Edurance training is good, however it is catabolic which means it can reduce mass in the overall body. I would suggest you do Interval training, even if it is just jogging. it has been proven that Interval training can elevate your T naturally by up to 40%.

I would say not a complete replacement but a big change in the way you stretch. The best method of using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] is to wear for an hour and remove and spend a couple minutes getting some basic stretching in before you reattach. This will add to the gains made and keep your penis is a good blood flow state.

If you can't stretch flaccid stretch erect, you will get the same results but you will need to use more intensity.
 
DLD, I don't think I would be able to stretch erect. Perhaps my grip is weak but I already have a hard time holding onto the flaccid penis for 30 seconds. This is something that you would need to determine, if after one session you do not experience fatigue or soreness you could add another session and then go from there. Some men need more rest than others and this is usually dependent on erection quality. Fatigue would be the point where erection quality starts to become low.

You can do all the exercises at once or you could split them up throughout the day. I personally like to do length separate than girth as it helps me concentrate better.

Some basic stretches and a little bit of massage for a couple minutes would be enough of a warm up. The same thing should be done in between each set of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words].
