Loving this to increase girth/hang/veins! Doing Kegals alot now...haven’t mastered the reverse one though
To find the movement simply push the flow of urine next time you take a piss. Obviously do not need to be pissing when you do this but this will show you the muscle movement. Now that you have found the muscle movement you will want to use this every time you stretch or do any links work. To understand why this is necessary and how well it works simply look through DLD blasters. This exercise will show you just how valuable the RK is when training length.
