I saw a urologist the other day and had a duplex doppler, or duplex ultrasound or something like that.

Anyway. The result was that blood flow into my penis was fine, even quite good. I don't know how many have had this test/understand it, but the blood flow is like measured in a number. Anything flowing in at over '25' is considered normal. I was flowing in at 71 in one chamber, and 64 in the other. This test was to knock out any chance of arterial insufficiency...which has been done.

I now am off to see another guy to get a cavernography (prob VERY bad spelling) or something like that...which will definitively show if there is any leakage and exactly where from.

I spoke to a surgeon about the surgery if I am viable. He said he has performed 25 of the procedures, and he removes the offending vein(s). I asked him about success rate and he said nearly all of them were successful, but I do feel he was not telling me something and omitting some information just by looking at his face...Hydromaxmm.

I also asked him about embolization. He said the follow up was not good. I then showed him the data I had gathered that showed positive follow ups for a year later...and he then said he also did not like it because if the agent that blocks off the vein leaks like down the leg...you can lose toes and even a whole leg because those veins become fucked and clogged or whatever. He said this risk would depend on the surgeon who operates.

Thanks for the update man. Just curious where you are located, I might need to take a trip to that doc someday haha. If you want you can PM me with it if that would be ok. Thank you so much for keeping up with this. Good luck

This is an EXTREMELY important issue to me and I will definitely post all of my progress for the benefit of others. I am on the Australian East Coast.

About doctors, seeing them is very frustrating atleast where I live. I have seen a GP, who referred me to a shocking urologist who told me if I can have sex (however bad) I just have to deal with it. Dickhead. I then saw another GP who referred me to another urologist who was much more helpful, agreeing that I could have a venous leak. He said the tissue of my penis etc seemed fine...but we should do some tests to confirm what was going on. He then referred me to a guy who performed this most recent test on me, which primarily tested the blood flowing into the penis which was fine. He has now referred me to yet another guy, who will be the final guy. He has written to him, basically that I have a hard time maintaining an erection, and keeping my head engorged. Finally I am getting somewhere. I am having a test to once and for all see if I have venous leak and where. This is the final step before deciding treatment (If, ofcourse it if found what is wrong) and I will report on how it goes.

Although I am sure I only know 0.1% of what is going on, I really think I want to embolize the leaking veins if I do have leakage rather then get cut up and stitched back together with surgery. I mean, it's my dick..I want the least invasive, least scarring method. I am basically willing to take out a 5 grand loan to buy some cheap student tickets and travel internationally to the urologist who has the most experience and best record with embolization to get it done if its a suitable treatment, which at this stage I think will be. But I will have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks to find out.

I had a 'cavernography' last week. It is when they inject dye into the penis to see if it leaks. Maybe I am just a girl, but it was pretty damn painful and I really struggled, started to hyperventilate and shit. Afterwards your dick is like as big as a beer can and very bruised, right now my penis is not swolen but still black from bruises.

And after all that shit...no leak was sighted. I should be happy, but I am fucking distraught. All that pain for nothing, I just hope my dick fully recovers. Now I'm back to step 1.

I showed my doctor this link

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=2181770&dopt=Abstract

And he was pretty interested in it, he said the test I had might not have shown this particular problem if it is only the pensi glans that I have issues with. So now he is chasing up information on a 'spongiography' or whatever it is that is mentioned in the above abstract. This is pretty much my last chance of being cured.

Any updates yataghan50? I tryed to get ahold of you but couldn't. Anyone else heard from him?

Yea, I heard. His dick fell off.

Haha, you smug motherfucker. I wouldn't wish this shit upon anyone.

I am seeing a vascular surgeon soon. I am so sure it is this vein that protrudes out from the skin that is just takin blood from my head, if I can presuade him to embolise it, I will be better. I mean all I gotta go is lightly press it and my head remains full, it seems so simple! I feel confident that within a month I will be back here cured...

Yatag,

Im glad to see you still posting on this...I havent been back in a while. Im also glad you wrote in your posts that you're going to keep posting here. I think this shit is more important to lurkers than we realize. Fuck, its important to me too.

Im really interested in the embolization technique too, but im cautious about undergoing surgery on that area. As such, Ive been trying out a lot of alternative techniques. This probably sound wacky, but feedback/physiological insight is appreciated:

I noticed that before I started doing the girth my shaft was more like a compact bone, but now has a soft outer layer covering the inside part thats hard. I focused on pushing blood OUT of penis (escpecially the head) while I have erections. I went so far as to wrap up the head so it would not balloon. I would edge, and at the edge I would push downward on my penis and flex the PC muscle to try and build that up.
This might sound out there, but believe it or not for about 3-4 weeks my dick was harder than it had been in over a year. I could almost maintain eretions on my feet. I would be hard the whole night into the morning while sleeping. I could keep erections without touching it for 3-5 minutes or longer. But then for whatever reason the problem went back to being just as bad as it ever has been. I have no idea why.

Currently Im trying to use a 'home remedy' to decrease my vein size. I see one that BULGES out right along the top shaft. Ive tried splints/wraps, but emblozation may be the only way to get it. It would be a great resource to hear from anyone whose gotten it done.

okay, i've read alot of this post, i have no problem with erection, i'm just curious,

do you guys think there can be any damage to viens from flacid stretching, cause sometimes the grip right under the glans is pretty hard.

I wouldnt worry about damaging the veins from flacid stretching, but def make sure you dont fuck up the nerve bundle thats right below your glands.

While I believe that some guys can have a venous leak, I really doubt that it's likely to be caused by Penis Enlargement. Perhaps in some, the leak was present but not causing any noticable problems until they had new growth from Penis Enlargement, with more tissue to fill with blood the veins are not up to the increased pressure?

Which use has this nerve bundle?

If anyone is still interested in this topic, I have had some great success.

The big fat vein that I had said was leaking blood from the start was embolized with a tiny coil that was put in with a needle. The vein is now blocked off, and everything is MUCH better. The head still loses a bit of blood when I am in the prone position, but nothing like before. And, when I am standing, on my side or on my stomach the glans remain full, shiny and hard. I'm so happy.

Can anyone give me the 411 on what edging is or is it in mos's video section?

Edging is bringing yourself almost to the point of orgasm and then stopping it. Many believe this helps with girth and premature ejaculation.

What is your experience with edging? Do you believe it helps or did it do nothing for your gains and pe goals?

None really, I mean I guess I edge while I do my girth work, especially the cross-legged SSJ because I am going for so long with an erection but other than that I have little experience.

Any update on this? I've heard that ligation surgeries are largely unsuccessful in the long term due to venous rechanneling and regeneration. I have a leaking vein as well (95% sure) so I'm interested in your results.
