Wow, this thread has been around a loooong time, just like many others.
I am Asian and just started the PE routine a little over a month ago. Calling it a routine is a stretch (no pun intended

) because my self-employment doesn't afford me a regular work schedule like many of the members do.
I am currently at NBPL 6x5, when first started it was 5.8x4.8, roughly. While I am average judged by standards from the other side of the Pacific, I felt I needed to improve and that's why I started this PE thing.
My very simple routine consists of light massage in warm-hot water for about 3 minutes, followed by 6 sets of 30-second stretches in four directions (left, right, forward, behind the cheeks) and 6 sets of 30-second rotary cranks in opposite directions. To warm down it just run warm-hot water over the dick for a couple minutes. I use babe oil as lubrication. This is the morning part.
In the evening, when I get home and get in more loose clothes, I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for varying lengths of time, sometimes an hour, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes I take it off for 10 minutes to allow blood circulation and then put it back on. I have noticed a marked flaccid length increase, however, only for a couple hours after either manual stretching or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Other times, only slightly longer.
At night before I shower, then comes the jelqing. Again, a 3-minute warm-up, 60-70% erect for 300 reps (take a 10-sec breather at each century mark).
Besides being longer and thicker, my dick has appeared more veiny and doesn't curve to the right as much.
I have a few questions for the veterans:
- What would you recommend to add to my routine? I have really only about an hour a day to spend on PE. Between the 30-minute manual stretching and about 15-min jelqing, I don't have much time left from that 1-hour allotment.
- What can I use in place of baby oil to help me recover faster or promote faster increase? Of course, I am talking about the healthy and safe alternative.
- I normally wear jeans during the day, which don't leave a lot of room for the crotch. Is it better to wear loose pants to allow the penis to breathe and grow? This may sound funny but I am dead serious. I don't wanna hold IT back.
- Any safe supplements to take for PE?
My goal is to get to 6.5x5.25 in 6 months. I feel like the lower your starting point, the more room for growth therefore the easier the gains. Of course, a sound routine and dedication is 80% of the success.
