This exercise is the exercise used in the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory routine Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). The SlowSuashJelq deliver an amazing amount of intensity by trapping blood in the penis and using compression to cause immediate temp girth. When used in the 5x5x3 with the Bathmate, NOTHING delivers bigger temp. Gains. Some more than an inch can be gained post 5x5x3! As a stand alone exercise it is 10 times better than the jelq.

Bumping this thread to confirm that the Slow Squash Jelqs are the best in terms of eliminating fluid retention in the glans after vaccuum hanging and as a girth exercise in general.

I do 20x 30seconds sets every day, like 5 sets after every hour of hanging. It’s really adding up, I gain length and girth at the same time.
 
SSJ nothing better in the game.
 
Okay, so I just watched the video, in the picture it shows you use the heel of you hand to push the penis downwards, but in the video it shows u grip beneath the head and push it into the opposing hand that's pushing upwards, just want to ask which way is the optimum way for doing the ssj.

I tried this Excercise Few times. And every time I get some red/blue stains on the Penis. Maybe I push to hard from the Top?

Those are veins starting to become more vascular that’s exactly what you want to see.

Ok nice:), that means I dont need rest and wait that the stains go away. So I can continue my exercise.

Loving this to increase girth/hang/veins! Doing Kegals alot now...haven’t mastered the reverse one though
