Thanks for the advice.
However, I have actually been deliberatly using overhand palm down grip. I find with regular palm up grip my thumb really presses down on the vein, so much so I see it move side to side from the pressure (this vein of mine is quite thick and very prevalent like I've mentioned).
Just going on a quick tangent I think its a vein...it is not purple coloured like my other veins it is just like a shallow rod jutting out from my shaft that is skin coloured...but yeh I am pretty sure this is just how the deep dorsal vein appears so it is probably it.
But yeh with the overhand grip there seems to be less pressure on it...and I also 'feel' better after the session, because when I use normal grip I think I stimulate the vein and it causes my flaccid to hang smaller after a P.E session...but if I use the other grip this doesn't happen.
Personally I don't the problem these guys are having is from vein growth. I think the vein, in most cases it seems the deep dorsal has been somehow damaged to it no longer clamps down properly to keep blood in the shaft. If more veins are created/original ones made more prevalent/better, and close themselves off like normal veins do during an erection, said erection theoretically should be stronger. However like I said I believe the vein(s) have been damaged.
I have a theory that in some men, the deep dorsal vein is not buried 'as deep' in the shaft in some men as compared to others. Therefore, it is more susceptible to damage from pressure. And if such a men was to follow a rigorous P.E program....well you can see the results.
It is really hard to say though. I am supposed to have been born with this, but I think it is possible my vein could have been 'raised' and not buried deep in the shaft, and was damaged during childhood. Who knows. Jan 30 I am having tests that will pinpoint exactly what is going on with me, and whether my problem is from damage or if its congenital. Either way I am going to tinker with P.E and also pumping, which I have read can also help create new veins etc, and hope to have such a great blood flow into my penis that it 'cancels out' the blood leaving it. This will be however a long process, and I will probabaly go for surgery after further extensive research.
To the guy who wasn't sure about cock rings - I have use one without problem, and I asked my urologist about it and he basically said he would have prescribed one for me anyway. As long as you don't wear it to long, and you don't get ones that are extremely firm like metal (Get a rubber one thats not too tight, and slightly expands as you get an erection but still has enough pressure to clamp down on the vein and stop it leaking) you SHOULD be sweet. But I'm not doctor, and I'm just 18 and really don't know shit. So see a urologist. EVERYONE with this should see a urologist.
Finally to end this very long boring post I think this should not be a deterrent to P.E, it seems there are various erection benefits from it if you are sensible with it. For fucks sake use common sense and don't over do it.
