A stretching session can take on many faces and times and ways. I think the best advice as a newbie is to hit up the Newbie Thread and master the Newbie Stretches, very powerful spectrum of angular stretches and helps build a very solid foundation. To gain greater understanding I suggest to also check out the SRT Thread, this is where I do a lot of my thinking:)

I can assure you that based on my personal experience that lad I started PE with (my best friend) we started same time, he gained length like nobody business in 3 month he was an inch longer then me, when we both started at same size, I had more girth then him.....

Wow, this thread has been around a loooong time, just like many others.
I am Asian and just started the PE routine a little over a month ago. Calling it a routine is a stretch (no pun intended ;)) because my self-employment doesn't afford me a regular work schedule like many of the members do.

I am currently at NBPL 6x5, when first started it was 5.8x4.8, roughly. While I am average judged by standards from the other side of the Pacific, I felt I needed to improve and that's why I started this PE thing.

My very simple routine consists of light massage in warm-hot water for about 3 minutes, followed by 6 sets of 30-second stretches in four directions (left, right, forward, behind the cheeks) and 6 sets of 30-second rotary cranks in opposite directions. To warm down it just run warm-hot water over the dick for a couple minutes. I use babe oil as lubrication. This is the morning part.

In the evening, when I get home and get in more loose clothes, I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for varying lengths of time, sometimes an hour, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes I take it off for 10 minutes to allow blood circulation and then put it back on. My goal is to get to 6.5x5.25 in 6 months. I feel like the lower your starting point, the more room for growth therefore the easier the gains. Of course, a sound routine and dedication is 80% of the success.

Your routine looks rather good, everything manual. I would increase my jelq to at least 500 - 600 Jelq a day. and probably wear your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] during the day, it is easier to hide on loose pant of course. Jeans wont hurt much as long as you dont wear tight boxter. Try also Wrapping between workout that will give your lil bro healing in extended state.

It also has Arganine which is a molecule that help with vasodilation (the dilation on the vein) that will bring in more nutritions to you cock.

Thanks a bunch, Italian bro. I am first and foremost after length, any girth is a plus but definitely length. Not that I wish to put off thickness but since I only have an hour to spend a day, I'd rather gain some length first.

Is 30-min on and 15-min off wear cycle sufficient or should I leave it on longer than that? I have tried up to 1 hour but my dick started to feel numb at the end. Or perhaps I was just wearing it too tightly. I will experiment with it.

What do you wrap your dick with between workouts?
