Apologies for the double post but I was just reading Phase 1 on the members site (still a member, awesome!). Wondering whether to do the increased amount of stretches as outlined in this thread, or stick to the Phase 1 amount whilst incorporating the rest of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and Jelqing exercises as indicated in this thread?
