Might be a sili question so apologies but are the basic stretching (behind cheeks etc) and bundled stretches the same thing. I'm not sure what bundled stretches are exactly.
 
Bundled stretching are basically the same as stretching the difference is that you have to give a corkscrew effect n grab the penis from its base the positions to stretch are basically the same behind the cheeks, downwards,forward,upwards

No the behind the cheeks stretching is different than bundled stretching. You could do bundled behind the cheeks stretching though. As my brother describe a bundle stretch is simply twisting your penis like a corkscrew and stretching from there in multiple angles.
 
I know I'm new to it, but when i do SSJ it gets hard to keep my erection level after about 30sec. Any tips?

Yeah, I dont use regular stretches anymore just bundles. Only time I use the regular stretch is when I go to bathroom to take a piss and then stretch it a bit, thats my habit. Bundles are way more better

Dld I seem to have a problem with ssj
Here it is: Until a few days ago, my ssj sessions were very productive, the expansion was amazing and the pump stayed 24+ hours,
but today's and yesterday's sessions were weak, I didn't feel that recognizable dull pain during the set.

I also did bundles but again it wasn’t that, was it perhaps that the tissue was satiated with that exercise or did I reach a maximum volume proportional to its length?

Maybe I should rest the tissue for a few days / weeks and move on, and during that break I should stretch and do bundles every day?

I am very confused now because I even had days off and I tried to warm my penis enough.

By the way, I've been working for almost a month and a half almost every day and I have to admit that I'm satisfied with the result I've got so far, but now I'm in a dead end and I'm asking for help from you people.

Yep great idea I came up Whit,Now we have to create the new srt series for the ones that can't afford devices.the bundled foot stretchings is a good start

bundled stretching is very simple, in a flaccid state take your penis and twist it once or twice and then from there stretch with one hand while your penis is bundled. Here is an illustration

This is how I do
Grab by the glans, stretch it then twist it once then with the other hand I hold the twist then grab it again with free hand and twist it as much as possible then stretch it out, very good movement those bundles are
 
What you do is you twisted first for as many twists as you can get and then stretch from there using one hand. I do use my other hand to hold the base but I do that with every stretch.
 
When I do these, every time I get like what only I can describe is white looking veins, at first I thought they were just creases but actually looks like veins, normal?
