PART I

Night and morning erections are involuntary. Nighttime erections happen in the REM Deep Sleep Phase: Rapid Eye Movements; Which is the phase of rapid eye movements under the eyelids that happen during deep sleep and when the brain is very active while we sleep.

This REM phase occurs with some alternation during the night.

When the penis has an erection arterial blood is introduced into the cavernous bodies of the penis, this blood contains a high content of oxygen (O2) and nutrients, therefore the tissues recover great vitality and regenerate for the penis to function correctly.

But these nocturnal erections do not happen at random while we sleep and we are dreaming, nor do they happen from time to time during the night because yes; But these involuntary nocturnal erections happen only at each REM stage of sleep.

These nocturnal REM sleep deep erections are caused by the action of nitric oxide (NO), a vasodilator gas that is produced in certain neurons and that produces relaxation and opening of the arteries that fill the cavernous bodies of oxygenated and rich arterial blood In nutrients.

In this phase of REM sleep testosterone levels increase, and these nocturnal erections are a natural biological mechanism of cell regeneration and maintenance of penile health.

Nitric Oxide (NO) is produced in the human body from the amino acid L-arginine.

REM sleep is a deep sleep, and there are normally between four and five phases of REM sleep at night and lasting for 30 minutes and up to a little more each phase; Equivalent to approximately 2 hours or 3 hours of REM sleep and 2 hours or 3 hours of nocturnal erections.

That is why sometimes we wake up in erection and other times we do not wake up with the erect penis because it happened earlier during the night and we did not find out. When there is no morning erection it is because nocturnal erections happened when we were sleeping and we did not notice it.

Morning erection has to do with nocturnal REM phase erection, and it is normal for one of these erections during deep REM sleep to coincide exactly with the moment of waking.

This does not mean that the nocturnal and morning erections, which are the same erections in their nature, are the ones that most concern us about sexual quality, since they are not erections of sexual excitement. They are erections of excellent quality and great hardness, designed to regenerate the cells of the penis, that is why nocturnal erections are of great importance. Night erections are the most important.

The erections that concern us most are always those that are achieved by sexual excitement and have at the time of penetrating and enjoy sex because that was designed erections, The latter are the ones that matter most to us in terms of functional quality and hardness because they are the erections that should not fail because they make us feel safe when it comes to sex; Are the erections that make a penis functional, but always depend naturally on nocturnal erections.

Night erections are the most important erections because without nocturnal erections there are no diurnal erections, nor are there erections for sex. The nocturnal erections are unique, and without nocturnal erections the penis does not grow.

Nighttime erections are also known as Nocturnal Pneumonia and have between 1 and 5 nocturnal erections during the REM sleep phases. And that can last between 15 minutes and 40 minutes each erection; Reaching between 15/40 minutes and up to more than 2 hours of erections, 3 hours.

These nocturnal erections that happen during the REM sleep phase are an indicator of testosterone levels and that the penis is in good functional health.

In order for the penis to be healthy and functional and these regeneration erections take place during the REM sleep phase, you should rest and sleep very well.

Sleep disturbances interrupt the REM phase and sleep poorly and rest badly, bring alterations and there are no nocturnal erections, then as a result of the lack of nocturnal erections greatly diminishes the functional capacity of the penis, bringing fatigue and physical exhaustion in general affecting the quality Of erections.

Interrupting deep REM sleep prevents nocturnal erections and cellular regeneration of the penis, resulting in erectile dysfunction.

For this reason, great care and attention should be paid to the great importance of rest and good sleep in PE for the functional quality of the penis.

Night and morning erections are indicators that we are not over training

Resting and sleeping well added to the PE exercises and the exercises of kegels, will increase the quality and the hardness of the erections obtaining a more functional penis.

When the penis is flaccid it contains venous blood containing very little oxygen, practically the venous blood is deoxygenated blood.

But when the penis is erect it fills with arterial blood that is rich in oxygen and nutrients, and this oxygen is essential for the growth of the penis when we do PE because the presence of oxygen is fundamental for the nutrition of the cells and tissues of the penis .

Arterial blood is highly oxygen rich. Red blood cells are highly specialized for their oxygen transport function (O2).

The benefit that it brings to the growth of the cells of the penis of the PE'er is very great to sleep and to rest well, keeping in mind that the Growth Hormone occurs only during the REM sleep, and that the pituitary releases the greater amount of this hormone in this one REM phase.

Growth Hormone stimulates growth, cell reproduction by Mitosis, and tissue regeneration.

The highest levels of testosterone occur at night during sleep reaching the highest peak of testosterone early in the morning. During the night between each REM sleep stage the testes produce testosterone. To have high levels of testosterone you should rest and sleep very well.

The vasodilatory action of Nitric Oxide (NO) produced by certain neurons during the REM sleep phase relaxes the smooth muscles that form the trabeculae inside the corpora cavernosa and relax the arteries that send oxygen-rich, nutrient-rich arterial blood For the regeneration and growth of the tissues of the penis, causing Nitric Oxide (NO) nocturnal erections of cellular regeneration that occur during the REM phase.

All this intelligent mechanism that happens during deep REM sleep is programmed biologically and naturally for cell regeneration and good penile health.

Nighttime erections play a key role in penile growth because they provide oxygenated, nutrient rich blood essential for cell regeneration and penile tissue growth.

The more erections of quality and hardness occur, the more penis tissues expand and the penis will grow, the larger it will become.

The more erections you have, the more times the penis fills with arterial blood rich in oxygen and nutrients, the more times you have erections per day; You will get a healthier penis and better erections will be had in quality and hardness and you will be favored the growth of the penis.

