pretty much every stretch can be done bundled and nothing delivers manual intensity like bundled stretching
Dld I seem to have a problem with ssj
Here it is: Until a few days ago, my ssj sessions were very productive, the expansion was amazing and the pump stayed 24+ hours,
but today's and yesterday's sessions were weak, I didn't feel that recognizable dull pain during the set.
I also did bundles but again it wasn’t that, was it perhaps that the tissue was satiated with that exercise or did I reach a maximum volume proportional to its length?
Maybe I should rest the tissue for a few days / weeks and move on, and during that break I should stretch and do bundles every day?
I am very confused now because I even had days off and I tried to warm my penis enough.
By the way, I've been working for almost a month and a half almost every day and I have to admit that I'm satisfied with the result I've got so far, but now I'm in a dead end and I'm asking for help from you people.
