time, sets and routine if you feel able, it greatly depends on your penile endurance.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD. Since my last post I have been doing 2 sets of 10 mins with 5 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s (these things are fantastic, also quite addictive!) on a 1 on, 1 off cycle. I have definitely made gains due to this, and although I get a fair amount of fluid retention, it seems to be (for me at least) an indicator of a good session. If the fluid retention begins to dissipate, I'll increase the number of sets to 3, keeping my 1 on 1 off cycle due to the fact I feel you cannot change the rate at which your penis is repaired. Any opinions on this theory?

It is important to understand that the upper hand is gripping also while using the palm to apple pressure. So basically you will be trapping blood at the base and at just below the head. Once this is done you simple push the point together and move in small rotaries, squashes, and any other manipulation that will further expand the area trapped in the middle.
 
An observation I have made is that along with water retention, I am also seeing a lot of red spots, the aesthetic outcome of burst capillaries (I think). Should I treat this as a indication to take a day off, or will it not cause me any harm to pump despite the red dots? I must say that there is no pain whatsoever.
 
@ABG, whenever in doubt... stop. At least until it heals. Remember my one main thing that I think about anytime I feel any discomfort whether it be in the mind or the penis. I only have one.... that is all. lol.

You will still gain with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] alone, but it will take more time. There is no rush to any of this so I appreciate your going solo on this and letting us know how you fare!

No disrespect but I find the stretching techniques utterly confusing. Dld is the guru around here from what I can see, so first of all, thanks a lot! Your explanations did not do much help to me but it's great to see someone taking the time to help others, which is basically what pushed me to post this.

Now, before I begin, I should say that at 27, I have just today found out about all these techniques, qelching etc. so that's why it was baffling for me to follow all the instructions as I'm more of a visual kinda guy. How does this work? The newbie guide suggests like a 30-40 minute work-out (including the regular 20 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session) so are you guys really spending 3/4 of an hour working out your penis? A little bit more and that's more or less how long I spend at the gym! I don't have much time during the day (even 20 minutes seem too long!) but I wanna give this a go as I'd much rather have quicker and more visible results than stick to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] alone. So, keeping it short, my question is, apart from the members-only video which i cannot pay, are there any other links explaining the routine here? Is the black "pump" color rubbing off on my skin? Is it getting under my skin and staying permanent like a tatto due to the skin expansion and water retention???

Wow, that would suck if it were true! The discoloration is due to pumping. Explain what you are doing for a routine and I will help critique it for you and advise on discoloration.

I'm doing 2 sets of the stretches: back, down, straight out and straight up (left, center, right). pumping for 5-10 minutes. Squash jelq up for 10 reps up and 10 down. Repeat pumping for 5-10 minutes.

That's all I have time for. I try to position it so it's not touching the black pump part, put that's nearly impossible.

Umm a quick question. I've used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] a couple of times now, but unlike the rest of... well, everybody, i did not see any HUGE results. Could it be because I went in flaccid and only did 15 minutes? Should I go in fully erect and stay 20 minutes, for example?

And another question. The handbook says pump it every 5 minutes but I feel like the suction disappears though i hold the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] there all the time and do not move. Is it me or is there still enough suction or should I be feeling the suction (hence pump more) at more intervals?

wanted to do a follow up. I've been reading around here and saw that you were curious about going falccid in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I have been doing this since the start of Dec. I have been only using the batHydromaxath. No [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], or kegals. For a full 20 min. The pressure I reach is usally around 180 1/3 now. I am somewhat sad since I have 2 dots of brusing that have not gone away. I gave myslef a break before dec. I tried putting on some leech oil to heal and no improvement. I hope I am not stuck with these. I will say my resuslts and thoughts once this month ends.
 
Well after the whole 1 month I'm still the same. At least I think I am. It does look thicker and actually feels heavier.. Not sure what's up with that.

Drunk or not your conclusion is correct, Behind the Cheeks Stretches are an amazingly concentrated and focused exercise that will produce ligament gains no matter what.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached

This must sound stupid but how do I do that? I mean I could potentially get a good suction after pumping just one time and it sticks. To me it seems like there is no difference whether I pump 5 times, 20 times or 1 time.

Also, I'm not sure, is it normal that stretching with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is so difficult / exhausting? To me it seems awefully tough to stetch without losing water and my penis does not feel any fatigue. That just tells me that I'm doing something wrong.

I've read that DLD uses a cup of warm/hot water and I saw in superdick's video that he make the entire chamber full of water. Is this a personal preference thing or has it any pro or cons to do the one or the other?

If you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words], you can switch the valves to which one you like better.

You want to pump to max. Maybe 20 pumps? Every so often you will want to pump to regain any lost pressure. But, if you are using the 5 on 5 method, I would say keep the pump going for the entire 5 minutes at max pressure.

Are you speaking of the Hardcore Stretches? If so, you may want to try a different expressive stretch if Hardcore Stretches are not intense enough. Usually it is quite the opposite, most men are in pain after a workout. Low Grip stretches, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] Ring Stretching are both great alternatives. They are explained in the Expressive Stretching Thread.

Preference for me. I mean, I have a lot to do so multi-tasking is very important. I just keep a bucket next to me as I work on the computer. I fill it with hot water and I train over top of it so if there is a spill no big deal. Plus I have wood floors so I use any spills as a excuse to wash the floors:)
 
i played this past week a little bit with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches and im slowly im getting the hang of it. lubricat at the base works fantastic for suction and wrapping balls to avoid that they get sucked in. unfortunately i think i wrapped too hard the first time and I got a micro bruise somewhere. now it hurts like shit when I try to stretch down. I'm going to skip the next two days [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches and than see how it goes monday.

what i do is basically just pump one time and than i seal it. it works great for me, i got a really good suction there. and when the pressure is decreasing i just do the same thing again..!