The greater number of nocturnal erections that are had, as well as diurnal erections and the quality of hardness of the same ones; Is directly related to the growth of the penis in PE.

For the penis to grow and increase in size, the key is to rest and sleep well for nighttime erections to take place during the REM deep sleep phase.

PART II

The flaccid penis has a blood flow that is very low, contains venous blood too low in oxygen and very poor in nutrients, is deoxygenated blood and loaded with carbon dioxide (CO2), urea and other products of waste.

In a flaccid state, that low flow of venous blood circulates freely through the corpora cavernosa without accumulating.

If deep sleep REM sleep is stopped nocturnal erections and the penis without oxygenated arterial blood does not regenerate or grow; And subjecting the penis to a continuous state of sagging with nutrient-poor and oxygen-free venous blood results in male erectile dysfunction or impotence because the tissues of the corpora cavernosa need oxygen. For these reasons, nocturnal erections are essential for good sexual health and penis growth in PE

Urologists who specialize in erectile dysfunction take nocturnal erections as a guide to determine whether there is physical or sexual impotence.

During the erection, the caliber of the arteries increases, as arterial blood enters the penis expands, and as a result of the pressure of the arterial blood accumulated in the corpora cavernosa, the veins of the penis that would have to return the blood of the penis Towards the return circulation, are compressed and closed avoiding the exit of the same and the blood can not leave. With more blood flow coming in and very little coming out, the penis gets bigger and harder.

This oxygenated arterial blood, rich in oxygen, glucose and nutrients that is accumulated inside the corpora cavernosa, produces stiffness and enlargement of the penis characteristic of the erection.

Nitric Oxide is a vasodilator gas that is produced only by the human body and increases vasodilation, which greatly increases the supply of blood, oxygen and nutrients to the cells.

Nitric Oxide is a neurotransmitter that is used to communicate with other cells. To produce this gas, the body enzymes break down the amino acid L-arginine. Nitric Oxide (NO) is a molecule composed of a nitrogen atom (N) and an oxygen atom (O). The production of nitric oxide is carried out when the amino acid L-arginine is converted to L-citrulline through a group of enzymes known as nitric oxide synthase NOS

Without nitric oxide (NO), there are no erections. Erections only occur through the action of Nitric Oxide. Nitric Oxide is the neurotransmitter responsible for erections. Nitric Oxide produced in certain neurons acts as a neurotransmitter in the smooth muscle of the corpora cavernosa and the internal arteries of the penis by relaxing them and causing erection during the REM deep sleep phase.

Nitric Oxide (NO) is a free radical, but instead of acting as an oxidant and damaging cells, it acts as a protective anti-oxidant cell. Nitric Oxide is not stored in the body, but is created by certain neurons to cause nocturnal erection of the penis during deep sleep in REM phase to oxygenate, nourish and regenerate your cells with oxygenated arterial blood.

The tissues of the corpora cavernosa and the tissues of the different structures of the penis, through the action of the PE exercises, are subjected to the tension generated by the action of the tensile force of the manual stretches or traction or Weights, and to counteract that tensile force the cells divide by Mitosis and the tissue grows and the penis becomes larger.

The tissues inside the cavernous bodies of the penis by the action of the pressure and push of the blood exerted by the jelqing exercises are subjected to microburst, and to repair those microburst the cells divide by Mitosis and the tissue grows and the penis Becomes larger.

The Cell Division is the most important part of the cell cycle in which a stem cell divides to form two daughter cells and growth occurs. Mitosis is the shape of the Cell Division for growth and enlargement of the penis.

The total duration of the Cell Cycle is 24 hours although it varies according to the species of the cell. As can be seen in the graphs of the images the cells in the G1 phase span from the birth of a cell until it enters S phase, in this phase G1 the cell grows and prepares for the DNA replication process that allows it to duplicate, This G1 phase lasts from 6 to 12 hours; Then the cell passes to synthesis phase S and DNA is duplicated, this S phase lasts between 6 and 8 hours; Then the cell passes to the G2 phase the components are duplicated and the cell contains two copies of DNA, this phase lasts 4 hours and then goes to the M phase of Mitosis, which lasts 1 hour, the stem cell divides giving rise to 2 Daughter cells.

Mitosis is the foundation of penis growth to counter the tension caused by the tensile force exerted by manual or mechanical stretching (weight-bearing, extensors, ADS).

The mitosis is the foundation of the growth of the penis by the repair of the tissues of the internal walls of the corpora cavernosa that underwent microburst or microfissure by action of PE.

Mitosis allows the cellular regeneration of the penis and it does so through nocturnal erections that allow the entry of a high amount of oxygen through the arterial blood during REM sleep.

id like to add this as well

"What does it mean if you don’t get one?

Loss of nocturnal erection can be a useful marker of common diseases affecting erectile function. One example is in diabetics where the lack of morning erections may be associated with erectile dysfunction due to poor nerve or blood supply to the penis. In this case, there’s a poor response to the messages sent from the brain during sleep which generate nocturnal erections.

It is thought nocturnal erections can be used as a marker of an anatomical ability to get an erection (a sign that the essential body bits are working), as it was thought to be independent of psychological factors that affect erections while awake. Studies have suggested, however, that mental health disorders such as severe depression can affect nocturnal erections. Thus its absence is not necessarily a marker of disease or low testosterone levels.

The frequency of morning erections and erection quality has also been shown to increase slightly in men taking medications for erectile dysfunction such as Viagra."
