Tried this technique today. 1st pump was great and felt amazing. Trying to get EQ on the second was difficult. Holding my hydromax 7 and trying to find quality adult entertainment was a nightmare. Just went one soft and finished.

So happy that you’ve tried this how much expansion didn’t see after your session? You may want to try something like Viagra over adult entertainment as this will keep you for the entire routine.
 
Just to give some newbies like me an important advice when starting out with the Bathmate:

Be careful in the beginning, especially if you have never used a pump before.
Slowly build up the pressure and amount of time over a few days, don't directly go ALL IN with the pressure, else you will 100% get some little red dots on your dick or even worse.
You dick needs to adapt to this new device and pressure, so if you don't want discoloration at the very beginning of using it, start slow and increase slowly. You will always be able to increase the time and pressure ?

For me it’s trying to find innocent material in a pornography saturated market. Pardon my naivete. A bathmate stretch is moving your penis like a stretch with the pump on or stretching with a ring or something after?

Do you also ever sorta combine stuff from different routines to experiment?

I try to pump 2x in the shower and then a dry room once or twice. Overall possible 4 times a day.

My goal:
Growth in both flaccid and erect length.
Harder erections and better stamina.

I also eat pretty healthy (I'm into fitness) but I'm looking to take my nutrition into new heights.

Side question- Can I change my username? Or would I have to re-register. I've been a member for a while. Long time. Had fallen off the wagon then came back with a vengeance. I love the hydromax pump. Definitely helps with being consistent and it's easy to use. I recently ordered a shower strap. Pretty hype about that. I advise people to go for two hours at a time. But you could go for an hour or even shorter if you want. The important thing is if you’re going to repeat wearing the ring after a period of time it’s important to bring expansion back before you put the ring back on. Maybe do two minutes of SSJ to bring back the expansion. We always want to feel in an expanded state. It is the same width length it’s very important to use a sleeve, an ADS or some type of wrap to keep yourself elongated while you heal. Healing is so important to making steady gains.

I do the newbie routine with a few hours between stretching and jelqing.
After 5 ' jelqing I jump into the Bathmate filled with water. I pump about 3 times till no water is coming out at the tip.. 5 minutes under pressure is still too much for me.. After 2 minutes It feels like ly penis will explode and it hurts a little. Last time it lasts 3 minutes. Maybe I have to build it up or pump more gradually? Maybe I do something wrong. After 3 minutes in the pump I jelq 5 minutes and this 3 times : so it is a '3x5x3' nowadays..
 
That’s just fine and I expect any brother who has these issues to make modifications to the 5×5×3. There are always exceptions some men can go longer and some men need shorter sets. In either case growth will come!

I don’t really count repetitions on this I just set a certain amount of time and get in as much as I can. So I would set an alarm for like 30 minutes or however long I wanted to go and just got as much in as I could during that 30 minutes.

I’m having trouble accessing the link above. Also for the 5x5x3 routine. What is a good lubricant to use? I can’t imagine just using water from the shower is a good idea. Nor would be using cetaphil if you’re putting your penis back in the bathmate

I think water based lubricant should work. Stay away from using Vaseline, it will mess up your pump.

Start of with 3 5 minute session either everyday or every other day til you condition your penis. I would also do about 1/2 of max pressure till you are conditioned in between sets do some manual stretching(up,down,left,right and straight out. 1 to 2 minutes each direction.)
