Well I’m glad that everybody got this straightened out while I took the day off yesterday. ? The SSJ can be held as long as possible, it has everything to do with your hand strength. I can hold a SSJ for 20 minutes if I wanted to.

15-20 mins bathmate then ssj 15-20 mins good idea?for girth work session pre-stretch is need?

my biggest concern would be fluid buildup. I would give it a try and see if after the 15 minutes of pumping you’re able to reduce fluid retention during the 15 minutes of SSJ.
 
I fucking love when mixing the ssj + BM unfortunately time is not an affordable asset for me right now....
 
just girth work ,5x5x3 for girth program before 5mins prestretch bundle stretch for tunica??

Yep just do it 30 mins better than nothing

Add intensity to your ssj the penis can get flaccid easily..

You can do it in your room just put a bucket below where you’ll be working and it will catch all the water.
 
Is it counter productive doing both regular jelqs followed by SSJs? or are doing both effective.

at the moment, I start off doing around 200 regular jeqls and then I star the 5x5x3 routine where I would do sets of SSJ's in-between bathmate sets.

Have you read the 5×5×3 routine? It’s pretty basic I’ll just type it out here.

5 minutes max pressure pumping

I personally dont have to bundle stretch it every workout, because i am sore from previous, after rest days I have to but when going few days in a row then no

I would still do them as long as it’s not painful as the benefit is so great. I don’t want you to injure yourself so if the soreness is more pain then skip it but if you can’t do it I highly recommend

Well I do them ehen I feel that pressure is not that productivr and missing dull ache. If I feel dull ache during compression I just go without bundles and that regime is productive for me at this period

However he satted that was a girth routine, I wondered what you guys mix in for the length as well

yes the 5×5×3 is a girth workout. It would not do very much for length. I suggest that you use the stretches in the newbie routine. Those stretches hit every possible angle ofgain.
